"Well, I run a lot more, lift more and in-ring workouts are longer. I sort of gave ya a small sampling of each bit of you want me to put you through more I am more than happy to." Alaina said with a smile.

While she waited to see what Elena's response was the amazon was already scanning the gym trying to think of what to do if Elena wanted to keep at it.

Elena was expecting an answer like that as she replied back ''well it was what I came here for Alaina. As I want to write a piece about how most of you wrestlers train for the LAW magazine that will be released sometime next month'' in an honest tone as she wondered what they would do next.

There she had it. Elena was ready for more, and Alaina was happy to oblige. "Core strength is a big deal. We will do that next. We will keep it simple so don't worry too much." Alaina said as she lead Elena over to some mats.

The amazon smiled as she got ready to work. "We will start with a plank, holding it for a minute. After that we will go right into flutter kicks for one minute and then leg raises for one minute. It sounds easy but after going through we only get a one minute break then do it all again." Alaina said as she laid on the mat, ready to start.

Elena just listened to the wrestler as she followed Alaina towards the mats , but when they got their she wondered what the other woman wanted her to do. ''Sorry but what is a plank , and what I should hold up.Also what is a flutter kick as the only thing I could figure out was that I got to raise my leg for a minute''replied the Belgium as she hoped the the Amazone would not consider her stupid for not knowing what those first two exercises were.

Alaina walked to the mat and got down, her body straight as she leaned on her elbows and hands, demonstrating a proper plank position. "This is a plank, you just hold the position and feel your core engaged. It looks easy but can wear ya down." Alaina said before transitioning to laying flat on her back.

The amazon began to raise her feet straight in front of her a foot off the ground and rapidly flutter her feet as if she were walking quickly on air taking small steps. "These are flutter kicks, again easier than they look." Alaina added with a wink. "Okay let's get started!" Alaina said as she transitioned again back to a plank, waiting for Elena to join her before starting the count.

Elena was glad that the wrestler did not tease her , but just demonstrated what she needed to do as she would follow the Amazon's directions as she got into a plank position After that she would get on her back as she started to flutter her feet as if she was walking on air while Alaina just watched as she hoped she was doing a good job.

With the first two exercises done the Belgium woman would make it to her feet as she would raise her left leg into the air as she grasped the back of her knee to keep it in the air. ''So did I do a good job coach''asked Elena as she was struggling to keep her balance on one foot.

Alaina watched as Elena did better than expected once more. "Yeah you did good but this was just one set. We do the cycle of those three exercises three times.... so here we go again!" Alaina said as she finished the leg raises going right back to a plank.

She wondered if Elena was getting tired or if she had the energy for more core work. Admittedly, this was proving to be a lot of fun and Alaina hoped Elena was getting a lot out of the training day.

Elena would smile when she heard that she did the exercises right , but wondered if she maybe should have asked tomorrow off since she would be both sore and tired tonight.Still for now she was having fun as she did those exercises three more times as she would pant heavily after the last one as she replied then ''so I am guessing this is just the warming up right?I should be considered crazy for asking this but what do you do for an actual workout?''.

Alaina stopped and sat up, thinking for a minute. "Depends on the day. Sometimes it's more weights or running, so I try to change things up as much as I can. Today was a little bit of everything but I normally do a bunch more." Alaina answered. "Ya Sure you don't want to give wrestling a try?"

Elena was a little surprised by the answer she got , but it did make sense as sometimes the wrestlers would be injured and they could not do their usual routine.Still the fact that the Amazon wanted to have some variation in her work out was interesting .Even if the constant questions about the fact if the Belgium woman wanted to try wrestling kept catching her off guard.

''Well if I get tired this easily from just your workout then I doubt that being a wrestler is for me''replied Elena as she then said ''still what shall we do next coach'?''
