"They are easy and I bet you have seen one. You grab the hair and get them behind you over your shoulder, then you whip them over your shoulder and send them to the mat like this." Alaina said demonstrating the positioning and footwork a few times.

"All right ya think you can feel off a couple snapmares in succession then scoop slam me? I know I am bigger so the slam might be tough but I think you can do it!" Alaina said with a grin on her face.

Elena would pay attention as the wrestler explain the move as she went over the move , but was a bit worried when she heard the challenge that Alaina had in mind. ''Well if you think I can do it then I am willing to try , but if I think it to much then we stop alright?''asked the Belgium woman as she took a deep breath as she was gathering her strength.

"Of course! Have faith in yourself. If ya do too good I get to do the same to you though." Alaina asses with a wink and grin.

The amazon stood in front of Elena as she waited for the woman to begin her attack! Alaina was having fun, and hoped Elena could saybthe same!

''Alright if you say that then I got to at least try''replied Belgium woman as she would grab the Amazon by her hair as she stepped behind her. To be fair the reporter was having more fun then she had expected when she agreed to this first hands experience to how a wrestler would train as she tried to whip Alaina over her shoulder and onto the canvas.

Elena was doing very good, so good Alaina thought she may have wrestled a bit before at some point! Alaina was sent whipping over Elena's shoulder landing sharply on her backside, her hair still in Elena's hands!

Alaina grunted a bit and grit her teeth, this little combo may end up causing her more pain than she expected!

Elena was surprised that she was able to pull the move off so easily as she had expected to struggle getting the Amazon over her shoulder. So when it went smoothly as it did , and watched as Alaina landed on her butt she wanted to cheer loudly for a moment. That chanced when she saw that the wrestler was not getting to her feet as quickly as she thought as she said ''are you alright Alaina?''

"Yeah, I am fine, you are supposed to pull me up and do it again just like I showed you. You gave control so keep up the pressure!" Alaina said as she urged Elena on, trying to reinforce what she taught her.

Alaina was actually thinking that Elena could have a future in wrestling if she could focus.

''Well sorry for being concerned about you''replied Elena as she would do as the Amazon said as she forced the wrestler to her feet by pulling on her hair.

Alaina grit her teeth, expect g the pain. It was a tough pill to swallow but she wanted Elena to learn as much as she Could!

Alaina reached up to grab at Elena's grip lightly, acting as if she were going to try to pry herself free. "Uh oh.... I might be able to turn the tables if ya don't hurry!" Alaina said, only joking about trying a reversal. She wanted to see if Elena would adjust or try something new... or if she would stick to her plan.

Elena would just do the same she did before after hearing the amazon could turn the tables on her as she send the wrestler to the canvas after whipping her over the shoulder. The more she was training the more the Belgium woman was enjoying it , but she knew that she would be better off just staying a reporter for now.
