Picture someone sweet. Pleasant to be around. Someone who welcomes you everyday with a bright smile on her face. Who has hugs on demand. Who always helps you and gives you encouraging words. A calm, gentle presence in your turbulent life.
Bad Girl is the complete opposite of whatever you imagined. She’s as far from it as can be.
She’s loud, abrasive, and prone to anger at even the slightest provocation. There’s no heart of gold here, not diamond in the rough. She’s just an all around unpleasant person to be around at all times, caring nothing about sensibilities or manners. Foul-mouthed, it almost seems like she’s on the hunt for something to give her a reason for violence, and it’s not hard to imagine that she would be in prison for doing something extremely violent if wrestling hadn't given her a legal outlet for her boundless aggression.
Bad Girl views herself as a true hardcore wrestler, the true successor to her father’s legacy. In her eyes, hardcore wrestling is the only true form of wrestling, and she views more traditional pro-wrestlers as a joke, and don’t even get her started on hentai wrestlers. While she’ll probably never ‘like’ anyone, she can at least rise to the point of tolerance with wrestlers who can give her a strong fight and endure her assaults.
History
Ralph Birken started out as a baseball player for the New York Yankees in the mid-90s. He was talented, but had a bit of an attitude problem. His short temper pushed away his teammates and caused the team far more trouble than he was worth, and after a string of high profile incidents that ended in an epic barroom brawl, he was promptly suspended, then released altogether.
That would’ve been the start of a mediocre life for many people, but as luck would have it, Ralph’s antics drew him towards another, more liberated type of sport: hardcore wrestling. The ultra-violent style of wrestling was gaining fame in the United States, taking off with backyard wrestling and even showing up in major promotions, and his high profile name was viewed as a good way to draw in even more press. He joined one of the more lucrative promotions, went into training, and quickly discovered he had an untapped talent for wanton destruction. Armed with his trusty baseball bat, he wrestled under the ring name of Bad Man, and would go onto become one of the bigger names of his day.
It didn’t do wonders for his marriage, however, and his wife wound up divorcing him and leaving him to take care of their daughter, Charlotte Birkin. Needing more money to support her by himself, he accept a job with one of Japan’s bigger companies and moved overseas, taking her with him. The money was good enough, but it meant he was unable to spend much time with Charlotte, largely leaving her to grow up by herself.
As she did, however, she would watch him on TV without his permission, and came to have an idolized version of him stuck in his head. She didn’t just want to be a wrestler when she grew up, she wanted to be a wrestler like him, something he was strongly against. The more he tried to push her out of it, though, the more she was set on the idea, and it started to pour into her school life. She was getting more aggressive, starting fights, flunking classes, lashing out and turning into a real life version of the character Ralph played.
She dropped out of high school altogether in her final year, attempting to push him into training her, but instead wound up leaving after a heated argument. Out on her own, she scrapped by with a waitress gig at an idol-themed restaurant that she absolutely hated. Wearing the cute dresses, faking her smiles, enduring the occasional pinches on her ass.
It was only a matter of time before Charlotte broke, and when she did, she broke hard. She stormed out of the restaurant one day, knocking out the manager on her way out for good measure, and went to the same promotion that her father had been a part of when he came to Japan. Though they were reluctant to sign such a fresh talent, her name recognition was enough to get her foot in the door, and she was eventually given a shot.
By all accounts, she inherited Ralph’s talent for unchecked violence, and she excelled in the hardcore/deathmatch scene. Taking on the name of Bad Girl, crowds were drawn to her spectacle. She didn’t always win, but they knew that any match with her was going to be a bloody, unpredictable affair. On her part, she took pride in getting her name out there and knowing that, somewhere, her father was watching all this and disapproving.
Looking to reach even bigger platforms, Bad Girl decided to bring her talents over to LAW.

-Has a good singing voice. You'd never know it from the gravely voice she has, but the few who've heard it say she sounds surprisingly angelic.
