Akiha Kosha (D) vs Melody Serperior - Cutting the Snake's Head

With Akiha taking the initial flow of the match on her side, the redhaired wrestler continued to punish Melody to soften her going forward into the match. Melody tried to defend herself, but best it amounted to was rolling herself into a ball, with her arms and legs taking the punishment instead.

It seemed that Akiha had gotten her opponent to go fully defensive, if that could even be called some kind of defense. She would exhale in an annoyed tone, she had expected a bit more from her opponent but then again it was possible that Melody was simply pretending to be weak or would mount a comeback. Akiha decided to give the girl a bit of a false sense of security, she would run away from her opponent, letting her think things where in the clear when in reality she would be bouncing off the ropes and coming back at her. The red hair wrestler would then come back before putting her hands on the ground and doing a cartwheel before trying to land on her opponent, attempting to perform a cartwheel splash.

It wasn’t anything of the sort on Melody’s side. In reality, Melody hadn’t been in a match with an opponent with similar skill for so long, that she wasn’t sure how to counter her rival’s attacks!

Akiha would step away, and the greenette would attempt to slowly find her way back to her feet…only for Akiha to suddenly cartwheel very close to her, and drive her body into her’s with a hard splash!

”GUAAAH!!!”

The greenette tried to roll away after the attack, preferably to the outside of the ring, trying to collect herself and figure out a strategy for the match!

Akiha managed to land on top of her opponent and hit Melody with a Cartwheel splash. The crimson hair wrestler then watched as her opponent rolled out of the ring. In or out of the ring, Akiha wasn't going to give her opponent any quarter. Getting quickly to her feet she would run away from her opponent before once again bouncing on the ropes, building up some momentum. As she got to the edge of the ring, she would jump on the middle rope, using it to propel herself up before then flying high in the air and twist her body vertically and trying to land once again on top of her green hair opponent for a high flying Step-Up Fosbury Flop.

With how long Melody was out of the ring, she needed a moment to figure out a strategy to fight, especially against a newer foe…

…but Akiha wasn’t game to give her a moment to breathe. Rebounding on the ropes opposite to wear Melody was, Akiha jumped on the middle rope, before flipping and twisting in midair, taking Melody down with a beautiful twisting Crossbody!

Melody cried out in pain as she hit the back of her head and back on the ground below!

Akiha had managed to fly in the air and crash land on top of her opponent, sandwiching her. The attack did take a bit out of the redhead but she knew that her opponent was now doing far worse then she was. The audience and the crowd where losing it, excited to see such a move in display. Akiha herself was now feeling more and more confident. The referee on the other hand would begin to start to count them out. Taking a moment to inhale and exhale, Akiha would then get off her feet and look at her opponent before trying to grab her hair and trunks. A few more brutal hits and perhaps she could end this match and make a huge statement. If the Japanese wrestler managed to grab Melody hair and trunks and get her to her feet, she would then rush forward before attempting to throw her green hair opponent head first into the metal stairs that lead to the ring.

"Why...why can't I fight back?!", Melody screamed at herself in her hurting head as Akiha grabbed her off the ground. She was never defeated this thoroughly in a match before. But here she was, almost out of it from the match, with Akiha having barely a scratch on her...

Akiha would lift Melody off the floor, and throw her head first right into the metal stairs!

Melody's screaming thoughts seized, as her vision flickered, the greenette barely conscious...

Grabbing Melody, she sent her opponent head first into the stairs and watched her crash. It seemed her opponent was now out of it. Though Akiha wanted to continue the punishment the referee was counting the two of them out. It was best if she got back into the ring. The Japanese wrestler would move towards her green hair opponent and attempt to grab her hair and trunks, trying to get to her feet before rolling her into the ring. If she managed to do so, she would then jump onto the apron and grab a hold of the ropes, ready to quickly move again.

Melody was completely dazed as Akiha grabbed at her, before rolling her inside the ring. She was stirring though, slowly coming to, as she tried to rise at least to a sit, before Akiha rolled back in and back at her!

With her hands on the ropes, Akiha would jump in the air and land on top of the ropes, being relentless, she wouldn't give any breathing room to her opponent. Constant offensive and leave your opponent unable to mount a comeback. Using the top rope as a springboard, she then launched herself up, flying high in the air as she twisted her body, flipping herself and attempting to have herself come down and crash right down on her green-haired opponent, belly to belly. It was a risky move but it was worth the risk, besides she needed to give the crowd a good show.
