Tourney Qualifier Match: Jem Holland vs Aisha

Jem's reversal was sudden but successful. Within mere seconds, she manage to roll her foe into a pin and begin attempting to reverse the momentum. She didn't expect to earn a win then and there, but even she was surprised when Aisha kicked out! Jem found herself with her back to the corner after being forced off of her foe. She would try to pull on the ropes and find her way up to her feet.

The white clad blonde would attempt to aim a kick at Aisha's midsection as the Diva rose up and likely charged at her to attempt to land more strikes. Should her kick be successful in stunning her opponent, Holland would reach for Aisha's head and wrap an arm around it to secure a Front Facelock. She would try to climb up to a seated position on the top turnbuckle and set her foe up for a Tornado DDT!

The kick to Aisha's body was enough to leave the Diva staggered, clutching at her midsection as she reeled backwards. Once again Jem was holding the advantage, and the Diva was left suffering because of it.

But when the streamer decided to lift Aisha up, sitting her onto the turnbuckle, the former Rose decided that she had had enough. With gritted teeth and an angry growl, she raised an arm, starting to punch and to strike at Jem's ribs as the gamer girl set her up for the DDT. If she could just stop her here, she knew she could turn it around again...

Jem tried to continue to ride her momentum into her further attempts to get in more offense against the Diva. After stunning her momentarily with a kick, she positioned herself such that she was seated on the turnbuckle and began to set her foe up for a DDT. But Aisha had other plans.

As Holland tried to hook her arm around the former Rose's head, Aisha retaliated with repeated punches to the opposing blonde's side. Jem groaned with each blow and finally ceased her efforts at trying to contain Aisha in the corner after the third punch. The streamer would remain seated on the top turnbuckle while grimacing and clutching her side in pain.

"Uuuugh."

Aisha was relieved that she had managed to stop Jem's DDT, but she didn't have time to celebrate. She still had to turn things around before Jem could reassert herself and finish what she had started.

With Jem clutching herself and ceasing her attempt to keep Aisha contained, the Diva would reach out, trying to grab at Jem and wrap her arms around the streamer. Then, she would try to turn and fall back to the mat, trying to lift up the smaller blonde and slam her back down against the canvas!

Aisha's strikes left Jem momentarily dazed while on the top turnbuckle. The Diva followed up by reaching up for the opposing blonde and making use of her height and wingspan to wrap arms around her before tossing back for a Belly to Belly Suplex! The streamer would fall to the canvas back-first with a thud. She'd roll to her side and clutch the small of her back, clearly reeling from being slammed from such an altitude.

"Aaaagh!" Jem groaned as she grimaced. Despite her attempts at fighting her way out of the corner, Holland ended up failing to get the better of the former Rose. She laid on the mat for a short while, seemingly vulnerable to her foe's next move.

Aisha grit her teeth and stumbled back to her feet, looking disdainfully down at the fallen Jem. She took a moment to lean against the ropes, grabbing a quick breath, then pushed off of them and turned towards the corner, huffing as she contemplated her next move. Jem was down, and the Diva had a perfect idea of how to keep her that way.

Climbing up the corner, Aisha turned back towards the fallen gamer and grinned. She took a deep breath, and then jumped back off the turnbuckle towards her, throwing out her arm to drop a big flying elbow down towards the smaller blonde's midsection!

Holland remained there on the canvas in a heap as Aisha sized her up and contemplated her next move. Though Jem was vulnerable, she hadn't given up quite yet. If it were up to her, Jem would never even think of the possibility of throwing the towel, especially when a chance at the middleweight championship was on the line! But for now, she had to abide by the limitations of her body, and right now that meant not going anywhere.

The short breather Aisha took did Jem some good as well. As her foe made her way up to the top rope, Jem would begin to stir. When she came to, she'd see her opponent flying towards her! Jem did what most wrestlers would do in her predicament, and reacted instinctively by attempting to roll out of harm's way! If successful in evading, Jem would lie supine on the mat while trying slowly to work up way up to her feet.

Aisha sailed through, Jem rolled out of the way, and...predictably, the Diva ate canvas.

Her elbow smashed into the canvas, and Aisha immediately sat up with a screech. She grabbed her elbow, holding it in pain, and then dropped back to the mat, rolling onto her side. She kicked her legs, and let out a hiss, but it did her no good. Her arm was hurting something fierce now, her brief spurt of momentum fading away into nothing as Jem began to get back up again.

After successfully dodging, Jem began to try and find her bearings. She'd hold her head and find her way to her feet, looking down at Aisha and noticing that she was holding her hurt elbow. Holland would try to capitalize on this by reaching for the woman's arm and grabbing hold of it before attempting to drop down to the mat and scissor it with her smooth, toned legs.

"Scrub move!" Jem would comment as she attempted to lock in a Cross Armbar. She'd attempt to punish her foe by bridging and attempting to hyperextend the hurt arm! The streamer would, of course, hope that this would be her ticket into the tournament, and committed herself to keeping the hold maintained. Should the move be successfully applied, the audience would clamor as everyone began to ask themselves "Will Aisha tap out, here?".

There was another hiss from the Dancin' Sista, as Jem grabbed her arm, jerking it into the armbar, working Aisha over into her submission. The Diva hissed, and howled, and kicked her legs as she felt her hurting arm being pulled into the hold, the streamer extending in out in the most painful sort of manner.

Unfortunately for Jem though, Aisha was experienced. She knew how to handle herself in the ring, and she knew how to pay attention to her ring presence. The two blondes were luckily still near the corner, and as Jem secured her hold, Aisha began extending her leg out towards the ropes. She stretched it out, and eventually managed to hook her leg over the bottom-most rope. At once, the referee hurried over, and began calling for the rope break, as Aisha howled out at Jem.

"L-let me go, girl! Break the damn hold!"
