...and in addition, they also let her do the announcement duties, as well as the booking duties, for the night! The event, outside of the technical side of things, was entirely under her control!
The feed on LAW's streaming service started up, and the dim lights came up in the open air venue. The event was designed to look and feel small and underground (and with account of a big warehouse requiring to be nearby for all the match stips planned for tonight). As the theme song for the event played, the cameras slowly focused on the master of ceremonies in the middle of the ring, Alice having a few que cards ready which only contained the match list for the night.
"Ladies and gentlemen and everyone else as well...WELCOME TO HELL!!!"
Alice would scream the last line to massive cheers from the crowd as the lights in the arena came properly on, lightening up the hell in question, as plenty of weapons like chairs, bats, 2x4s, and other, smaller weapon types were strewn about the ringside area.
"This event was a looooong time coming, an event with all the blood and guts a wrestler or a fan might need! Tonight, 18 of LAW's most brutal ladies, including yours truly, will collide in matches that will take them to the limits of their lives! Be very very careful not to get drawn in..."
Alice fell silent for the moment as the crowd cheered:
"But, for real, be careful tonight. This will get wilder than usual LAW shows. Follow the rules of security to the t in case things get way too wild...though for those of you who brought weapons to help your favourite ladies today, I think there might simply be little choice but to get too close to Hades tonight..."
With the explanations done, Alice let the hype video on the screen run down the card for the night:
