Yuki Onna vs. Michiko Shimizu - Breaking Momentum

Yuki was on the mat, clutching her head after having her piledriver attempt reversed. As Yuki writhed on the mat, Michiko made her move, charging across the ring before rebounding from the ropes, running back to where Yuki was. Then, as Michiko got closer, she then leaped up before landing a hip drop right onto Yuki's body.

"UUGHH!!"

Yuki took her opponent's weight, and the attack knocked the wind out of her. She gasped for air, her mouth open wide as she tried to breathe properly. Things didn't seem too good for the cerulean-haired fighter, and she was currently under her opponent's mercy who would be able to continue attacking her without resistance.

Over the course of this match, Michiko felt she had come to know Yuki well. The girl hit hard, and she didn't hesitate to make her move when the time was right. If Michiko hoped to defeat her, then, she was going to have to keep her own momentum afoot, and to deny her the opportunity to counter. So far, she'd managed to take back control by reversing Yuki's piledriver. Now, she was going to have to keep it up!

Charging back toward Yuki, Michiko leaped up at the last moment, throwing her body down on top of her to drive the air out of her lungs. Indeed, the blue-haired girl practically deflated underneath her, as Michiko dropped down on her like the impact of a meteor. She wasn't done yet, though! Michiko rolled off of Yuki, getting to her side, before she bent down to scoop her opponent up and get her arms around her waist. If successful, Michiko had her mind set to drop backwards and swing Yuki behind her for a German suplex, targeting her already vulnerable head!

Yuki was on the mat, still gasping for air after taking the hip drop from Michiko earlier. As she writhed on the mat, she became a vulnerable target for her opponent, who decided to continue with her assaults. After rolling off of her, Michiko then got herself next to Yuki before she pulled her back up onto her feet, wrapping her arms around her waist. Due to Yuki's current condition, she was unable to do anything to fight back, and she was unable to stop her opponent from throwing her over and sending her down onto the mat with a German suplex!

"UUUGHH!!!"

Yuki landed on the back of her shoulders and head, leaving her extremely rattled. And thanks to the suplex, her body ended up folded, and if Michiko retained her hold on her, she might remain in that position. If Michiko released her, she would fall down to her side, letting out a pained whimper. Her head throbbed from being driven into the mat, and she was in a much larger danger than before thanks to her opponent's picture-perfect German suplex.

Now that Yuki was vulnerable, Michiko had an opportunity to seize on, and she wouldn't let it slip. Her opponent had proved quite resilient thus far - so she would just have to double down in her efforts to dish out damage. Lifting her up, Michiko wasted no time in throwing her back into a German suplex, the blow leaving her shaken. For a moment, she sat there, leaving Yuki bent over just to let the crowds appreciate the power of her hard-hitting moves. However, Michiko wasn't quite done, even now. She still had plans. If she wanted to finish off this match, she was going to do it in style.

Letting go of Yuki at last and letting her crumple to the ground, Michiko rolled to her feet, pumping a fist in the air. "Okay! Who's with me?" Rallying the crowd behind her, as they responded with cheers and applause, Michiko turned her attention back to the blue-haired girl. She kneeled down, going to lift her onto her shoulders. If all went well, Michiko planned to lock in a backbreaker, pulling down on Yuki's leg and chin to bend her over her neck!

Yuki slumped on the mat, writhing in pain after being sent crashing down into the mat by her opponent's German suplex earlier. And then, Michiko decided to continue on, taking advantage of this situation as she then kneeled down next to Yuki, pulling her up and putting her onto her shoulders for a backbreaker. She began to bend Yuki's back right over her neck, pulling down on both her legs and chin.

"HNGAAHH!!!" Yuki cried out in pain as she was being subjected to the hold. She closed her eyes tightly, trying to block the pain from getting to her head, but it seemed that she was having a bad time at the moment. All she could manage was to struggle helplessly while she was on her opponent's shoulders. At the very moment, her hands flailed in her attempt to break free, but she had no such luck to escape yet.

This match had already been one dominated by long chains of dominant moves, as whoever was in the lead kept the tension going on their opponent, not sparing them the moment to get a word in edgewise. But now, Michiko had seen what Yuki was willing to do. She knew that she was well matched, and that her opponent had the skills to put her in her place. It only made her double down her efforts - and now that Michiko was in control, she afforded Yuki nothing but the most hard-hitting moves she could muster, wanting to make sure she wouldn't stand a chance of getting back up!

