Misaki Toyoda vs. Captain Mizuki - The Ace vs. The Olympian

Mizuki flew through the air with the help of her opponent and smacked into the mat, laying there, breathless and groaning. Mizuki was very disappointed in herself, she thought she could do better, but during the whole match, she was just receiving hits, not dishing them out.

Sadly for the rookie, she did not have any time to lay down, rest and reflect as Misaki was already onto her, lifting the helpless Mizuki up, who was too dizzy to understand what the ace was doing to her. Before she knew it, she was flying through the air, something she did not realize until she hit the mat again and the feeling was similar to the german suplex, which meant it hurt and messed up her awareness even more. Aaaghh! She let out a short cry on impact, not even realizing that she was being pinned.

The ref would rush in and slap her hand into the mat.

Bringing Mizuki down with her finisher, the Misaki Special, Misaki would bridge her own body up, going for bridging pin while maintaining her hold on her opponent's body. Making sure that Mizuki's shoulders were on the mat, she would keep herself in that position as the referee started counting for the pin.

"TWO!"

She would not release Mizuki from her grip, and she was aware that it was possible for her opponent to kick out from this. But she was hoping that this would end this match, and she would wait for the third and final count from the referee.

Mizuki was a groaning mess, laying on the ground, not actually laying, but rather her butt sticking out as Misaki pinned her, but the rookie wasn't even aware of her position until coach Diana started banging on the mat. ''Wake up!'' She shouted and then Mizuki heard the two count. Only when the ref's hand was already in the air for the three count, Mizuki pushed and bucked, but it was then when she noticed her position wasn't ordinary, her legs were just flailing in the air and it wasn't enough time.

For Misaki to win, it was enough to hold out Mizuki for half a second and she did that. If Mizuki started bucking since the first count, then MAYBE she could've overpowered Misaki, but now she lost her debut match... That was quite a humiliating experience. Mizuki will have to learn from this and do better next time...

Misaki maintained her position, hoping that her opponent wouldn't be able to kick out. She could sense Mizuki's movement, but at this point, she could only hope that her opponent would remain in that position, and when she finally heard the third and final count, she could feel relief washing over her being. From there, she knew that she had won, and with the sound of the bell, her victory was confirmed.

"Fuuu..." Sighing out in relief, Misaki would let go of Mizuki's body, pushing her off of her. She could feel exhaustion starting to kick in, and her body was covered in sheen thanks to her sweat. Still, she had a triumphant look on her face as she would then get back up, allowing herself to celebrate her hard-earned victory as the referee went to raise her arm, declaring her the winner of this match.

After celebrating her victory for a moment, she would then turn her focus on Mizuki. Smiling, she would approach her and offer her a helping hand. "Hey, can you stand?" Misaki asked the former Olympian. While the two of them might compete against each other, there would be no need for animosity between them. The clear showing of sportsmanship would earn the Ace of Berserk a huge pop from the crowd.

The bell was rung and that was it, Mizuki was defeated. Laying on the mat, sweaty and groaning while Misaki stood up victorious and the crowd was roaring in joy for her victory. Part of Mizuki was simply amazed by Misaki's skill, while the other part just wanted to cry... Feeling so helpless the entire match, was so frustrating, she grit her teeth and balled her hands into her fists.

But then, like a light at the end of the tunnel, Misaki shone bright, with an offering of a good sportsmanship and an extended hand. It brought joy to the rookie and made her much less frustrated. With your help? Then of course, Misaki-senpai! Mizuki replied, taking the hand and getting lifted up to her feet by Misaki for the most part.

The rookie would look at the victorious ace for a second before giving her a big, warm hug. Thank you, senpai! You showed me just how long a way I have to go to become a proper wrestler. She'd say before releasing the hug. One day, when I'm better, I shall challenge you again, Misaki-san, but for now... Mizuki would grab Misaki's arm by the forearm and lift it up into the air to return the good sportsmanship where it belongs.
There would be another positive uproar in the crowd.

Misaki was worried that Mizuki might react negatively to her offer to help, but her worry was unfounded as the former Olympian accepted her hand, and Misaki pulled the other woman back onto her feet. And then, she was being given a hug, and the Ace would reciprocate by giving her a hug of her own. She smiled as Mizuki raised her arm, and she waved her other hand as the crowd cheered for them.

"I'll be waiting for you, then. I'll be watching over you," Misaki said as she gave Mizuki a pat on her shoulder. Then, after giving Mizuki's entourage a nod of acknowledgement, the Ace of Berserk would make her way out of the ring, heading backstage with head held high. With her music being triumphantly played, she would show a good cheer over another hard-fought victory.
