An offer she could not refuse

It was still early in the day as Tiffany had just oped her bar as she wore her usual attire which consisted of shoes with steel noses , a white shirt , black skirt with dispensers and gloves with a metal plate on them as she cleaned the tables. As things lately had bin going well for her since she did not have to replace the furniture lately because wrestlers of that damn LAW organisation had come into her establishment and wreck the place.

However if you were talking money wise it was an bad few months as with no incidents happening in the 7th heaven bar people weren't that eager to come to her place. As it seems she got most of her costumers because of those incidents as she wondered how she could make some extra money.

Having just finished his breakfast at a local cafe. Katsu was feeling particularly chipper today as he casually approached the 7th Heaven bar. However this was hardly a normal visit for the young photographer. In fact this was the first time he ever laid his eyes on said bar.

"Hmmm... Yeah this should do and if the information about about the owner is correct. Then this place is more than perfect." Katsu thought aloud before he would enter and recognize Tiffany, from the picture he had, hard at work preparing the bar. "Excuse me would you happen to be owner of this bar, Tiffany Danielle?" Katsu asked with a smile as he made a short beeline towards her.

And while she took the time to look him over to notice his simple yet professional look that told her that he was here to talk business. He
would continue talking as he took a seat by the bar counter and waited patiently for Tiffany to come over. "Because if so I've got a rather lucrative offer to make you."

While she was busy cleaning the bar she would hear someone walk inside as she would hear this person mention her name. As she would place the cloth she used to clean the tables onto the bar table as she turned around to get an look at who was talking. Now when she saw him the barmaid did not know what to think. Since he did not look as impressive , but from the way he was talking it was clear he was here to talk business.

So with that in mind she would approach him as she replied ''what kind of offer , and would you like something to drink while we discuss it mister?''as she would await his answer. Should the man want something to drink she would fetch it before taking the seat across from him to discuss his offer.If not then she would take the seat right away.

"I appreciate the offer but I'm quite okay, thank you." Katsu answered as he waited for the barmaid to take her seat and when she did. He would out of habit briefly glance at her chest before he would continue with his pitch. "Anyway to cut to the chase. I had heard you had a particular hatred for LAW. So I was curious if you would be interested in allowing me to rent your cellar. You see I need a place I can conduct my business in peace..."

Katsu said with a pause as he dug into his computer bag to produce a tablet which he would show to Tiffany as he scrolled through hundreds to thousands of lewd and embarrassing pictures of the various wrestlers from the company. As he continued to explain himself. "Legally speaking only LAW is able to sell this however the vast majority of these are mine . So again all I'm look for is place I can be left alone and I think. Lets say 100,000 yen is more than a fair offer for just renting your place out." Katsu finished confidently though if Tiffany were to do the math in her head she would realize that while Katsu was making a fair offer for just renting her place out it was far less compared to how much he was making from selling his photos.

Tiffany's offer to get the man an drink was turned down , and so she took her seat as she noticed that his eyes would briefly glance at her breasts. This would have annoyed the German native , but to be fair it seemed like all men could not keep their eyes of them so she just coughed to get him to look her in the eyes.

After she coughed she would listen as he began to sell his pitch as it seemed he had reached out to her because she despised LAW for being unable to control their wrestlers. As that was what the main issue she had with the company as her place seem to have become an battleground for some of that company's wrestlers to fight it out.So anything to screw them out of some money would be of interest to her , but this seemed like it could backfire as she replied ''hmmmm double it , and you will end up paying for the damages to my place should any of those wrestlers find out your using my place to sell those pictures. Secondly I will want to place cameras in the office you be using so that nothing underhanded will end up happening their . Can you agree to that''

Putting his tablet back in its place Katsu would raise an eyebrow as he listened to Tiffany's counter offer. Then thinking it over he would allow his eyes to explore the surroundings of the bar and eventually along the gorgeous curves of the owner before he would close eyes and answer.

"Hmmm... While I would prefer no cameras. As long as you're the only one reviewing them. I'll have no issues with it. However 200,000 seems a bit steep to me. So how about I meet you halfway and say 150,000? I'm sure you'll find it more agreeable than before but if you insist on 200,000 I'm going to need a reason why its worth my while to spend that amount here?" He finished as he looked Tiffany in the eye for the second time waiting for an answer.

Tiffany was not expecting the man to agree to her offer ,but their were some things she would not take an no as an answer for if he wanted to use her establishment for his business. So when he agreed to the cameras that meant one of those things was quickly agreed on.When he mentioned he would only pay her 150.000 it was more then reasonable , but he had not agreed to the most important subject as she replied ''I can agree to that being what you need to pay me. However you will pay for anything that gets destroyed should they find out what your selling , and those brutes come to get their ounce of flesh from my establishment''.

Bursting out laughing Katsu couldn't help but shake his head in his hand amused. "Hahaha!... Well aren't we getting ahead of ourselfs." He replied. As he dug into his pocket and pulled a mint. That he would pop in his mouth and immediately crush between his teeth with an unnerving CRACK!

Crunch! Crunch! Gulp! "Its normally the owner's responsibly to take care of such things. Though granted I'm not your typical tenant but the monthly rent I just agreed to would be enough to take care of such matters. So I'll tell you what, since you seem adamant about this. Lets settle it with a wager, a wrestling match between you and me. Which if you manage to win I'll agree to pay you the 150,000 plus any damages my business may bring but if I win I'll only pay you the 150,000 and get full discretion where you place those cameras."

Katsu said leaning a bit forward adding. "And lets make it a nice and fun hentai match. I would hate to pass on the opportunity to get my hands on that gorgeous body of yours." And then finished by blowing his minty fresh breath with a smile into Tiffany's face.

''I ain't getting ahead of myself , but protecting my business when they find out on your little enterprise.Since I am sure you will know when that happens before I do , and get out of dodge as they wreck my place. Still you are right it is the owner's responsibly to take care of the building , but if the tenant does something that would end up with the building getting damaged then it should be on the tenant to repair it''replied Tiffany as she glared at the male when he offered they fight for it.

As this was the last thing on her mind as she replied ''that is not happening as I ain't an wrestler. I own an bar and restaurant. Secondly should I ever be in need of money that badly I could that much competing for LAW. Thirdly if you think I would let you get your hands on my body for an business deal then you clearly got the wrong woman in front of you. If you do want that kind of woman I would suggest you go to the red light district on the other side of town''.

"Don't be so bullheaded. You realize I didn't just come here without doing my research. I'm well aware how things are going here." Katsu said as he gestured to the empty bar around him.

"You've been losing foot traffic for months thanks to LAW and their wrestlers stopping by every once and awhile. That its no secret that money has been getting tight around here. So I'll be clear with you. You need me more than I need you. Another month of this dry spell or if another fight were to break out you could be financially in the red. So if you don't want to put your body on the line for your business like you've done before that's fine but don't expect me to pay for damages I have no control over. Otherwise if you insist on this then I suggest you either accept my wager or make your counter offer."

The photographer finally finished as he quietly ogled Tiffany's body without the slightest sense of shame.
