Dinner for two fighters (for captain L)

After her shower with Yuki, Elena had been dressed and was back home after shopping, wiping her brow she sighs. "how hard is it to get corn tortilla here....i had to look in 10 different stores." she sighed and would start to get dinner ready. she already knew what to cook but most of the time she had to think. since this was a meal for two she wanted her new friend to eat something more form her culture. she would start to cook chicken tacos. Boiling the chicken she put in some salt and pepper in side as she would start on the rice cooking red rice rather then white as she thought tacos tasted great with red rice although she knew white right was just as good. She would get her special ingredient for the rice to give it more flavor as she put about a wooden spoon into it. she smiled happily as she thought of yuki and smiled as she thought she met a kindred spirit with the love for wrestling. she sorta felt yuki had talent were as Elena was more hard work. though she didn't bother to not say yuki didn't had hard work to she knew how hard yuki worked to get that good at that age.

"hehe cute hard worker with some talent that a rare batch i think " Elena laughed more at her self. she wanted to see yuki go far in the league and wanted to help her as much as she could. While cooking she was lost in thought but did not lose focus on her task at had as the chicken was cooked she would drain the water and then break apart the chicken making it into smaller pieces. she would then put the chicken into the tortilla and started to fry them.

Standing at the front step of the apartment building, Yuki looked down at the phone in her hand to check the address one last time. The directions Elena had given her would indicate this was the place, assuming that she didn't hear them wrong. But she was pretty sure she had gotten them down accurately. Yuki checked herself one last time, making sure her clothes were neat and she looked good.

As she glanced down at her attire, Yuki noted she was still in her school uniform, even this late in the evening. That made her think about how hectic her day had been - she'd gone from her last class right to the arena, and from there she had walked over to where Elena was staying. She hadn't been home since she had breakfast this morning, and she didn't have any time to change. That wasn't unusual for Yuki - she was used to working long days, and after years of similar schedules in the indies, she had accepted that this was what her life looked like now. She did blush a little, wishing she had worn something fancier for this. But, then again, this was just a friendly visit with a fellow wrestler, and she was sure Elena would understand. They'd just been in the shower together, so it wasn't as though they had anything to hide.

Clearing her throat, Yuki reached up to ring the doorbell for Elena's apartment, as she prepared to greet her new friend.

Elena would hear the doorbell and go over to the door and open she would see Yuki in a school uniform and smiled. "hey Yuki come in come in" elena said as she would pull away form the door and go back to cooking. "do you want a drink i have some juice i dont think offering you beer or cola would be a good idea" Elena laughed knowing Yuki was underage still only being 19 as she would turn the taco's to an other side and then finsihed up cutting up the veggies.

she would look over at Yuki as she cooked and smiled." sit down Yuki dinner is almost ready" she said smiling at the girl. Elena tried to hide how nervous she was now since Yuki looked very adorable in her school uniform and hoped the food would be good for Yuki.

With Elena opening the door, Yuki's concerns that she might have gotten the wrong address were at last at ease; there was no mistaking the woman who greeted her. She smiled giving a polite bow as she stepped in and followed Elena to her kitchen. "Thank you," she said. "This place wasn't too far from the arena, so I could get here without any trouble. It must be convenient." The girl set her gym bag down against the wall before walking around, taking in the sights of her new friend's home. "It's a lovely place you have. I should thank you again," she added with a smile.

She took a seat at the table as Elena had indicated, but then she thought back on her offer of a drink. That gave her pause for a brief moment. Yuki had never drank alcohol before, and she didn't plan to start; she was sure that with her hectic schedule it was better to be focused at all times, and she didn't want Elena getting in trouble for anything. "Oh, just water should be fine." Yuki then took in a breath, enjoying the smell of the fried tortillas coming from the oven. She had never really had Mexican food before, but thus far, it certainly seemed promising. "It smells good in here, too. You said you were making tacos?"

