Wrestling was hard work. Dizzy, of all people, should’ve known this, not because she’d been doing it her whole life, but because her mother had, and she spent pretty much her daughter’s life telling her that every chance she got. Even without the verbal reminders, she got to witness it firsthand. All the days her mother spent in hospitals, recovering from broken bones. The time she spent in the gym, working away till she couldn't even stand when she got back home. The years spent on the road, moving and traveling to every corner of the globe, sacrificing important dates just to reach the next match.

It was a sacrifice, a big one, and one that Dizzy never thought she would make. Even when her mother got her to come over and try out the lifestyle with LAW, she hadn't taken it too seriously.

But then things changed.

Dizzy found herself on the mats in LAW’s gym, doing some situps and losing herself in the moment while she reflected on how crazy her last few weeks had been. Meeting Alicia Soto, the match between them, finding the first real spark of her wrestling life. Her plan when she joined was a simple one - just hang out, pretend to train, and mix it up with all the hot hentai fighters when her mother wasn’t looking. She’d heard tales far and wide about all the sex people had around here, how it wasn’t uncommon to get ambushed and dragged into a sexfight when you weren’t looking, and she was all about that.

But now, after meeting Alicia and seeing how fun wrestling could be, she was coming around to the sport as a whole, she was having a blast…for the most part. There were still aspects of vanilla wrestling that she wasn’t crazy about, namely all the training that she had to do, even when her mother wasn’t around. The elder Belti had given her a regimen to follow, and she was doing her best to stick to it, but after an hour of hard work her body was really feeling the effects.

”19…20…21…”

She huffed and puffed through her set, doing her best to soldier through the grueling situps, and taking in her surroundings as she did so. It would’ve helped if there was someone around to at least appreciate all the effort she was going through. Someone who might like the way she looked in her tiny pink gym shorts and her thin white sports bra. Something like that. But no, the gym was mostly devoid of women today, just a couple dudes hanging by the racks, so her efforts went unnoticed.

Which was fine. Just fine. Working out wasn’t about hooking up, it was about self-improvement, honing her body so that she could be the best wrestler she could be, and getting the absolute best out of her body.

…still would’ve been nice if she had a little eye candy, though.

And in walked Alix Jacques, as if on cue. The lack of activity that one would normally see in a gym in the afternoon made the gothic beauty stop and take a quick look around in case she'd missed something. There were a few others she could see further inside, but that was it. The handsome fellow who worked the desk up front (and unfortunately had a ring on his finger) had said with some relief that today was a slow day.

He wasn't kidding.

Clad in a low-cut top and pants that fit her like a second skin, Alix joined the few others who were here and quickly caught the eyes of the men at the racks. The one who was currently lifting picked up the pace with his reps, getting a look from his spotter that said "Really?". Alix averted her eyes and muffled the laughter that had threatened to come out when the silent snark tickled her funny bone.

After her eyes had turned from them, they found themselves sticking to the olive-skinned cutie doing sit-ups. She possessed a lethal combination of a well put-together body, tight, scant clothing that appeared to have been made precisely for it, and those perfect sheens of sweat that had built up in all the right places.

Oh, please be on the roster.

There was only one way to find out. Alix made her approach and took a place beside her on the floor, saying just before starting on some sit-ups of her own...

"Hello, there."

The greeting would be spoken in a friendly tone, rather than flirtatious.

Dizzy’s alarm bells went off the moment a black beauty entered the room, proving to her that, if there was a god out there, they approved and supported her rampant horniness. She got a good look at her every time she sat up, and she definitely liked what she saw. An older, more mature woman that she was, but with a youthful bounce to her. Dark-skinned, long-haired, full-bodied, with an outfit that put all those features on fine display, and…and…

...was that flipping Alix Jacques?

Dizzy was something of a porn aficionado, having a collection that she’d been building up pretty much since she turned fifteen. Downloaded, all on the cloud, readily accessible at a moment's notice. There was a wide variety of content she’d perused, all girl-on-girl, and she’d come to recognize many of the faces and big names in the industry. There had even been a time, however brief, that she’d entertained the idea of joining the business herself. Then she decided that it might be nice to not put her mother in the hospital with a heart attack, and passed on the notion.

