Phelina Sakazuki vs Aoi Fukiwara

Phelina begun to warm up her body and do some stretching as she were about to take place and show herself to the arena. Her first step to qualify in the tournament has been taken and she is aimming to win and move upwards the ladder. Sure it wont be an easy fight but one way or the other she wants to try her best and see how far will she go,thats the reason she joined the tournament in the first place.

She have prepared herself physically and mentally and is ready to go at it,the girl aproaches the curtain and awaits her theme to hit. As her theme begun Phelina went throught the curtain and made her entrance into the arena. The crowd had a neutral respond with some cheers with her appearance but not as loud as some other wrestlers she have seen before her,but that would not take her down while she just waved to the crowd and walked down the ramp before entering the ring with a slide under the bottom rope. The girl goes to climb to the second rope in one of the corner's turnbuckle and raise her hands with a not wild but still a cheer from few fans replying back at her act. Phelina would then hop off the turnbuckle and on her feet to turn around and face the entrance side and wait her opponent to appear and finally begin her match in which she is thrilled to start with.

Aoi breathed slowly and evenly as she calmed her nerves. this wasn't the final match of the tournament but it was a match Aoi was going to give her all in still. Putting her cloak on after she made sure her outfit was good she would grab her fake sword and head over to the arena. This was a big match if she won she would move on to the next round of hte lightweight tournament. SHe would tell her self focus on hte match first as she heard her music. Walking out the the sound archangel she would walk slow before stopping at the ramp .

As soon as teh music picked up she woudl remove her cloak and run to the ring with sword to her side as she jumped up onto the canvas and then again over the top rope and doing a roll in air and landed on her feet. Looking at her foe AOi would remove her armor and sword and gave ti to the ref as she smiled at her. "Hello there names aoi lets have a good match."Aoi smiled at her opponent.

[Urarettin]

Phelina gave a look at her opponent from top to bottom and replied:

"The name is Phelina...We will see if the match is gonna turn to be a good one. Let the crowd to decide."

Then the girl gets into her corner and wait as the ring would ring and signal the beginning of the match. She is not really amazed or dissapointed by her opponent but Aoi defenently did not filled Phelina's eye for the 'perfect' opponent she imagined. But as the old saying goes 'do not judge others by appearances' Phelina have to keep her guard up and await anything from this girl. They have not met before and thats what bothers her most cause of the fact that neither one of them knows the other's capabilities and what to expect. In the end thats what makes it more exciting and thats what this crowd come here everyday to watch new talents grow or already big names getting at it and becoming better and better everytime. 'A fight can be quite educational and entertaining' an old friend of Phelina's used to say and helped her to get at this point before Aoi and fight in the lightweight championship.

Aoi looked at Phelina as she felt the girl was impressed by her. "yes let have the crowd decide if this becomes a good match then but i wont lose." Aoi said as she would head to her corner taking off her armor and sword giving it to hte ref to be retrieved for later. Aoi looked at Phelina as she could tell the girl might be wary of Aoi. However Aoi wasn't just going to let the girl think less of her she would show her how tough she was.

Once the bell ring Aoi looked at the dark haired fighter and would raise up her hands to her head in a grapple stance and would approach the girl. Looking at the girl trying to find an opening she couldn't find one so she would just lock up with the girl.

Aoi advances forwards and looked for an opening but ended up locking up with Phelina,the girls try to outsmart or outpower one another by pulling or pushing their opponent in any way possible and get the upper hand. The dark haired girl would not maintain the lock for to long as she realised that their lockup were even.

Phelina would raise and try to strike with a knee to her opponent's middle section then follow up by getting a hold of one of Aoi's hands before the girl would raise her opponent's arm to sidestep and sneak beneath it while twisting it and finally end up behind Aoi to lock her arm into a hammerlock.

Aoi would start try to push the girl back but only would found how out evenly they were. "ugh damn guess thats to be expected how about huh?" Aoi started but would feel the girl grab her arm and would get behind in the warrior and put her in a hard Hammer lock. "ugh.." Aoi groaned as she would try to move her body to make the hold less painful and only uncomfortable.

"nnnnghhh not bad..." Aoi said as she needed to think of a way to get out of the hold. she would smiled a pained smiled as she started to lift up her footn and then stomp at Phelina's foot hoping to get her to let go.

[Urarettin]

Phelina managed to sneak and get her Hammer lock locked but Aoi would not just take it like that as she lifted her foot off the mat and stomp hard on Phelina's foot. The sudden pain that inflicted to her by the unexpected move of Aoi's caught the girl by surprise,Phelina groans and takes a her injured foot a step backwards and away of Aoi's reach from stomping. Still her foot got hit hard enough with her opponent's heel that now bothers her footing and makes her unstable,so the girl would push Aoi on the back and in the front away from her to get some time to maintain her positioning stance.

Aoi Managed to stop on Phelina's foot as she was still locked in a hammer lock but she could feel the girl was unbalanced. " oh are you going to fall? wha!" Aoi yelped as she would get pushed away form the girl and would take a few steps forward almost falling onto her front but didn't thankfully. Looking at the girl Aoi would know that this was a chance. Looking back at Phelina's Aoi would rush at the girl not wanting to give the fighter much time to recover. "come we still got a match!" Aoi said sending a kick at the girl's side.

The girl's foot is hurting her and can not easily stand as her foot come down to step on the mat it hurts her a lot. Aoi sees an opportunity and has no intention of giving any time for Phelina to recover,she aproaches her opponent and performs a sidekick to Phelina's ribs but the girl's leg got caught by Phelina's hands and stopped her right there. She smiled while she would finally take a step forwards and let herself fall to the side as she twists Aoi's leg to perform a Dragon Screw so she could force and make Aoi flip over her.

Still the girl would only try to defend herself and prevent any attack from Aoi for a little while and what a way to do it by countering her own strikes.

"Oh thanks for reminding that captain obvious. Huh..."
