GASTER vs Ruby Blaze!

Body shaking in nervousness...heart pounding with fear...stomach feeling like she was about to let out today's lunch...

To say that Clara Gaster was afraid of tonight's match would've been an understatement...but this was one of her most important matches in her career...one of the potential 4-5 on her road for the Lightweight title...

...if she didn't lose right of the bat that is...

She spend the last several weeks of her non-match time training non-stop, under her new trainer - Lyanna Eon, trying as much as she could to cover her weak points with the redhead...

So why was she still afraid?

Was it the fear of losing the match? Was it her possibly letting her new, kind hearted yet stern trainer down? She simply didn't know the answer to that question.

Not helping the matter was the fact that she was facing one of Aoi's friends - Ruby Blaze. Seeing some of the girl's matches (especially one of her's against Asuka...which filled the raven haired chuuni with a bit of jealousy considering what happened prior to the match). Her style seemed similar to her's...yet slightly faster, relying on both her speed and technique to outpace her opponents. Thankfully, her trainer had a similar style to that...so perhaps, she would manage to pull out a win and go ahead in to the Lightweight Tourney proper?

The knock on the door from a crewmember soon came, alerting the Shadow Lord that she had 2 minutes to her entrance. Sure enough, she heard the loud announcement about the Lightweight tourney on the PA, and, as she glanced on TV, a promo package showing highlights of quite a few great matches with Lightweights (including some of her own, causing the Shadow Lord to blush a tinge of red). As she stood up, and confidentially put on her mask, fear seemed to slowly dissipate from her body. She was going to beat Ruby, and she was going to win the LAW Lightweight Championship.

2 minutes later, the fog would slowly fall onto the Korakuen Hall's entrance ramp, with the Shadow Lord's silhouette would form in the middle of it. After taking a deep breath, the the Ominous One let out her signature laugh, before making her way down the entrance ramp...a change evident in her walk as she did so. Though her face was hard to see, her body language gave off a focused vibe, unlike her usual, relaxed attitude as she would gaze around the crowd, turning her face at the LAW faithful around the arena. This time, her face and eyes were squarely focused on the ring, occasionally glancing to her side at the people in the front row

After she entered the ring, she noticed, quite a few more of her masks (custom made, most likely) adorned the faces of people in the crowd. The nervousness returned for a short moment. In addition to letting herself and Lya down, she completely forgot about the fans, a lot of whom sent reassuring messages, and wishes for her to become the inaugural Lightweight Champ.

A few deep breath would take away most of the pressure from her, but not all. The ref would ask for a mic, knowing GASTER might've wanted to do one of her trademark promos...

She nodded at the ref, taking the mic from her hands, before speaking:

"This Universe's most famous and powerful treasure, it's Holy Grail...I will be it's first owner...and I will take down everyone and anyone who stands in the way of this goal. I am the most powerful there is in this part of the multiverse...and if anyone thinks otherwise, prove me wrong.", she would finish, in a stern tone, taking her place at the corner to ref's right, as she took off her hoodie...leaving her in her signature yellow top and boots...and Asuka's present, her short sports shorts, exposing a bit of her thigh.

All that remained, before her voyage for the gold got underway, was for Ms. Blaze to make her entrance to the ring...

"Okay i told you all I know about GASTER Ruby but its been a while since I last fought her. " Aoi told Ruby as Ruby was shaking alot. "th-thanks Aoi its just this is a really big match I know if i win i have myabe 3 or 4 matches to go for the belt but its just I'm not as good at Wresting like you when fighting girls our size." Ruby said as she was really nervous . "hey Just think of it this way if you could beat her we might see each other in the finals and have a really great match Ruby." Aoi said trying to Reassure the girl as the dark red head nodded.

They would hear GASTER music play as a crew hand came in and told Ruby to get ready. "oh Miss Aoi since you and miss GASTER have abit of history you are not allowed to be in the arena you must stay here and watch on the monitor. "the Crew hand said to Aoi as she puffed her cheeks, "damn it...". Ruby would get up and smile at Aoi. "ill give it my best shot tho Aoi just watch okay?" Ruby said as she walked over to the entrance.

Ruby's music would play as the girl walked out to the crowd and waved at them She was wearing her white hoodie that was zipped up and short shorts. she had boots on as well as she ran to the ring and jumped throw the middle and top rope making a roll into the ring and then jumped up onto her feet. She would throw her jacket to the side showing her dark red bikini top as she tried to get her self to focus on the match. Looking at the shadow lord Ruby had to admit why Aoi had tough fights with her. She would point at the girl and then do a thumbs down at the girl. "I will do what the great warrior Aoi wasn't able to do in your first standard match and defeat you for i am the blazing warrior Ruby blaze!" Ruby would say to GASTER. she didn't know if Aoi would liked that but she found it fun acting like she was a warrior.

As Ruby made her way down the entrance ramp...she had to admit, that the slightly shorter red haired girl was incredibly cute. She could hardly judge Asuka for running swiftly like a wind down the ramp to kiss her. Her cute red hair, cute silver eyes, cute petite frame...everything about Ms. Blaze screamed: Adorable.

However, she had to shake her head of the distracting thoughts. No matter how cute her opponent was, she had only one mission tonight: beat her, and move on to the tournament brackets.

