Wyvern (D) vs. Alizeh Mirdori

Wyvern was tired beyond tired. All of the exhaustion had seemed to melt away into the distance, along with the roar of the crowd and the pain throbbing throughout her entire body. She had been in this state many times before, a final surge of functionality before her final energy reserves give out, the time where she was at her most dangerous. Admittedly, though, this was the first time she'd felt this way in a normal match. It wasn't an unpleasant feeling, being pushed this far even without shedding blood. She's dimly aware of the referee calling for the two wrestlers to reenter the ring, but Wyvern had never been particularly concerned with any official's chiding. If you were disqualified, it was against the rules. If you weren't, it was allowed. That was the philosophy she had always held, and always followed. And what she wanted to do to finally break the last of Alizeh's resistance would be far more effective outside the ring than in it. She had taken the worst of the fighting the last time they had left. She had no intentions of allowing that to happen again. This was where she thrived.

The Black Talon struck home. The motion is totally familiar to Wyvern; she barely had to think to guide her body through the motion of spinning to gain momentum, adjusting only to ensure her aim was true when she fired her foot right into Alizeh's gut. She was lucky the Texan wrestler had tried to throw a high jaw kick. Her own motion allowed her to perfectly avoid the strike while delivering her own. As her heel strikes its target, she quickly retracts her leg, spinning back down to face Alizeh and restore her own balance. While many wrestlers she had face would have been finished just with that, Wyvern knows better than to underestimate her extraordinarily tenacious opponent.

As Alizeh falls to her knees and collapses against her stomach, Wyvern immediately bends down over and reaches down. If Alizeh isn't able to resist, Wyvern locks her arms around her fallen opponent's torso and roughly yanks her into the air, positioning her for a Gutwrench Powerbomb. Rather than immediately dropping her opponent, however, Wyvern instead lifts the Texan wrestler onto her shoulders, briefly adjusting her grip before hauling Alizeh even higher up. If Alizeh isn't able to break free or counter at some point in this sequence of events, Wyvern drops her with a standing Elevated Powerbomb, driving her straight down onto the hard floor outside of the ring!

Alizeh knew she had messed up. Before the foot even fully connected or before she even fully hit the floor she knew she messed up. She had underestimated Wyvern's speed and resiliency at this point in the match and had paid for it dearly now that she was stuck on the outside area of the floor, unable to do anything after taking that massive kick to the gut. "Ugn." Gasping breathlessly as she held her stomach while tilting over slightly there was little Alizeh could do as she reached out, trying to find purchase on the floor to try and get up, or at the very least attempt to crawl back towards the ring and get some distance. Lord knows it would shut the referee up at least.

However she wasn't quite that lucky. Before she could even attempt to do such a thing Alizeh found herself being grabbed and lifted up with surprising strength by her opponent, body hovering off the floor in turn making Alizeh's eyes go wide in shock and fear. 'Shit!' Alizeh thought to herself, legs and arms waving a bit as her only sign of resistance against the dark haired woman's move. Otherwise however Alizeh was unable to do much of anything as she turned and tossed through the air by Wyvern's movements, quickly getting disoriented in the process as she did so.

By the time Alizeh squinted her eyes shut tightly from the actions Alizeh wasn't able to so much as suppress the drop in her stomach as she was thrown back towards the earth, slamming into the floor with a thunderous amount of force by Wyvern and causing an otherworldly amount of pain to shoot all throughout Alizeh's body after she bounced clear off of it! "AGHHHHHHH!" Screaming in utter agony from the impact and landing on her stomach Alizeh would hold her aching back while kicking her legs against the mat wildly in a vain effort to try and work out some of the pain. But it was ultimately for nothing, she was hurting, and totally unable to move in the wake of the powerbomb, unable to do much of anything beside squirm slightly on the mat in pain.

Pulling Alizeh into the air had exhausted most of what remained of Wyvern's capacity for power moves. Driving her back down to the earth had taken the rest of it. Although she was able to pull an astonishing amount of power out of her slight frame, Wyvern simply did not have the muscle mass to do so repeatedly without pushing her limits, and she had already delivered numerous such moves against her larger opponent. Moreover, the moment of impact had knocked her out of her emptied state, bringing back all of the pain and noise that had been so far away for a few merciful seconds. For the first few moments after finishing the move, it was all she could do to remain upright, sucking in air to refill her lungs and gather stock of herself, head hung back as she looked up into the lights far above. Feeling a massive bead of sweat trailing down her forehead, Wyvern subconsciously cocked her head to the side so that it didn't fall into her eye. As it trailed down her cheek, she looked back down at Alizeh, still writhing on the floor after the brutal sequence of moves she had been put through.

