Who's the Most Sadistic of Them All? The Rose vs. Cecilia Lombard

"My, I didn't think it was possible... but that snarl makes you even uglier!" Rose taunted, snickering. She knew that her words were stabbing away at Cecilia's ego and it was a great sight. And there was only one thing that can make it better. And that be a broken Cecilia with a broken leg!

The snickers only grew more derisive at the silver-haired wrestler's crude remark. "Are you always this forward? I mean, you didn't even buy me dinner first,"" Rose replied, as she was about to deliver another blow, Cecilia suddenly came to life. The silver-haired warrior grabbed Rose's attacking elbow, and then extended the ex-vigilante's arm as she then wrapped her legs Rose's arm.

"Wha-GRAH!" Rose cried, as she found herself trapped in a cross armbar!

"ERGH! Again?! She was writhing on the ground a second ago! Rose thought, as she continued to be in the agonizing grip of that surprise cross armbar. "ARGH!" She screamed, as she felt her arm getting hyper extended. "Gotta get to the ropes! The bitch will hold on for as much as she can, but it'd force us to stand up. Then I'll really make her pay! Rose ruefully thought, as she attempted to reach her free arm out towards the ropes.

"Oh, FUCK you!" Cecilia spat again, hearing every word out of the Rose's mouth like it was nails on a chalkboard. She was never a particularly vain person, but there was so much more than just having her appearance insulted, or being mocked like this. It was that she had allowed herself to be at the mercy of her opponent, that she would be so degraded and taunted, and that the Rose felt she could get away with this as though Cecilia's best efforts meant nothing to her, that truly ran her up the wall! This was a disgrace, and it was one Cecilia had to correct!

As she looked up at Rose with her teeth clenched and her muscles tense, Cecilia could think of only one thing. The pain she felt barely registered any more by comparison. All she wanted was to wipe that smirk off Rose's face, and to put her where she belonged. It was because of that hatred, that anger rising in her, that Cecilia could bring up her legs, grabbing Rose by the arm with them as she stilled her incoming strike. Swinging Rose to the ground, Cecilia pulled her arm in between her legs, squeezing down around her shoulder to put the torque on the joint as she pulled back harder.

"Yeah...THAT'S more like it!" she said, hearing Rose cry out with pain. The noises coming from the masked girl only encouraged Cecilia further, as she jerked her opponent's limb back and forth to draw out her torments. All the same, Rose was reaching closer to the ropes. While Cecilia pulled back more and more, trying to wrench the joint as far as it could bend and then some, Rose's determination would win out, and her fingers began to grace the edge of the ropes.

Cecilia saw that the rope break would be coming soon. She was the type to keep holds in place even after her opponents got to the ropes, but this time, Cecilia wouldn't do that. She was out to prove herself at this point - and with Rose breaking the hold, Cecilia would only have another chance to crush her under the heel of her boot. There would still be time! She released her opponent, rolling a short distance back before getting to her feet and watching to see what Rose would do next.

"UUURRGGGGHHH!" Rose cried, as the cruel silver-haired wrestler continued to hyper extend the ex-vigilante's arm. She felt herself inching closer and closer to the ropes, screaming in pain all the while. It didn't help that her foe was taunting her. "That little bitch... she's going to pay,"Rose thought, continuing her slow advance towards the ropes. "GRRRRRAAAHHHH!!!! UUGGGGHHH!" She continued screaming, as her hand finally grasped the ropes.

"Rope break!" The referee declared, as she started the count. And to the amazement of the Rose, Cecilia immediately relinquished the hold, rolling back.

Rose gritted her teeth. Did Cecilia think that Rose wasn't worth the referee's scolding? The ex-vigilante used the ropes to help her stand up, hissing from the stinging pain still plaguing her arm. She gave an icy glare at Cecilia. "It's time this amateur learned her place," Rose thought, before she ran forward. The redhead then attempted to feint a right hook, predicting that Cecilia would turn to the side and dodge it. If Rose was correct, she would suddenly try to spin to the side, swinging her fist as well to try and rattle the silver-haired wrestler with a brutal backfist!

