Cecilia Lombard vs. Lisbeth Parker

After the beating she had taken, Cecilia wasn't in the best shape to keep going, nonetheless defend herself from Lisbeth's incoming onslaught. She would soon come to - almost - regret taunting the blonde so much, or at least she would if it wasn't so fun. But still, she had no shortage of anger towards Liz right here and now, as she was going at her hard.

Liz's forehead smacked into Cecilia's nose with a loud crack, sending the brunette's head rolling backwards over her shoulder as she was sent coughing, jostled from the strike. As the other half of the recoil put her back towards her opponent, she was lined right up to be grabbed by the former boxer, where she would find herself pulled into a headlock. Cecilia was yanked up to her feet, and though she tried to twist herself free, she wouldn't get very far before Liz's knee slammed straight into her stomach, driving the air out of her lungs as she coughed and wheezed from her ragged throat. Barely even having time to stabilize herself, Cecilia was teetering on unsteady legs as it was, and when the brunt of Lisbeth's force was added to the equation, it was only the fact that the blonde was holding onto her head that prevented Cecilia from collapsing right there.

Liz had to take a moment to admire her handy-work. Cecilia just looked so pathetic that Liz couldn't help but take a moment to smirk at her, the headache she had caused herself with that headbutt immediately forgotten. If had been a boxing match, Liz would have trapped the ice-bitch in the corner and beaten her bloody until she couldn't stand anymore

But unfortunately, this wasn't boxing. It was wrestling, and apparently that was considered poor form. Or at least that's what she had been told.

Sooooo laaaaaame.

Still, Liz had some other things that she could still do. Probably. Her technique was shit, and she was way better at throwing an attack than at putting someone in a hold, but there was an advantage in just being strong, and the petite woman had strength to spare when it came to the arms department. So she decided to go for a pretty simple hold, or so she thought at least. Liz would move to wrap her arms around the ice-bitch, aiming to pull Cecilia in and off her feet, wanting to crush her in a tight bearhug.

With Cecilia as staggered as she was, the brunette had no chance of avoiding Lisbeth's attempt to scoop her up in a bear hug. She was just starting to blink out of the daze she was in when she felt two strong arms clamp down hard against her back, compressing her spine and ribs as they held down tight. Cecilia's eyes went wide, surprised to see such strength coming from her opponent, especially when she wasn't just punching her. It looked like Liz had more tricks up her sleeve than Cecilia had thought at first.

"P-Put me down, you-!" Cecilia spat, gasping for breath as she twisted back and forth in a frantic but ultimately futile effort to loosen the hold. As Lisbeth would hold down harder, Cecilia's back arched and she let out a scream of pain, her legs kicking in place as she tried to fight through the hold. This was bad, and the last thing she wanted to do was to have to tap to some upstart newcomer who didn't even know how to wrestle. She had to turn this around, and fast.

With how annoying the ice-bitch had been so far in their match, Liz was half expecting another irritation to come up when she tried to trap her foe in a bear hug. But then the move went off without a hitch. The former boxer could feel her muscular arms around Cecilia, and felt as they constricted around the ice-bitch, crushing her spine and ribs. The wide-eyed look on her foe's face was just icing on the cake.

Was it Christmas morning and no-one had told her?

"What, no clever words?" Liz taunted, a sinister smirk pointed up at her foe as she squeezed in harder. And then Cecilia screamed, and the match went from good to great. "Weren't expecting this? Did you not think a boxer would have strong arms?" She taunted, adjusting her grip as Cecilia kept squirming, the brunette's legs kicking in place. The way Cecilia looked now, it seemed like just a matter of time until she had to tap. Now if only the ice-bitch would stop moving so she could keep a solid grip...

Cecilia didn't like being trapped like this, with nowhere to go, and the taunts coming from her opponent were only making it worse. If she was going to be put in a spot like this, she would hope it wouldn't have to involve such insolent yammering. Growling through her clenched teeth, the brunette twisted herself back and forth, trying to pull her arms free, but to no avail. True to her words, Lisbeth did indeed have strong arms, and Cecilia did have to admit that it was probably foolish of her not to expect that.

But Cecilia didn't want to tap any time soon. She still had plenty of fight in her with how she had been leading the match so far, and she still had a ways to go before she reached that point. And she refused to give Liz the satisfaction of besting her like this. Cecilia still had her head free, and she could use it to spit in Liz's direction in a show of disrespect as she tried harder to pull herself free from the hold.

How pathetic. Cecilia could talk the talk, but evidently she had a long way to go in walking the walk. Not that Liz should really be thinking that about her opponent, after all, Cecilia certainly had a lot more experience than she did. Plus, the last time the former boxer had underestimated the ice-bitch, she had turned things around in a rather painful way. But still, after all that talk, it just took a little bear hug to bring Cecilia's momentum to a screeching halt. And thankfully, a bear hug was pretty much the move Liz had the best chance to execute well.