Can't do any more power moves like that. Arms won't hold. Wyvern looks down at her fallen opponent. Shouldn't have to. Ignoring the screams of protest from what feels like every muscle in her body, Wyvern bends over and reaches down, intending to grab Alizeh by one of each of the straps at her shoulders and hips. If she's able to do so without interference, she begins attempting to haul her opponent up, with limited success. "Get up. Count out." If Alizeh doesn't prevent Wyvern from grabbing hold in the first place and retains the presence of mind to help get herself off of the ground, Wyvern is able to pull her up and then attempts to shove her under the bottom rope and back into the ring. Afterwards, Wyvern herself follows, painfully hauling herself onto the apron and rolling in under the ropes, barely managing to clear the ten-count. If all of that finishes without interruption, Wyvern just lays there for a moment, panting in exertion.

Alizeh was left laid out on the mat, totally stunned and unable to do much of anything after the massive fall out of that powerbomb she had taken from Wyvern. How the dark haired girl even managed to pull out the strength necessary to do such a move astounded Alizeh. But she was now left feeling the after effects, her back positively lit up in pain as she squirmed and moaned weakly on the mat in agony, trying to do something, anything. Honestly if anything Alizeh should be thankful that this happened outside the ring, had this been inside or a falls count anywhere match... she doubted she would have had the strength to kick out of a pin attempt. Though that meant that the two were in danger of being counted out, meaning that all the pain and hardship both girls had endured during the course of this match would all be for nothing, something that Alizeh would be damned if she allowed too happen. One way or another there would be a victor to this match.

Luckily for her Wyvern seemed to pick up on this as well as the pale girl grabbed at the straps of Alizeh's attire, hauling her up. Despite it being against her will Alizeh went with it, using what will and control of her body that she had available to her to stand up as much as she was able, trying to at least not be dead weight for Wyvern as she was tossed back under the ropes and into the ring. "Ughhh." Hissing in pain as her body was forced to interact roughly with the mat as she was forced inside Alizeh would end up on her stomach, panting exhaustively as she punched the mat, trying desperately to suppress the pain and work up the will to fight, or at least stand. Looking up slightly she saw Wyvern in a similar position, laying flat inside the ring, seemingly exhausted as well. That was good at least, it meant she wouldn't be able to capitalize, which meant this would all be a matter of who could stand and fight first!

The match wouldn't end in a count out. On this, both wrestler adamantly agreed. Marshaling all of her strength, Wyvern was able to force her opponent back under the bottom rope, following after with a final surge of strength. Collapsed flat onto her back after barely beating the ten count into the ring, Wyvern felt like her whole body was on fire. Her lungs burned for air. Her muscles burned from overexertion and repeated impacts. Her head pounded worse than any hangover she'd ever had. All of her effort had left her soaked in sweat and yet still, somehow, overheating. The lights overhead split and rejoined at random, her eyes unable to properly focus at that distance. She was miserable, uncomfortable, and most importantly, alive. She'd be paying for this match for days, but it was so very worth it.

Through her disorientation, Wyvern didn't hear Alizeh strike the mat so much as feel it, and was correspondingly snapped out of her reverie. Reaching up, she grabbed the middle rope with one hand, desperately trying to pull herself upwards. Sweat and a weakened grip, however, lead to it simply sliding through her fingers. Grrrrgh...hagh... Half-growling and half-panting, Wyvern forces herself to begin sitting up, rising only high enough to drape one arm over the bottom rope and hold on to avoid simply falling straight back down. From her new position, she once again grabs the middle rope, and manages to use the leverage to keep her hold this time. Pulling on her final reserves of strength, Wyvern manages to get her feet under her and begins, with agonizing slowness, to haul herself up to her feet. As she does so, she casts her gaze over to Alizeh, trying to make sure she isn't blindsided by the other wrestler.

"Gah... ugh.. ah..." Sputtering in pain from her place on the mat Alizeh knew she was in a lot of trouble. Wyvern's massive attack had left her wrecked and in a world of pain, unable to do much even while attempting to focus her resolve and steel herself. Frankly at the moment it was everything Alizeh could do to keep from passing out. But she knew she couldn't allow that to happen, even if she lost she refused to lose like that, she would push herself further, harder, keep fighting no matter what. 'Besides...' Alizeh thought to herself as she saw Wyvern starting to rise across from her. 'I still want to win anyways.' Alizeh thought to herself as she slowly managed to turn herself over onto her stomach.

As she did so Alizeh would manage to get her hands pressed flat against the mat. Gritting her teeth with nothing but pure determination she slowly but surely began pushing herself up. "Grah.. Agh!" Similar to Wyvern Alizeh released a snarling growl of effort as she pushed herself off the mat, pushing herself up onto her knees, and then from there onto her feet. "Ngh!" Wincing as a shot of pain went up her back and legs from doing so Alizeh wobbled for a moment, looking as if she was about to collapse under her own weight from the pain. After a moment however she stabilized herself and looked up towards her opponent with eyes full of determination. "I think that's enough of a breather. Don't you?" She asked despite the heavy breathing she was currently doing from how much pain and exhaustion was ravaging her body.