But that experience brought with it expertise, which allowed her to recognize the face that was coming her way right now. Alix Jacques had been off the scene for a while now, but there was no mistaking that body and that gothic look. Dizzy had spent more than a few late nights fawning over beauty, and her she was, stepping right out of her computer scene, sitting next to her for a workout like it was no big thing.

”Oh! Uh, hi. Hey, hello.” She just realized that she had paused in her situps and was giving the woman an awkward stare. She grabbed her water bottle nearby and fumbled with the cap, using it as an excuse to break eye contact for a second. ”Hey…weird question, but I just want to make sure.” She lowered her voice. For some reason. “Are you Alix Jacques?”

Alix had also stopped, having accomplished her mission of getting Dizzy's attention. From the way she looked at her and her adorably nervous manner of speech, it felt safe to assume that the smaller woman had already known of her prior to her arrival to LAW.

"I am! And no, it's not a weird question at all. What's your name, sweetie?"

Alix gave her a warm smile that would hopefully put her at ease.

Dizzy squeaked - and honest-to-goodness squeak - when Alix confirmed who she was, and swung around to sit cross-legged in front of the living legend before her. Silly as it might’ve sounded, she felt a general giddiness come over her as she got a good look at the woman - those curves, those eyes, that hair, everything she’d ever imagined, just sitting there with a million dollar smile.

”Knew it! Knewitknewitknewit!” She snapped her fingers, then straightened up. ”Desdemona Belti, but you can call me Dizzy. Everyone calls me that, so, you know, you can, too. If you want.”

Uh, she was rambling. And she looked like such a mess now, too, showing the effects of her workout. Far grimier than she wanted to be in front of Alix Jacques, of all people.

”But, uh, what are you doing here?” She leaned in closer, her eyes widening with every inch. ”Did you join up? You’re on the roster?” Oh, damn, did Dizzy hope that was the case. She needed it to be.

The squeak got a lighthearted chuckle out of Alix. Creepers aside (although she was lucky enough to avoid coming across as many as she was warned she might), it was always nice to meet a fan. Especially one that looked so delectable.

"Desdemona Belti". The name sounded...Italian? Like a name that came from a country that speaks one of the Romance languages, at least. She was just about to ask her, but the possible Romantic got her next three questions out before she could. She didn't mind, however.

"It's nice to meet you, Dizzy. You can call me Allie, or Sunshine, if you'd like. Either one's fine, and yes, I did indeed join the roster. Since you asked that, I'm guessing that means you're on it too?"

”Allie, Sunshine, Allie, Sunshine…” She bobbled her head from side to side. ”I’ll go with Allie. Sounds cuter.”

And yeeeeeeeessss. That was such good news. Dizzy’s head was already spinning with all the dream matches she could see Alix - Allie - in. Her against Eirina, Rose Gold, Rei Tachibana, to say nothing of the facesitting matches with a fine behind like that to back her up.

Oh, the mouth watered.

She kept her hype at a minimum for the moment, though, not wanting to get ahead of herself and look like a crazy psycho fan. More than she actually was. ”Oh, yeah. Me and my mom joined up a few months ago. She’s an old-school wrestler, trying to get me into things, passing the torch, you know how it is.” She sighed, a little wistful, but lightened up quick enough.

”It’s beyond cool to see you join up, though. Big fan.” She twirled one of her stray strands around her finger and snickered. ”But, uh, you probably sussed that out.”

"I might've guessed."

Alix let out a little giggle.

"It's always nice to meet a fan."

Especially such a cute one.

She kept that comment to herself, not wanting to be too forward just yet. Not until she knows what kind of competitor Dizzy is.

"Not too big on your mother's style of wrestling?"

The question was asked in a sympathetic tone that hopefully conveyed that Dizzy would be getting the listening ear that she was offering.

That was a good question. Was she?

”I…” She chewed her lip and leaned back on her palms, considering the question. It was a weird topic to brooch with anyone, but with Allie, it didn’t feel so strange. Maybe because she’d had some of her most intimate, private moments with this woman as the subject. It felt a little like talking to an imaginary friend made real.

Still…

”It’s complicated. I mean…yes? No? Sort of?” She rubbed the back of her head. ”You just met me, I don’t want to drop all this baggage on your lap.”

She said, knowing full well she totally wanted to. It just felt kind of rude, straight out of the gate.