Elena smiled as she would let yuki in as the girl would looked around. Elena felt embarrass someone looking around her house but smiled as she said it looked nice. "thanks it is nice huh? tho finding this place was rough since it a negotional price the the land owner really wanted this for a lot of money thinking i didn't know japanese cause im a gajin." Elena laughed softly.

she would nod and get a cup and get water form a watering tank that she had. "here you go" she smiled. Old habits tho when i was in mexico i had to use a watering tank to get purified water cause over there there wasn't much good tasting water form the tap" she scratched her head abit. " so you sure you dont wnat juice or soda?" she asked she would start Shreading cheese now as she listen. "yes tacos ill have a small bowl for the chili if you wan to ad a bit more spice to them but be careful it is very very spicy." she laughed

Yuki had to chuckle a little as Elena related her story, nodding to her in recognition. "I guess you proved them wrong about that, huh?" she said. All the while, she could feel herself warming up more and more to this girl. While she might have been hesitant at first, the longer she spent around Elena the more she could see her not just as an opponent she respected, but as a friend. She typically tried to maintain a professional and composed attitude in such situations, but Elena seemed perfectly willing to treat her as just another person. Yuki could respect that.

Yuki accepted the water, but with Elena seeming to insist on other beverages, her curiosity was beginning to be piqued. "Hmm, well...what do you have? I can take a look in the fridge." She got up from her seat to approach the kitchen, but looked back at Elena as she did. "Spicy, huh? I think I can handle it..."

She started laughing. "oh yeah she sure was surprise by the comment i made about i'll take it for ex amount in japanese" elena laughed as she nodded feeling likle she really felt her self with yuki as the girl was such a hard worker and always doing her best to win. she respected Yuki as a wrestler alot for how much she work she always gave people that put as much work as yuki does in the wrestling career. she just wish they would take some time to unwind and ease up just a little.

Hearing hte girl she nodded. "sure thing yuki see what you like. "Elena said making he chili. Hearing the girl she laughed abit. "just put a little on one of them and see how you like it if its to hot then dont put any more got it?" Elena advised as she was jsut about done cooking having made a bit more for later when she on her cheat days.

"That's clever, I have to say..." Yuki said, smiling back towards Elena now. She proceeded to open the refrigerator and looked around at the drink selection, eventually withdrawing a bottle of orange soda before she proceeded to the counter to fill it. At the same time, she stopped to watch what Elena was doing, observing her preparations with a curious eye. So too would she nod in agreement to the plan Elena was proposing. It seemed reasonable enough.

As she watched Elena work, however, Yuki couldn't quite shake the feeling she was being a freeloader. If Elena was going to invite her over, she didn't want to go without repaying her in some way. She looked off for a moment, feeling the guilt set in, before she returned her gaze to Elena to offer the question. "Hey, do you need any help with that-?"

"it really was" Elena smiled at the girl as she would finished the chilli and then would pull out the tacos just as Yuki asked if she could help with thing. "oh you could have but i just finished " Elena said laughing abit more awkwardly as she brought the tacos let brought everything to the table. "I learn to take my time wiht cooking and i was already um 75% done with the tacos before you got here they are a very simple dish. "Elena said as she would then grab the red rice and put them onto bowl. "i will say the side dished for rice are really nice i use to just eat rice next to my food in one big plate." Elena said laughing as she would set the table.

"ready to eat? she smiled taking out a soda for her self and then would start putting lettuce tomato sourcream and guacamole on her tacos befor adding alot of the chili.

"You could have told me that earlier!" Yuki laughed a little at her own joke in response to Elena's announcement that she had finished - which soon made her realize how open she had been around the girl. When she was in the ring, Yuki was fully focused and serious, maintaining her concentration and never letting herself take her eyes off what was important. But now, she was out of the ring. She could afford to let herself loose a bit - and Elena was someone she felt safe doing so around. Yuki knew the luchadora had a lot of respect for her and her commitment to her art. She could trust her.

"Well, then. You've really been prepared, huh?" Yuki looked over the colorful spread on the table as Elena brought the dishes over. "It all looks very good, though." Following Elena's lead, taking her as the authority on the subject, Yuki filled her plate in likewise fashion. She wouldn't put as much chili on top - for now, anyway. If she trusted Elena personally, she could also trust her as a cook.

Once satisfied, Yuki sat down, placing the napkin in her lap and scooting the plate towards her. "All right, then. Let's eat!"