Wyvern managed to, with some struggle and a great deal of pain, pull herself up to her feet using the assistance of the ropes. Looking across and seeing Alizeh accomplishing the same task on her own, Wyvern felt another surge of competitiveness and let go of the support, shoving herself away from the ropes in the process. For a moment, she teetered, but ultimately managed to stay upright after only a moment of catching her balance. Even standing on her own without support, Wyvern was clearly near the end of her rope. Her posture was hunched, her breathing heavy, and her arms hung limply forward like an abandoned puppet. Her eyes, though. They haven't changed, just as fierce and hungry as they had been from the start of the match. Slowly, her half grin once again splits open, exposing a hint of white teeth. Her tongue darts out, wetting her pale, dry lips.

"Heh." A single, harsh chuckle breaks her silence. She takes a few painful steps forwards, until she's nearly touching Alizeh face-to-face. "More than."

Starting back up, Wyvern tries to grab Alizeh's shoulder with one arm, winding up a forearm smash with the other. Although she's lost the blinding speed of her strikes now that exhaustion and injury are starting to catch up with her, Wyvern's blow is far from outright slow and still packs plenty of power. Even if it connects, though, there's no immediate follow-up, as it will take Wyvern a few moments to ready the strike again.

Standing on unsteady feet and wobbly legs Alizeh's breathing was rough and imperfect, as if she had glass somewhere in her lungs, her arms and chest as well hung low, the signs of fatigue and exhaustion from the long and hard hitting match clearly having taken their toll and then some on Alizeh. Despite it all however she was smiling, a wild look in her eyes as she stared down the woman across from her who was in a nearly mirrored pose as her with a similar, albeit far more intimidating expression on her face as they finished catching their breath at the same time. Agreeing that their time for rest had long overstayed its welcome Alizeh stepped forward in pace with Wyvern until the two bumped chest first against one another, their faces nearly touching in yet another competitive display between the two women that clearly just wanted to fight once more.

"Good." Alizeh said in response to the dark haired woman, already bracing herself even before she felt the hand on her shoulder followed by the vicious forearm smash that connected with her chest almost right after.

"Ngh!" Wincing from the force of the impact Alizeh was forced back a step. But that was it. Immediately after she took advantage of the brief lull provided by the wear and tear on Wyvern as Alizeh's own hand came upon Wyvern's own shoulder as Alizeh practically threw herself forward, swinging her arm around for a forearm smash of her own directed at Wyvern's chin!

As the two wrestlers began fighting again, Wyvern started to straighten up, her pain and exhaustion falling to her training. Her body was still screaming complaints at her, but what was a little discomfort compared to a fight like this? This was what Wyvern had needed for years. This was why she'd moved halfway across the world when she was just out of secondary school. Wrestlers who could actually match her. Fighters who wouldn't flinch in the face of violence. Opponents that loved this just as much as she did. For Wyvern, the blood, sweat, and pain was its own reward, and this fight had proved to be very rewarding indeed by that metric.

Unsurprised that her first strike had done little to slow her opponent down, Wyvern relaxed her upper body as Alizeh swings her arm around for a nasty shot to her jaw, not trusting that she was still strong enough to outright resist it like she might have tried to do earlier in the match. The impact snapped her head back and hurt like hell, but she was able to avoid a break or dislocation by rolling with the hit. She managed to keep her hold on Alizeh, partially to keep track of her opponent and partially because it was helping her stay upright.

Her windup for a second attack interrupted, the Irish wrestler decides to just go with the flow and make use of her new position instead. Alizeh can feel the grip on her shoulder tightening, which is followed almost immediately by Wyvern's head rocketing forward at her own!

Things had started up once more between Alizeh and Wyvern. The duel between them only heating up to a raging fire once more as both women got fired up from their brief break, neither wanting to back down from one another despite the pain and exhaustion each was surely feeling right now given how brutal their bout had been to this point. 'This is going to be rough, but I have to keep fighting, I can't lose. Not after all of this. I have to try and win no matter what it takes.' Alizeh thought to herself as she threw her arm forward, slamming her fist into the woman's chin with a return forearm strike.

As she did so however the woman was only forced back a step, but otherwise it had about the same effect as it had on Alizeh when Wyvern hit her. 'Guess this is just going to come down to a battle of pure will power.' Alizeh thought to herself as she relaxed herself, preparing for another strike from Wyvern. However Alizeh didn't expect what would happen next.

Rather than another return forearm strike, Alizeh was instead met head on with a headbut by Wyvern, her skull crashing into Alizeh's face! "UGH!" She gasped in pain, stumbling backwards in agony, or at least she would have had it not been the grip on her shoulder from Wyvern. It was keeping her standing but Alizeh's legs were weak, as was her concentration since she couldn't quite focus on what to do next.
