Navi Florges vs Tina Armstrong

"One...Two...thr...", Navi would whisper to herself as the count went down. This was it. She was almost in the clear for the finals. Here comes the third count and her ticket to the Pay Per View...

"NO!"

Navi's eyes shot wide open.

Tina violently jerked upwards, throwing her arm in the air with a scream, and breaking the count. The pin was so close, in fact, that ref had to leap to her feat, and actually show the timekeeper that the match continued, as Navi heard Tina whisper in a weak yet determined voice:

"Wh-what? No...it was 3!"

"Sorry, but it was---"

"NO! Don't you fucking dare give me that shit!", Navi screamed furiously, as she practically leaped up to her feet, despite her tired state, using her right hand to wipe away the sweat on her forehead, and hair covering her head in front of her:

"How fucking hard is it to count to 3?! There is no way she kicked out on time!"

The ref, however, was impartial: "It was 2. End of."

"You...stupid, idiotic cunt!"

The French blonde knew she couldn't lay a hand on the referee intentionally, lest she got a disqualification, instead channeling her energy to insult the official, who kept her cold, emotionless face on.

Realizing that she wasn't going to get a reaction from the woman in the zebra-striped shirt, she finally turned towards her real opponent in the match.

"You can lose...", she would say, grabbing the Tigress by her brown mane:

"You WILL lose!", she finished, grabbing the woman by her wrist and Irish Whipping her into the ropes, attempting to go for a second Pop-Up Powerbomb, to make sure the brunette won't kick out!

Tina was in a haze as she was pulled back up to her feet, Navi saying something to her. She flew across the ring, bouncing off the ropes as Navi set up again to try the same move in quick succession. Her refusal to learn, and Tina's desperate bid to adapt would prove to be Navi's undoing.

As Tina was lift up she readily wrapped her legs arpund Navi's head and leaned back, snagging Navi with a hurricanrana to counter another painful powerbomb!

With a huff, Navi threw Tina up into the air as she came back at her:

"Stay....DOWN-----!!!

As Navi tried to scream that to the Tigress, the brunette would manage to counter the move, trapping Navi's head between her legs and driving it right into the canvas with a hurricanrana!

With her head spiked into the canvas, the French blonde would lifelessly lay on her back...

Tina sent Navi hard to the mat and panted looking back at Navi. She stood up and made her way over, every movement labored and clearly causing no end of aches to the tigress. She pulled Navi up by the hair and placed her head between her legs once more. Tina hooked her arms and looked around at the crowd. "This is it, it is all over now!" Tina shouted as she braced herself, lifting Navi into the air and sending her back to the mat for a second thunderous tiger bomb in this matchup!

After it landed Tina folded Navi over and pressed her to the mat for a matchbook pin! "Count it ref!" Tina called out as the referee slid into place.

"ONE!"

the count began and Tina hoped this second tiberbomb would keep Navi down...

Navi groaned, as Tina pulled her up to her feet by her hair, before setting her up for the Tiger Bomb once more...

As much as she wanted to disagree, as much as she wanted to toss Tina aside, and hit one more Powerbomb...she was simply too spent to do so. Her adrenaline rush from earlier was fully and truly done as Tina would lift the blonde into the air, and slam her down with authority.

Folding the blonde in half, Navi had no strength left to kick out of the pin, and as ref counted up to: "TWO!", it was clear to everyone in the arena that the match was over...

Tina kept Navi folded over, holding her own breath. She couldn't kick out could she?

"THREE!"

She couldn't. Tina got up, hobbling about as she did. The referee held her arm high as Tina heard the crowd cheer. She groaned and winced as she felt her body nearly give out. She hobbled to the ropes, holding on to help prop herself up.

After a moment Tina tried to make her way to Navi, kneeling next to her and offering to help her up.

Once the 3 came up, and Tina got off of Navi, proud in victory, the French blonde curl herself into a ball, covering her face

...and feel tears coming out of her eyes.

Everything she went through, pissing off management and getting an extra round as a result, beating the perverted Masako, forcing Gabriella to resort to dirty tactics, and making her fail...all of that was for naught as Tigress, the protege of one of the greatest wrestlers in the world...and someone who trained Navi for a little bit, would be the one coming out with the win, and heading into the finals of the LAW Middleweight Tourney...

After laying on the ground, wallowing in misery, she felt someone approach her. Turning her head, she would see Tina outstretch her hand towards her, to help her up.

Respectfully, Navi would accept her rival's hand, getting up to her feet.

...and raising Tina's arm to a chorus of cheers from the crowd.

After wiping the tears away with her arm, she would tell to Tina: "You better fucking win this thing...I wouldn't want to beat anyone else for that belt except you..."

"Thanks Navi. I will get that belt a d you know damn well you will get a shot at it after the match we just had." Tina said, smiling to Navi and doing her best to ignore the massive amount of pain she felt coursing through her body.

Tina appreciated the gesture from Navi and was eager to face her in the ring again.

With a heavy, disappointed sigh, Navi would nod to the Tigress, before letting go of her hand, to allow the woman to celebrate her win...and the move to the finals of the Middleweight tourney. Today, Tina proved to be the better woman, and aside from her own weakness, she had nothing to complain about...

...and, as the French blonde rolled out of the ring and, while hurting and tired, headed for backstage...