With the blue-haired woman caught in the backbreaker, Michiko grinned a confident grin, looking back over her shoulder to her foe as the crowd went up in cheers at such a display of her strength. Her muscles bulged and she dragged her arms downward, trying to put on the pressure even more. "Let me ask you - can you take it?" she shouted back in a challenge to Yuki. Michiko loved the attention, and she loved being in control. She knew all eyes were on her now, and she didn't want to waste such an opportunity!

If Yuki held on, however, Michiko still had her own plans. Eventually, the weight on her shoulders would grow to be onerous, and her back would begin to bend against her opponent's pressure. But, rather than let Yuki take control, Michiko would simply release her, letting her drop to the mat!

Yuki's body was involuntarily arched in the backbreaker as Michiko continued to bend her right on her shoulders. She continued struggling in the hold, hoping that Michiko would decide to release her from it. The backbreaker had drained a significant amount of her strength, and she knew that she might not stand a chance against her opponent after being weakened. Eventually, Michiko decided to release her from the backbreaker, but instead of putting her down gently, she simply dropped her onto the mat.

"Hrngh!!"

Yuki slumped against the mat, clearly pained from the drop. Then, she would roll over onto her back and try to rest and recover on the mat. Her chest rose and fell as she breathe. In this position, she had no real way to defend herself, and she could only hope that she could regain enough strength before Michiko could make her move on her.

With the strain of having to support Yuki's weight on her shoulders, Michiko couldn't maintain the backbreaker forever. Sooner or later she would have to do something about it. But when she did let Yuki down, she wanted her to feel it all the same. With how Yuki had been countering her before, Michiko didn't want her to be able to gain control of her hold if she loosened up enough on it - and so, Michiko let Yuki drop to the mat, landing with a thud. Already weakened from the hold she was just in, the impact rattled the blue-haired girl, who crumpled to the ground as Michiko stood above with her hands on her hips, surveying her handiwork.

Now, she felt fairly confident that when Yuki was down, she would stay down. She had been pushing the advantage for some time, enough to feel confident in her efforts. It was time for her to start bringing things home. Once again, Michiko ran the ropes, trying to get the momentum behind her strides. As she bounced back toward Yuki, she would jump forward, spreading her arms wide over her head as she tried to land a flying crossbody across her opponent.

Yuki was on the mat, groaning in pain after being subjected to the backbreaker as well as being unceremoniously dumped back onto the canvas. She knew that she had to move somehow, and despite the pain, she steeled her resolve and rolled herself over onto all four. Shaking her head, she would focus on her recovery and start pushing herself up.

But as she did so, Michiko had already made her next move, running towards the ropes with the intention to hit Yuki with her next attack. The cerulean-haired beauty was halfway on her feet when Michiko returned back to her with a flying crossbody, and Yuki had to act fast in order to prevent herself from being taken down.

Planting her feet as she looked at Michiko who was in midair in her attempted flying crossbody, Yuki would hold out both her arms, preparing to catch the body of her opponent. She grunted as she took the whole weight of Michiko's body, and she could feel that she was pushed backwards by her momentum, but she would quickly try to bring her opponent down onto her propped up knee, hitting her with a sudden gutbuster!

As far as Michiko was concerned, she was already on track to winning the match. Yuki had taken quite a beating by this point, and she was sure that she'd kept down any hopes she had of retaliation. Victory, she thought, was within her sights. All that was left now was to end this with a bang - and, as Michiko barreled in towards the blue-haired girl to bring her body down onto hers from above, her heart was beating in her chest, hoping this would be when everything would come together.

Yuki wasn't moving, and Michiko thought for sure, as she sailed through the air, that she'd stay this way; that all she would need to do now was to stay on top of Yuki for the pin. However, it seemed there was more up her sleeve than she thought. Suddenly, her motion was halted, as Yuki threw up her arms, catching Michiko in midair! Her eyes went wide and her mouth hung open in a gasp. Michiko knew it would only last insofar as long as Yuki could support her weight, and she could feel her opponent's arms buckling under her. However, it wouldn't be long before Yuki made her move, driving a knee up to strike into Michiko's stomach. With a cough, Michiko was thrown off of Yuki, rolling to her back on the mat as she clutched her stomach. It seemed the momentum had once again returned to Yuki!
