"Megumi is tough, strong, and very technical! Taking her down will be a huge win for you and it will make a statement for sure!" Lauren said to the younger red-head in the back. "She beat me pretty good... but I know you are ready for her." She added, really acknowledging that the younger Peggy was the more talented member of their duo.

"Thanks Lauren, I'll do my best and show Japan that we're serious competitors by beating on of the best Japanese women in a ring right now!" Peggy said with a smile and nod. "I've seen what she can do. She nearly won the middleweight title not too long ago. She is the real deal but so am I!" Peggy shouted, amping herself up. Clad in a green one piece swimsuit, gold kneepads, gold elbow pads, and green/gold lined boots the curvy Irish lass left the locker room and began to head to the ring!

Peggy heard her music playing not long after she made it to the gorilla position and she came out to hear a decent cheer from the crowd but nothing thunderous. She knew Megumi was the overwhelming fan favorite tonight. Peggy strut her way to the ring as her legs shook with each step. She didn't fit the mold of the typical wrestler build these days, more akin to what they looked like when her aunt Velvet wrestled over here in the 80s. She was a lot like a younger Lauren in a way hence why the two seemed to get along so well. Peggy climbed up into the ring and stood with her arms held high as she eventually settled back confidently looking up the ramp to await Megumi.

Megumi Mutoh would be having a match tonight, and she was raring to go and earn herself another win under her belt. This promotion sure had lots of strong people from all over the world, and the Combat Genius aimed to show it to everyone why she earned such a moniker. Clad in her shoulderless and strapless red leotard, she gave one last look of herself in the mirror before nodding in satisfaction. Despite everything, she still valued her own appearance, being considered an idol-type wrestler no matter where she went.

Soon, her music was played, and she stepped out to the ramp, where she received a huge pop from the crowd. Smiling, she raised her arm as she made her way down the ramp, heading over to the ring where her opponent for tonight, Peggy McIntyre, was waiting for her. She aimed to show it to everyone that she could take on anyone the promotion had slated to throw at her way, and she would emerge victorious each time. The Genius One would always prevail, after all.

Megumi Mutoh

Once she reached the ring, she would climb up the apron and grab onto the top rope. Instead of doing it the usual way, she would hoist herself up the top rope and perform a spectacular-looking flip before sticking her landing into the ring. This earned her another pop, as expected from the Combat Genius herself. Craning her neck and rolling her shoulders, she then looked at Peggy, hoping to make a big first impression on her. "Well, give me your best. You're gonna need it..." It might sound like a boast, but for her, it was more like a statement, pure and simple.

"You are a cocky broad ain't ya? I will put ya in your place ya skinny little schoolgirl." Peggy said with a scowl on her face, stepping up and standing chest to chest with Megumi. "Ya may have beat my girl Lauren before but ya ain't gonna walk out with your head held high tonight!" Peggy added.

As the bell rang Peggy waste no time in rearing back and clubbing Megumi in the chest with a forearm smash as hard as she could! "How was that?!"

Well, it's not unusual for someone to call Megumi cocky. Her friend, Chigusa, sometimes told her that she was so self-assured that people might mistake her for being arrogant. Still, she responded to the accusation with a confident smirk. "Well, why don't you try beating me, then?" She challenged.

Then, the bell was rung, and she was immediately struck by Peggy who hit her with a forearm smash right across her chest. "Guhhh!!!" She grimaced as she took the hit, and she staggered two steps back. "H-heh... not bad..." she commented before she added, "But I'd had better!" She would reel her arm back before she launched a forearm smash of her own, twisting her own body to add to the power of her strike, looking to hit her opponent right across her breasts.

Peggy scowled at the lighter woman as she taunted Peggy. "You bitchy little...AARRRGGHHH!" Peggy howled as the return strike flat out smashed into Peggy, knocking her back as the Irish woman fell down to the mat flat on her back! She grimaced in pain as she kicked the mat, rubbing her chest as she rolled to her side. This started off poorly.... how could a woman her size and 10 or so pounds lighter hit her so much harder?! Peggy was left wondering that as she staggered back up to her feet glaring at Megumi. If Megumi didn't act right away Peggy would run forward and try to hammer into the woman with a clothesline to strike back at her!

Sometimes, Megumi did rub people the wrong way, and she simply couldn't help herself for that. With her forearm smash, she managed to send her opponent crashing into the mat, and the Combat Genius smiled, thinking that this would be something that she could win easily. She would then wait for Peggy to get back on her feet, preparing herself for whatever her opponent would do to her next.

Megumi saw Peggy coming towards her with her arm extended out, seemingly going for a clothesline. Seeing the attack coming, Megumi would duck under the arm, deftly avoiding the hit, letting her opponent's arm passed over her head harmlessly. Stepping forth, she would run towards the ropes, rebounding from them before returning back to where her opponent was at, looking to hit her with a clothesline of her own.

Peggy swung and missed, her frustrations with this woman growing exponentially. She stopped and turned as Megumi bounced off the ropes. Peggy grit her teeth and screamed at the woman. "Ya think you are special or something? You ain't!" Peggy screamed as she jumped up extending her legs and trying to counter Megumi's offense by planting her in the chest with a dropkick! Peggy knew a big hit would lay her out even worse than the forearm did and that was the last thing she needed at this point since Megumi seemed to be living up to her nickname against Peggy.

In hindsight, Megumi should've tried something else instead of attacking her opponent with a clothesline, the move that Peggy had used before. For her trouble, she took a dropkick right into her chest, which sent her backwards and she ended up hitting the mat back first. "Urk!" Grimacing a little, she brought her hands onto her chest as she would quickly roll herself over onto her knees before pushing herself back up.

Still, due to being hit, Megumi was forced to enter a defensive position, though with her eyes focusing on her opponent, at the very least she could see what her opponent would do next, and she could react accordingly to it.

Peggy stomped her way over towards Megumi, reaching down to grab two handfuls of hair to pull her up to her feet! "Get up! I ain't done with ya!" Peggy shouted as she raised her leg up while using her grip on Megumi's head to bring it down as she tried to ram her knee into Megumi's face over and over to try to really stun the pretty Japanese wrestler! Peggy wasn't messing around and her blunt offense was meant to make her take control.... provided Megumi didn't dodge or counter the strikes!

With her eyes on Peggy, Megumi was able to see her coming towards her, and she would prepare herself for what she would do to her next. When she saw Peggy trying to grab onto her hair with the intention to hit her face with her knee, Megumi would act fast, trying to grab onto her legs before pulling them from under her, looking to make her opponent lose her balance before falling backwards. She would not allow her opponent to grab onto her hair if she could help it, after all.
