It was down to this. Both Viper and Sachiko had completely ground down each others' stamina, leaving each of them broken and bruised. They'd used up every bit of effort they had, and now, they were fighting to last long enough to dish out the punishment they had in store for their opponents just as much as they were to keep one another down. Both had been left teetering with fatigue and unease, with broken bones and heads spinning. But neither of them was willing to be the first to fall. Both had committed to this match in order to emerge victorious, and to let it stand as proof they weren't going to back down from any challenge. But both of them were just as stubborn as they were tough, and at every twist and turn they were faced with greater threats, threats that should have called the promises they'd made to themselves into question - but they didn't. They kept on fighting all the same!

Now, though, both of them had - at the very same moment - struck for the same point they had weakened before. Viper at Sachiko's arm, and Sachiko at Viper's ribs. And at the exact same time, both blows had landed. Viper could feel the searing pain of Sachiko's fist coming crashing right into the break in her ribs, and she could feel the bone snapping even further under the pressure. Her body whipped around to the side, spun by the momentum of the strike. Her eyes squeezed shut, and her jaw fell open in a scream of pain. As she reeled back, Viper lost her footing, and she went plummeting down onto her side. Even as she fell, her eyelids grew heavy, and her body sagged. The last bit of strength she had had been used up, and she couldn't bear to carry on any more.

But...even as Viper fell, she had still felt Sachiko's arm snap beneath her strike, and the way she too crumbled under the assault. She knew that she, too, was out. Even if she hadn't been the last woman left standing, she knew she at least wasn't the first to fall. By the time Viper hit the ground, she had a smirk on her face, reassured by the thought that, in the end, she had still proven herself to be every bit Sachiko's equal. And when she did hit the ground, the world around her went black. She was out - but so too, at the same time, was Sachiko.

When a few seconds passed, with neither girl moving a muscle, the referee stepped into the cage to check the two of them - and soon, it was apparent that neither was getting back up. The bell sounded then, proclaiming the match a draw! It would take no small amount of analysis and replays by the people backstage to determine whether Sachiko or Viper fell unconscious first, but it was impossible to tell. And no one could have expected anything else. The two of them were every bit alike in their endurance, their daring, and their willingness to push their limits. If one was going to fall, so too would the other!

It was done, neither of the two could get up for the count and that led the referee to enter the ring and declare a draw to both fighters, thus quickly calling the medical team who would quickly put both opponents straight to the infirmary, and although the cameras looked at different angles and speeds, would finally come to a rather unexpected conclusion, and it was that although Sachiko was the first to fall, the speed at which Viper did it was what led to both finally fell at the same time, having to take the fight to close in a draw, something that left the fans surprised, although many did not expect at all this end of such a brutal fight, even that in the end 2 things were very clear in this fight:

1- Sachiko had such a dangerous temper and determination that even she herself was unable to stop in front of anyone, able to suffer the greatest damage and still keep fighting.

2- Viper never showed weakness to Sachiko, she always showed that she would be a challenge for Sachiko, someone who would always prove that she would not be easy, making it almost impossible to break her,

but for now both would be in severe damage, and it would be a long wait to know when these women would face each other again in the ring, waiting for the moment to show once and for all who was superior.

Winner: Tie because both fell at the same time and neither was able to get up.