The screams of pain coming from Rose were like music to Cecilia's ears. After all she had to suffer at her hands, subjected to her obnoxious voice as well as her painful embrace, it was so much more satisfying to hear her beg for mercy. Even after the ref forced them to break away, Cecilia kept up the smug grin on her face as she rolled away from Rose and got to her feet. Standing aside with a casual stance, she crossed her arms, twisting her head from side to side and rolling her shoulders to limber up as she watched the masked girl to see what her next move might be.

She saw the anger in Rose's face, too, knowing how much she was getting under her skin. This, too, brought a feeling of accomplishment to Cecilia, but more than that, she was sure it could cripple her opponent. If Rose let herself be blinded with fury, that could be the deciding factor that tipped the scales toward Cecilia's favor. The angrier she got, the more brash her actions would be, and the easier they would be to turn against her.

"Oh, a pity, and I was just getting used to hearing you scream," Cecilia mocked. "I suppose we can't always get what we want, though...maybe that's a lesson you should learn after I take you out for good!"

She watched as Rose neared her, her smile growing wider with each step she took, as she prepared for the moment of truth. At any given second, Cecilia was ready to move in for the kill. And, as the Rose brought up her fist, Cecilia was sure she'd seen the right moment. She turned to the side, raising her hands to catch the redhead by the arm - but her hands only grasped the air! Cecilia barely had a moment to gasp before Rose twisted herself to the side, and the back of her fist smacked her square in the face. She stumbled back, her hands going to her head to try and dull the pain!

The sound of Rose's knuckles smashing against bare flesh soon shut up Cecilia's squeaking. And under normal circumstances, Rose would retort with a cruel taunt of her own, but now, Rose was mad. Cecilia had been giving the ex-vigilante far more trouble than the silver-haired was worth. No, this wasn't a time for cruel banter. This was a time for Cecilia to know just how outmatched she was.

And so, as Cecilia recoiled from the brutal backfist, Rose would press her advantage. This time, the redhead would twist once more, with the grace of a dancer as she would bring her bare right knee up, in an attempt to jut her pointed knee into Cecilia defenseless stomach. She hoped that it would cause the silver-haired grappler to double over, and if that happened, the Rose would glare down at Cecilia in intense silence, in an effort to show her prey her rightful place.

Feeling Rose's knuckes grace the sides of her cheek, Cecilia let out a groan. Her hands had gone up to cup her face, looking to protect herself against further attack, but it wasn't long before she spread her fingers enough to peer out at her opponent from behind them - and when she did, her eyes narrowed into a glare.

Cecilia had nothing to show the Rose but her utmost ire. Here, she was prepared to dominate her, to show her her place and to emerge all the prouder from it. When she had the masked redhead caught in the cross armbar, she had come tantalizingly close - and yet, Rose had escaped just when it seemed her luck was about to run out. Even after that, Cecilia was sure that she could keep up the momentum, believing that Rose's escape would be little more than a minor setback; the punishment she took would surely be enough to cripple her. But she was wrong again - and falling for Rose's feint proved all the more shameful for Cecilia, who was left reminded all too well that she'd let her guard down. The pain she felt didn't hurt nearly as much as knowing that she'd let Rose get the better of her.

But of course, Rose wasn't done. The feelings Cecilia had toward her were mutual, and that was on display as Rose spun herself around, kicking a knee into Cecilia's gut! She fell forward with a gasp, left stunned. Though she remained on her feet, Cecilia teetered there, her balance threatening to give out. She took a few slow breaths, but her hand still clutched her aching stomach as she stalled in her ascent. Slowly, Cecilia raised her head and turned it toward her opponent. A few strands of silver hair fell across her brow, but she narrowed her eyes nonetheless with a piercing glare, and her teeth were bared in a snarl. There were no insults that Cecilia hadn't already used - just anger.

The forced gasp that Cecilia let was a nice change of pace than the constant jeers. The Rose peered at her doubled over foe, albeit one that was still on her feet, and didn't find the look of fear she'd expected. Instead, the Rose witnessed on Cecilia's countenance was one of pure fury and hatred. The ex-vigilante rose a brow, which was thankfully hidden behind her mask. "Her spirit is more resilient than I thought,"Rose mused, as she began to lift her right leg.

"Guess I'll have to settle for just breaking her body then."

