In spite of Lunara’s charm and charisma, Clara still managed to keep a clear head while discussing the potential match with the blonde. Still, her cheeks were burning red, especially after her response to Clara’s acceptance of the match.

After a moment, Victoria would also give a go ahead on the match, and with the date was set, and Lunara would seal the deal with one final approach to the Shadow Lord, one final sultry move as she smoothly stepped towards Clara, stopping her face just a few short millimeters away from the Brit, almost kissing her. Clara held her breath as her rival-to-be…simply told her farewell, and touched and slid her hand from Clara’s palm across her arm. Only once Lunara’s hand was off could Clara manage to draw breath again, as Lunara told Victoria her farewells, and left, leaving Clara and Victoria with a sway of her hips and a parting wink. The moment she was out, Victoria could finally draw breath as well. Victoria’s reaction was a good indicator that - no, Clara wasn’t being weird. Lunara had that effect on people.

Victoria would go on to explain Clara the match in full, that, although not quite as good as her 3 main clients, Lunara was still very close in skill to them when it came to standard matches. She accepted it, nodding as she shook Victoria’s hand in acceptance of the challenge.

”This is why I came to you specifically. 2023 was rough for me, but the fights with Nerissa and Astrid were absolute highlights. I’ll be waiting for the contract”

Clara stood up to leave, the negotiations being done…but Victoria had some parting words of her own. Words that struck deep, especially considering Clara’s past doubts about getting this far in LAW…and in wrestling in general.

”I…”, Clara hesitated with the answer for a moment, before taking a deep breath and finishing: ”I’ll keep that in mind. See you later…”

With that, the Shadow Lord took her leave from the manager’s office…
