Megumi Mutoh vs. Toshimi Minami - The Clash of Angels

Megumi was still reeling from being thrown onto the mat with the Saito suplex, and it seemed that Toshimi planned to finish her off with a devastating hold. She went down, making sure that Megumi was on her stomach before she trapped one of her arms between her thighs. Then, she brought her hands to Megumi's chin, looking to lock her into a crossface submission hold.

"I-I won't let you!!"

Megumi roared as she would try to bring her free hand to Toshimi's hands that were about to be locked on her head. She knew that it was a desperate move, but at the moment, it was the only thing she could do to prevent herself from being trapped in such a hold. She would paw at Toshimi's hands to keep her from locking her hold on her.

[Devastated]

Gritting her teeth in frustration as Megumi brought her hands up to try and stop the Venus of Submission from locking in her devastating hold, the two would struggle as Toshimi tightened her legs around that trapped hand of her foe, trying to pull one of her arms back and try to drive her elbow down into the shoulder blade of Megumi's struggling arm as she tried to coax her into being docile for a moment.

If it worked, Toshimi would try and continue locking in the crossface, though if it didn't slow Megumi down she would be forced to think of a different way to put the Combat Genius away...as she would be forced to retreat, getting stuck struggling with Megumi Mutoh was without a doubt not a good idea, as the red clad wrestler was a bit stronger than the submission expert in raw power.

Megumi continued struggling to prevent Toshimi from locking her into the crossface even as she took an elbow into her shoulder blade. "AUGHH!!!" Still, she would not stop, not wanting to be trapped in the hold even as her arm was slowly being rendered useless by her opponent's legs. Eventually, Toshimi decided to cut her losses and was forced to retreat.

Even so, Megumi was in a much direr state due to Toshimi's attempt to put her into the crossface earlier. She moaned as she rolled herself over onto her back, her arm throbbing painfully. She would try to then roll away from her fellow Angel, wanting to make a distance between the two of them so that she could recover. She aimed to move towards the ropes to give herself something to grab while pulling herself up.

"Eghhh... oww..."

[Devastated]

Moving back a bit as Megumi started to crawl towards the ropes, Toshimi rose towards her feet and would watch the Combat Genius using the ropes to help herself up towards her feet, nodding head to herself, the Venus of Submission would quickly take to a sprint and head towards her opponent! Aiming to rush in towards her and as she got up to a stand she'd try and extend her right arm.

Looking to smack that arm straight across Megumi's neck as she'd try and go in for a Clothesline straight against the Combat Genius's throat and possibly knock Megumi right over the rope with this clothesline to take her out of the ring.

Now at the ropes, Megumi tried to pull herself up so that she could get herself back up on her feet. She groaned, still feeling the pain from the hold that Toshimi tried to use on her earlier. But it seemed that Toshimi wasn't quite done yet as she ran towards Megumi with her arm extended out as Megumi was already on her feet.

Unable to see what was coming, Megumi was unable to avoid the clothesline, and when Toshimi's arm struck her, she cried out in pain as she was lifted over the top rope and sent out of the ring. "WAGHH!!!" Not only that she ended up outside, her head also hit the apron before she landed right on the floor. This left her utterly disoriented, slumping against the barely padded floor.

"Uurghhhh..." Megumi groaned as she rolled herself over onto her back, lying spread eagle on the floor. With her head hitting the apron earlier, she was unable to see what was going on, and she was left a vulnerable mess outside the ring. At the same time, the referee started counting her out, and if she couldn't pick herself up and return into the ring, she would be in great trouble.

"ONE!"

[Devastated]

Releasing a soft huff, the ice queen would pull her hand through her damp hair as she slipped through the ropes and took a stand at the edge of the ring. With Megumi down by the outside of the ring, the Venus of Submission would look down on the auburn haired woman, taking a deep breath as she would then suddenly decide to leap up despite the referee's objections!

Jumping as she would try and come down with her leg across Megumi's chest for a nasty leg drop, trying to take the air out of her fellow Angel, while she was still down and dazed on the floor.

The referee of course continued with her count, " TWO!"

Megumi was laid out outside the ring, her head throbbing due to her bad fall earlier. And it seemed that Toshimi wasn't going to stop her offense as she stood at the edge of the ring, keeping her eyes on the downed Megumi outside the ring. Then, she leaped off from the apron and landed a nasty leg drop right across her chest, causing the red-clad wrestler to gasp out in pain as air was forcefully driven out of her lungs.

"GUUFGHH!!!"

Megumi's eyes were wide as she gasped like a beached fish. She was completely vulnerable before her opponent, the Venus of Submission. At the same time, the referee continue counting the two of them out, and if both of them didn't return into the ring, the count would still continue. At this rate, Megumi was unable to move into the ring on her own, leaving herself under the mercy of her fellow Wrestle Angel.

[Devastated]

Hitting that leg drop like the blade of a guillotine across the chest of Megumi Mutoh the crowd let out stunned gasps and some cheers for the Venus of Submission, as the ice cold wrestler would start to pick herself up. Though despite her cool and calm demeanor her body was pretty hot, sweaty and fatigued at this point. She saw the value in the nickname that Megumi had obtained for herself. The Combat Genius....

Shaking her head a bit, Toshimi Minami would try and grab a hold of that hair of Megumi with one hand and roll her over onto her front. The other hand would grab at the red leotard and guide her up into a hunched over standing position. She'd charge towards the ring and attempt to throw Megumi in under the bottom ropes and quickly roll in after.

Deep calculated breaths...as she sought to roll Megumi over onto her front. Toshimi Minami would then attempt to pull Megumi's right leg in between her own and cage it between her own legs, as she would drop down with her body on Megumi's, arms snaking up around that head to try and catch that head as she aimed to lock in that toehold crossface - The Neo-Sazan Cross-Lock!

Megumi was in pain, and the pain made it hard for her to think. Being outside the ring, she couldn't get her own body to move, so Toshimi went to her and guided her up to a standing position. Groaning, Megumi leaned against Toshimi's body before she was pushed into the ring, her body rolling under the ropes before her opponent joined her to enter the ring as well.

Lying on the mat, breathing hard, it seemed that Toshimi was going for another one of her devastating submission holds as she rolled her over onto her front before she went to arrange her legs for a toehold, and soon enough, she would surely lock her in a crossface, where it would spell the end of her in this ring. So, despite her own condition, Megumi would try to stop Toshimi from locking her into the crossface as she would bring her own arms onto her face before Toshimi could properly lock the crossface, resisting her effort.

"Nghghhhhh... I-I'm n-not... d-done yet!!!"

[Devastated]

Clicking her tongue, Toshimi saw how the hand of Megumi came up as she tried to lock her arms around that chin and face of Megumi, pushing and fighting away her grip before the Venus of Submission could properly lock in the hold. Gritting her teeth a bit as she tried to bully her way to it but with that head moving about and Megumi's arm swatting and pushing her arms away, the Venus of Submission had to rethink things.

Releasing a soft sigh, she'd release that arm from between her thighs and move her arms away as she pushed up to her knees next to Megumi. Choosing to place her hands against Megumi's back instead to keep her pinned down on her front. As Toshimi would jump up with her lower body and attempt to have her right knee come and crash into the side of Megumi.

After which she would try and take that dampened auburn hair and attempt to start guiding Megumi up towards her feet.