And with that last parting thought, the redhead would attempt to extend the leg to the her left side, raising it at a diagonal angle. She'll then give Cecilia one final lower, as the Rose will then attempt to bring her leg down, smashing her bare sole across Cecilia's bare cheek in a brutal roundhouse kick!

For sure, there were some women who would tremble with fear at the sight of the Rose. Cecilia, however, was not one of them. She didn't have time to be afraid. When she looked at Rose, all she saw was a woman who refused to go down, who refused to submit to her no matter how hard she tried to beat her into submission. Cecilia liked to be on top, and to be the one calling the shots. She liked to be in charge and in control. And that meant that when Rose was refusing to stay down, it was an insult to Cecilia, and to all she believed in and stood for - that victory was rightfully hers, and that she was owed success. Cecilia did not like to be insulted. And she wouldn't rest until Rose paid for her insolence, even if she had to break her own body to do so.

Rose, though, seemed very much intent on fulfilling that part of the promise. Cecilia might have been angry, but she was still weary, having worked her body to its limits. She tried to move in on Rose, but she could only lurch forward stiffly as she dragged herself toward her foe. And by the time Cecilia was in range to retaliate, it was already too late. Rose had come spinning around in an arc, her foot extended, and it made contact with Cecilia's cheek, where it landed with a crack! The silver-haired heel reeled backward, her back bending into an arc as her ponytail flicked back through the air, before she fell onto her back, landing with a groan. She tried to will the urge to get up and fight back into her weary limbs, but as she was pushing herself up she slipped and dropped onto her back. There she lay, her chest rising and falling with shallow pants.

CRACK

"Ooooooohhhhhh!"

And with that, the match was over. Well, in more or de facto than de jure meaning. After all, the crowd knew it, the referee knew it, Rose knew it and Cecilia would have to know it. The vigilante's stern, mirthless face finally faded into her more familiar mocking smirk as she saw nearly all of the light leave the silver-haired woman's eyes as she fell on her back.

Rose began to saunter towards her foe, before stopping still as Cecilia looked to be pushing herself back up. "There's no way..." Rose muttered. As far as the ex-vigilante was concerned, she had delivered the perfect roundhouse kick. "And the little bitch wasn't knocked out?" Rose mused, getting herself ready to pummel the heelish foe once more.

Only to find that there was no need, for as soon as Cecilia started to push her back off the canvas, she immediately collapsed. Rose countenance returned to its cocky simper as she resumed her strut over towards the silver haired foe, standing over her.

Rose would then try to put a on Cecilia's stomach. If Cecilia was indeed finished and couldn't counterattack, the Rose would then attempt to kneel over her fallen foe, arrogantly glowering down at Cecilia as some sort of hunting trophy as the referee ran towards the two to count the pin.

With Cecilia dropping onto her back, the roar of the crowd fell to hushed whispers. It looked as though, after a long and protracted struggle, Cecilia's strength, resilience, and sheer willpower to not lose was failing her, and that Rose would emerge victorious. Cecilia clenched her teeth, her muscles straining as she put herself through the motions of rising. She desperately tried to get herself up; she couldn't just lay down and let Rose take the victory like this, not after she had worked so hard. But with a defeated groan, she sank back down, her strength giving out beneath her.

Cecilia muttered under her breath, cursing her inability to right herself. She had come so close - and yet, it still wasn't enough. Looking up at the Rose filled her with hatred, and her teeth clenched into a snarl. She wanted nothing more than to get back up and to wipe that smug look off her face - but she was in too much pain to even think of it. And now, Rose was drawing closer, beginning to lower herself to Cecilia's level. Her eyes met hers, and Cecilia knew just how proud her opponent was to have bested her like this. And then, as she held down Cecilia's shoulders, the count began.

"One! Two!"

For Cecilia, that was the last straw. No, she thought; it couldn't end this way. Not when she was this close. She grit her teeth, and her fists curled at her sides as she let the rage bubble up within her. As that rage rose in Cecilia, it gave her the will to rise again!

Kicking out with enough force to push her off the mat, this time Cecilia was able to scramble to her feet, getting back up before her brain had time to process how sore she was. She was fueled by sheer anger! With Rose bent over, she quickly slung a leg around her foe's, before draping her other around the masked woman's neck, and finally lifting herself onto her back, as she got into an octopus hold!

"Don't think...it's over!" she snarled.
