Honoka didn't even register the pinfall, such was her sorry state, as it took the nudging of both the official and her now victorious opponent to even spur a reaction. When her eyes finally regained some sense, she'd turn her head towards what was the nearest figure, that being Mika herself.

"D..Did I...Is it...Is it over?"

Mika nods slowly to confirm Honoka's worry. "It is... but... don't let it haunt you. I can tell you're a good person, and you're looking for the right answers. The way you're going about it right now, its not the way you want to go. Don't believe that you have to start playing dirty in order to win. You just have to keep trying. Train. Practice. You'll see results, I promise..." She assures her.

Mika's words comforted Honoka somewhat, but the sting of a defeat overall was the feeling that still riddled her frame. Sitting up slowly, Honoka held her head in her hands after tilting forward a bit, with her eyes only watering just a little save for full on tears flowing. Her body too shaken and injured to stand on its own merits atleast straight away, as she sighed into her mitts.

Mika noticed the girl starting to tear up a bit. She couldn't help but feel bad, but, well, there could only be one winner. Still, she wanted to at least try to comfort her from the sting of her defeat. She tries to bring her arms around her to gently hug her. "It's okay... let it out..." She says softly.

With that gentle hug, Honoka let her eyes open just a little more. Whilst not fully crying, she was far from dry eyed, as she leaned on Mika all the way up to her feet. When they two were standing, Honoka, with a large case of the sniffles, finally peeled away just a little.

"Th..Thank you..for the match..."

A compliment hummed as she reached for Mika's arm, to slowly raise it up to the sky for the masses. Once more, it seemed Honoka Kobayashi simply wasn't ready to gain that first legitimate win.
