A Red Letter Day

Today was a day that Miriam was unlikely to forget. From start to finish, things had been happening seemingly one after the other and all of them appeared to be positive or in Miriam's favour. To start with, she had spent some two hours in the gym training for the academy's final exam, and then came around to actually succeed. Being required to take on another trainee and aspiring wrestler in a real match, Miriam had groaned with disappointment at discovering her opponent was a good twenty pounds heavier and had four inches on her, but had somehow pulled it off in the closest fight of her career so far, making for a pretty exciting opening match for the day's show.

Then, getting home to her fairly modest apartment and quite exhausted, Asuka had messaged her to let her know that she was being given a payrise, which was quite a delightful surprise. An hour later, around 4PM, she received her confirmation letter inviting her to join LAW's lightweight division, and barely had time to frame it and hang it on her wall before Asuka came knocking on the front door with another of her (fairly regular) rather strange requests. Without really explaining much, she had Miriam come out with her to visit a friend, promising that it would be fun and good for her career and all the usual stuff that Asuka usually said when she couldn't come up with a real excuse.

Throwing on a hoodie over her wrestling gear, and a set of roller skates she'd barely had time to try out, the two blondes set out across town, with Asuka eventually pulling Miriam to a halt and knocking rather firmly on Clara Gaster's front door, while the young rookie drifted lazily back and forth with both hands in her pockets, and gaining a few glances from passers-by thanks to her bright red and black sports briefs and pretty well-maintained lightweight's figure.

For Clara on the other hand, today wasn't anything out of the ordinary. She woke up early at 6 PM, jogged for a few hours to Lya's gym, trained with the redhead, finishing at around 3 PM, and, after passing a supermarket, went to her humble apartment.

Right now, she was restling about, sitting at her laptop, watching random let's plays vids and wrestling matches, trying to relax after a difficult, yet normal, day of training.

That continued for around an hour, until she heard a firm buzz from her door...

Quickly jumping from her chair, she rushed towards the front door, and looked into the intercom of her apartment, to see who was asking for her.

To the right of the camera, she saw an unfamiliar blonde in cute briefs...

...and in front of the door...

Without thinking, in her house attire of a black t-shirt and yoga pants, she would rush towards the door of the apartment comples and open it wide, before throwing her arms around the girl on her door step in a light hug:

"Hello, sweetie", she would softly say to Asuka, before giving her a light peck on her cheek.

Miriam blinked and almost slipped off-balance when Gaster rushed out and immediately grabbed Asuka into a hug and a quick kiss out on the side of this rather busy street at peak hour. She had seen the streamer and shadow lord do stuff like this in the ring on TV, and seen more than a few pieces of fan art depicting the least subtle romance TV had shown in at least three days, but it was entirely different to actually see it up close and in person. Though not into girls in a sexual way, Miriam had to admit that Asuka and Clara were quite attractive young girls, and so it wasn't too surprising that the ship was so popular.

What made her actually slip and fall on her ass was when Asuka, without hesitating for even a second, threw her own arms around Gaster's waist and grabbed two large handfuls of her rival's backside, then pushed her lips right onto Clara's to start blatantly making out with her. It didn't take long after that for people to start snapping pictures, though very few had the courage to whistle or call out at them, given that the street was mostly populated by college age teens (and of them, almost all were girls in this particular area).

With Miriam's cheeks turning as red as her outfit, the younger blonde pushed up onto her feet and coughed to get the attention of her employer, awkwardly calling "Are you done?"

"Hum...", Clara let out, as she felt Asuka's small hands grope her rear...and forgetting about that very quickly, as the streamer moved in for a kiss, the Shadow Lord was happy to oblige, making out with her crush on a busy walkway at a busy hour.

Plenty of people stopped to stair...or even snap a pic, but she didn't give a damn. She hasn't seen the blonde in a little while, and would trade a lifetime for an opportunity to give Asuka a deep, long passionate kiss...

Sadly, it seemed like, if she were to trade in a lifetime, it would've been a very crappy bargain, as a minute into the kiss, the unfamiliar blonde decided to build up her courage, and call the 2 out on the indecent showing in public, Clara quickly breaking the kiss as a familiar red tint creeped onto her cheeks:

"S-sorry, Miss...", she would remark, releasing Asuka from the hug...

...but naturally, motioning to the streamer to enter the complex...as well as her appartment situated on the second floor of the building...

While Gaster blushed and awkwardly drew herself towards the building's entrance post-kiss, Asuka only smirked and looked around at the few onlookers that had caused her rival to become so utterly adorable. Miriam wheeled herself about to follow the Brit inwards as she motioned, while Asuka simply took the rookie's hand and pulled her along, the familiar and delightful taste of Clara's lips still sitting on her tongue.

As the trio of lightweights ascended the stairs (something that took a great deal of effort and concentration from Miriam, before she remembered that she can simply take off her boots), Asuka's eyes went up and down Gaster's figure, and her smile widened slightly and somewhat creepily. Though she hadn't met Clara in person for a few months, a lot of the 20-year-old's slim and tight build was still quite fresh in her mind.

Reaching the door, and Gaster going to open it, Asuka reached down to squeeze her backside, while Miriam brought a hand to her own face and turned bright red. Luckily, there was nobody about to take pictures this time.