As she took off her jacket to reveal a cute red bikini top, the Blazing Warrior would smack talk the Shadow Lord, claiming that she would beat her in tonight's match, unlike Aoi did in their first encounter:

"I beat the Blue Warrior in fair combat when the prize was only the sweet taste of victory. Now tell me, Warrior of Fire, what do you think I would do when the title of: "The Greatest in the Multiverse" is on the line?", she would retort to Ruby, as the ref checked both girls for their preparation. GASTER would nod, not taking off her intense, determined gaze off the shorter red head, preparing for the battle for the spot in the LAW Lightweight tourney!

Ruby would look at GASTER as she would stretch abit. "Maybe you can just lay on your back and let me win nothing wrong with that" Ruby said sticking her tongue out at GASTER. Ruby would nod to the ref and the bell would ring, taking that as her cue Ruby would rush at GASTER quickly hoping to catch the girl off guard and get behind her.

If she was able to get to the girl back Ruby would jump up and grab GASTER's should and press her knees on the girl's back. She would then start to fall down will pull GASTER down to drop her ontop of her knees for a really painful move.

if she land her move Ruby would then move back up to her feet smiling at GASTER. "so ready to just let me win?" Ruby asked giggling a little.

GASTER would let out a loud growl towards her opponent:"How dare you?! I will make you pay dearly for even getting those words into your puny human mind!"

Legitimately, however, Clara took the offense to Ruby's words under her mask, even if it was a simple taunt from the girl. She came into the company slightly under a year ago to actually make a name for herself...and now, there she was, slowly making herself famous. Even if Ruby wasn't serious, she was not going to let her own hard work go to waste...

With the bell ringing, GASTER quickly put her arms up in the air, moving slowly towards the redheaded lightweight...

...something her foe didn't want to replicate, as she would swiftly side step her, and get behind the Shadow Lord:

"Aaaah! No! AAAAAAAGH!"

Allowing Ruby to get into her head was a big mistake for the chuuni, as Ruby would quickly grab GASTER by her shoulders, nailing her with a hard Backstabber!

Such a powerful move was used as a finisher by some people, but Ruby managed to nail it as her first move. Already, things were looking bleak for the raven-haired Brit. Ruby would quickly hop back up to her feet, taunting the Shadow Lord once more, as GASTER, while on her stomach, would attempt to push herself off the ground with one hand, while her other was on her aching spine:

"N-no...chance..."

Ruby Stuck her tongue out at GASTER as the girl spoke about making her pay dearly. "what ever you say miss lord of barkness" Ruby said as she would hear the bell and rush at GASTER.

hitting her back stabber on the shadow lord Ruby would get up and look at the girl as she said no chance. "Aw guess imma have to really put the hurt on you then." Ruby spoke as she grabbed GASTER arm's and pulled her up again. "well no sleeping then not till i win." Ruby spoke and would put GASTERs head under her arm for a frontal headlock .

Ruby was setting up GASTER for a DDT as she held onto the girl's head tight. she would then fall back and slam the girl's head into the mat.

GASTER could only whine weakly in response to Ruby's threat, as she forcibly pulled the girl back up to her feet, while the fires in her burning spine were yet to disappear.

Her head was trapped under the girl's arm, and she desperately tried to quickly break the Facelock...

...Ruby, however, would be quick on her feet, dropping on her back, and driving the Shadow Lord's head into the ring canvas for a simple, yet powerful DDT!

"GHHHHHH!!!"

As pain shot through her skull, she laid on her stomach, cradling her hurting head, as the redhaired lightweight stood over her. Despite her training with Lya, Ruby had manage to fully dominate the Shadow Lord with her speed...

"well now i got you miss shadow lord...I'm not sure how the great Warrior aoi lost to you." Ruby said as she lifted GASTER back up to feet and would grab the girl's arm and Irish whip the girl to the ropes. She would jump over GASTER when she came back and would then prep her self up to Super kick the shadow lord when she came back the second time.

"Take this!" Ruby said as she smirked hoping her super kick would flatten GASTER again. she would then start to lay ontop of GASTER and lift her leg up going for the pin. "oh such soft skin you have for a being of darkness." Ruby said giggling as she rubbed the girls legs a little.

First the backstabber, then the DDT...and now, the Shadow Lord was forced into the ropes by the cute redhead for a rebound. With her mind still clouded by Ruby's previous move, the Shadow Lord simply couldn't react in time for her quick opponent's devastating Super Kick!

The impact sent her flying on to her back, with Ruby pinning her short after. The sequence of moves Ruby just did was likely to be used as a finishing sequence in other matches...and Ruby opened up right off the bat with them. She clearly wanted to get rid of GASTER, quickly and furiously, to make a way for herself into the Lightweight Tourney.

As Ruby hooked her leg, she felt the girl gently caress her leg, her thigh exposed through her new shorts, eliciting a quiet moan from the raven-haired chuuni. Ref paid little attention to that, and more to how long the Shadow Lord was laying on the mat!

"ONE!"

"TWO!"

"GRAAAAAH!"

"THR----NO!"

Refusing to give up this early, GASTER would roughly jerk her body upwards to make some space between her shoulders and canvas for just a moment for the ref to register the kick out!

Ruby was about to win she could taste it just as the ref was about to hit three she would hold her breath and would yell no when GASTER kicked out. "Damn it!" Ruby yelled as her moves didn't work out for her. she would have to be careful now since those moves tend to be surprise attackes and Aoi alwasys told her surprise or sneak attacks tend to be one time only moves.

Getting up onto her feet the ref told Ruby to back up so GASTER could get up on her which she sighed and would back up to let GASTER back onto her feet. She needed a new plan to win. she looked over at GASTER walking back and forth like a predator to a prey. "get up.. get up..." Ruby said to her self as she thought about what she could do to weaken the girl.