"Come on, nothing?" Liz taunted, "After all that big tal-"

The former boxer's words cut off as Cecilia spat on her. Spat. The smug look that had crossed the boxer's face twisted into an enraged scowl, a murderous look boiling in her eyes. That was it. She wasn't going to take that kind of disrespect. With a growl Liz started loosening and tightening her grip repeatedly, wanting to really torment her foe and crush the brunette's sides. But it was already hard holding on while Cecilia tried to escape, throwing this addition in made things even more difficult.

"No!" Liz hissed as Cecilia started to make headway, pulling away from Liz's grasp. The former boxer tried to hold on, but put herself at risk of retaliation from the ice-bitch in the process.

Cecilia didn't need to use any words to get her point across. The spit she aimed at her opponent was all she needed, and it proved as effective as she had hoped. That brought a small smirk to her face as she stood basking in the glory of breaking Lisbeth's composure. It was just too fun to get the blonde riled up like this.

"Oh, you were saying?" she taunted. But Cecilia's fun would be short-lived, as Liz began to intermittently put the pressure on the brunette's ribs, going at it hard. Cecilia gagged and choked as Liz's arms felt like hammers ramming into her sides again and again, testing her resolve. At first, Cecilia was shaken, and she tensed with pain, a shiver going down her back as she eased up on her attempts to escape, which were cut off at first by Liz's assault. But it didn't take long before Cecilia realised this was a position she could turn to her advantage, with how often Liz was releasing the pressure that held down her arms.

Thinking quickly, in that little window of time between squeezes Cecilia would pull her arms free. That was all she needed for the next part of her plan, as when she had a career in fighting dirty for so long, Cecilia knew that all she needed to do to get the upper hand was to free her arms. With one hand, she would take hold of Liz's hair and use the added leverage to pull her head to the side, restraining it in place. Then, with her other arm, she would swing back and send an elbow for her opponent's cheek to clock her in the head.

"Yeah," Liz sneered, watching as Cecilia's smug expression fell at the feel of her arms ramming into the ice-bitch's sides. "I was saying"

But just like her opponent, Liz's fun wouldn't last long. Cecilia's struggles made holding on to the brunette difficult, and having to constantly move her arms meant that there was a definite weakness in the former boxer's grip. A weakness that Cecilia was all too eager to take advantage of, yanking her arms free of Liz's grapple. Some might have dropped the hold then and there, seeing it as too risky to try and hold on to a foe with their arms free, but Liz? She was far too stubborn.

"Hold... still...!" The former boxer snarled, wincing as Cecilia grabbed hold of her hair and pulled it to the side. Gritting her teeth, her eyes suddenly shot wide open as she saw the ice-bitch's fist heading straight for her.

"HOOOPF-!" She coughed, a wad of spit flying from her mouth as the punch knocked her senseless and sent her sprawling to the canvas.

Finally free of Lisbeth's clutches, Cecilia dusted herself off, huffing under her breath. It was about time that was taken care of, she thought to herself. Allowing any opponent, no less someone with such poor form and lack of experience as Liz, to get that much of an edge on her was a humiliation Cecilia would not allow. Now, though, she was out, and the first order of business would be to punish her opponent for such insolence. She would set the matter right, once and for all!

"There," Cecilia said as she stormed over to loom above where Liz had fallen, her arms crossed as she looked on with a sadistic smirk. "That's more like it," Cecilia's voice was flat and emotionless, seeing if her steely disposition could psyche Liz out. The last thing she needed was to have the blonde fighting back while she was in the middle of correcting her behavior. Without apparently breaking a sweat, Cecilia would raise her foot and bring it down on Liz's back, as hard as she could. Then, slowly and leisurely, as though she didn't fear any response from Lisbeth, Cecilia lay herself down over her back, where she would wrap her legs around her head to perform a headscissor. But rather than stop there, Cecilia reached behind her to take one of Liz's feet and yank her leg upwards and towards herself, compounding it with an ankle lock.

Mentally, Lisbeth wasn't ready to just lay there and let the ice-bitch have it easy. Physically, there wasn't much that she could do. With a growl the former boxer tried to climb back up to her feet and turn to face her opponent, but she only managed to make it back up to her knees before she tumbled and fell back onto the canvas, landing on her face again.

Panting, her eyes focused on Cecilia's feet as the brunette's emotionless voice taunted her. Some might have found the brunette's tone eerie or worrying, but all it really did to Liz was piss her off more. "Fuck you!" She managed to spit, sending a gob of saliva at her foe to show just how little she thought of the woman. Not that her little display of defiance was going to do much good, especially not as Cecilia's foot landed on her back. "Hrk-!" She groaned, writhing under Cecilia's blow, a burning pain shooting through her back.

She grit her teeth and slammed her fist into the canvas, furious that she couldn't seem to react as the ice-bitch's legs wrapped around her neck while one of her legs was yanked upwards. Her hands grabbed at Cecilia's legs, trying to pry them open, not wanting to be left at her foe's mercy... not that she had much choice in the matter.