With the 3 girls heading up the stairs, Clara felt Asuka's eyes behind her, feeling how the steamer looked at her slim frame with joy peppered with some lust...something the Brit had gotten used to in almost a year since she first wrestled against the blonde...

As they arrived to her front door, with not a soul in the corridor, she stopped to turn the door knob of her door...

...but, just as she did that, she felt small hands on her small rear!

"Yeeep!", she yelped, though more quietly than when Asuka usually did that, slowly getting used to her crush's surprise groping that was guaranteed to happen every time they met.

She turned to her with a slight smirk on her face, flicking the blonde on the nose for groping her butt, as she opened the door:

"Please come in!"

Miriam, following the two along to Clara's room, gave a quiet giggle at how obsessed Asuka appeared to be over her British rival's slender and smooth figure. To look at the trio, nobody who didn't already know them would guess they were professional wrestlers. When Clara turned around in response to Asuka's groping, the Japanese girl's eyes would quickly lift up from her round backside and meet Gaster's, a cocky half-smile on her face that widened into a goofy regular one when her host flicked her face.

The newcomer hesitated a little when Gaster asked the two visitors to enter her apartment, but Asuka quickly rectified the situation by walking behind her and pushing her inside, guiding her straight to the nearest sofa, and then shoving her down into it, getting another giggle out of the blushing blonde Brit. Both Miriam and Asuka would look around Gaster's home, or at least as far as they could see from where they were standing, before turning their attention back to the host.

"Sooo, as much as I'd love to say we just came over to oggle your body, I am here for a reeeeason." Asuka would declare, as Miriam brought her palm against her face, and Asuka brought both hands up to point at her. "This lovely girl is Miriam, she's just qualified for the roster this morning, and maybe sorta needs a teacher or coach or manager or whatever word you wanna use." she'd continue, giving Clara quick glances as if she had another 'fantastic' idea, inpsiring absolute terorr and dread in the blonde rookie. "She's also the best maid I've ever had, and in exchange for your services, she's agreed to give you hers free of charge. Isn't that right?"

Miriam looked up with total surprise, and began to open her mouth to protest, but was immediately cut off by Asuka. "I'll pay her salary, plus double. All you have to do is help her not suck. She's also sleeping here from now on." Asuka finished, winking at Miriam, who was utterly dumbfounded and speechless, before looking back at Clara. "Whaddya say?"

While Asuka and her friend got comfortable on the sofa, Clara quickly went to grab a teapot, already containing a prepared tea Clara made earlier.

Setting the cups and the pot, Clara listened carefully to what her blonde crush had to say.

"Hi, Miriam!", she would chirply reply as Asuka introduced the girl.

"O-oh! I would be more than happy to...", Clara would reply, happy to help a noobie wrestler...before Asuka gave quick glances to her and Miriam, and continued...with quite a shocking proposal:

"Wh...wh...wh...wh...wh...what?!"

Needless to say, Clara was shocked by the proposal:

"H-hang on...a maid is all well and good, but I barely have enough room for 2 in here! And I don't have an extra bed, and no money for it either!", she also took a look at the maid's face. Needless to say, she was not expecting this turn of events either:

"Y-you know...you could've...warned either of us ahead of time?", the chuuni's heart was beating out of control with anxiety at the proposition...

Miriam gave a quick wave in response to Gaster's greeting, smiling across at the girl and feeling somewhat speechless at being in a room with both of her idols, and being so casually in conversation with them! It was like a dream come true, and sorta surreal.

However, as the conversation wrapped up, Miriam could only sit there with a mixed expression of anxiety and confusion in a pretty similar manner to Clara herself, while Asuka simply stood there proudly as if she had just revealed a plan to solve world hunger or something.

The young rookie found herself looking back and forth between Clara and Asuka, very much conflicted about what she should say. On the one hand, being roommates with one of the girls that had inspired her to come this far with her wrestling career, while being paid by another such girl, was mind-blowingly awesome. On the other hand, Clara's apartment was not the biggest place, it would certainly be very cozy when the two of them were home at once, and Gaster's bed was definitely not made for two people.

Asuka, overconfident as ever, simply rolled her eyes before smiling at Clara again, "You are so adorable when you're like this. It makes me wanna hug and squeeze you again. But never fear! I will pay not just half, but three quarters of your rent and bills if you accept! And besides, er, look outside." she'd finish, peeking out the nearest street-facing window

"Aaaaaaaah...", Clara would let out in confusion. 3/4s of her rent? Plus paying for a personal maid for her?! She knew Asuka was rich...but to this extent? Then again...she was both a streaming star and a wrestler. That had to make a lot of money.

The money was out of the question, but the girl couldn't help but harbour a slight anger at her crush for leaving her in the dark like this for a very major addition to her household...

...and that anger got a lot bigger the moment Asuka told her to "look outside".

"I have a bad feeling..."

She stood up from her seat, making her way towards the window, with a perfect view to the street outside, and saw...

A truck...

...and two male workers getting out a mattress...and a bed frame...

Clara's eyes lit up, as she turned around to her crush, having a deathly glare in her eyes for the first time outside of a match:

"Miriam...no offence to you...but Asuka, what if I said: "no", just now? Did I have any choice in the matter ahead of time?"
