Hinoka Taiyo vs Mic Check- Rock and Awe

For what felt like minutes, Hinoka rested her neck on the middle rope trying to recuperate herself. She would pout upon hearing Mic called from afar. "As if I would lose like that. Never in a million years!" shouted Hinoka trying not to look feeble in the slightest. Maybe it wasn't the perfect time to raise her breath. The redhead realised that standing around doing nothing won't do any good for her. Feeling that she has regained enough energy to take a few more blows, Hinoka let go off the ropes to meet her opponent in the centre.

Realising that the rocker wanted another test of strength, Hinoka raised her hands up in return. "Good, I don't want either of us losing by some technicality" said Hinoka sounding more gruff than usual. Taking a page from Mic wouldn't be too bad. Hinoka could use some lightening up every now and then. The two would stare each other down as they pushed against each for supremacy. The redhead tried pushing her opponent back despite the strain across her body.

Mic Chick looked amused by Hinoka's deadly seriousness at the match at hand. She understood it, but man. That girl could stand to lighten up. The rock star grasped Hinoka's shoulders and arms and then pushed her grip to the limit in this lock up. She pushed against Hinoka, wincing, but managing a smirk at her as she did so. "Hey Red Hot, I hope you're nearly as dedicated as you are to having fun as you are with wrestling..." Chick winked at her as she kept applying the pressure.

Eventually, she would break through and have the advantage, pushing back on Hinoka further and then attempted to step forward and place her leg behind the redhead's own. The rocker then intended to bend her opponent to the mat, trying to go for a pin attempt while she had the upper hand.

"Actually I am having fun in this match bruises aside" replied Hinoka smiling trying to form a little quip. One of the main principles of Hinoka is to enjoy something only after giving it your all. Mic was pulling all the stops from both a fighting and a show woman standpoint. Unless something underhanded happens, the redhead sure will remember the rocker fondly.

She grunted as she was slowly being pushed back by her opponent. The blonde hooked her leg causing Hinoka to fall backwards. Not wanting to be put into a vulnerable position, Hinoka hooked her arm around the rocker's head. "Nice try" commented Hinoka keeping herself up. Wanting to return the favour, the redhead would jump up before driving Mic's head into the mat with DDT. If the moves hits, Hinoka would be sitting down looking at Mic who is on her back. "END IT END IT END IT" chanted the crowd. "I guess I will do it" thought Hinoka. Believing that pinning Mic now wouldn't secure the victory, Hinoka decided drastic measures were needed.

The redhead stood up and walked towards one of the corners. As she climbed up to the top turnbuckle, Hinoka made a mental note to try her finisher, the Falcon Crest once again. Upon reaching the high point, Hinoka turned around to face the centre of the ring. Will Mic get up in time?

Mic Chick had managed to start bending Hinoka down towards the mat, but then she felt the redhead grab hold of her head. Chick gasped and then kept herself from being planted into the mat, trying to hold onto her opponent, grunting and groaning as her muscles tensed to keep Hinoka from dropping her down now. But when Hinoka kicked her legs out to throw her body behind it, Mic Chick was unable to hold on. The DDT hit and Mic landed on her head, looking dazed as her body rolled and the momentum had her briefly sitting up before falling right back down. Her head spun from the maneuver and her body bucked once or twice from the aftershocks of the impact, trying her best to focus and figure out how to recover. But as it stood, her body wasn't cooperating. But her opponent wasn't trying to pin her. She must have been trying something out.

The rocker moved her head and barely noticed Hinoka going outside to the apron. She still felt dazed as she attempted to power her body to get up and do something. With a loud groan, Mic managed to turn onto her front. She got to a knee, looking up at Hinoka, still not quite looking like she was all there and she was still exhausted. The blonde then pounded the mat with her palm three times, trying to psyche herself up and let her muscles untighten themselves enough for her to stop her foe and take advantage of her on the top rope. She would then push herself off the mat with the help of her arms and then stumble forward, this time going for Hinoka's legs, to try and clip one of them so she would fall back down on the turnbuckle from her standing position. If she could just do this one thing, she could mount a comeback. What sort of comeback? Mic had absolutely no idea. But she would figure that out when the time came.

Hinoka was standing on the top turnbuckle. She was about to do something reckless and jump, but the pounding noise directed her attention to what was below her. The redhead knew that Mic was still conscious, but the rocker got up sooner than she expected. As Mic approached her, Hinoka was feeling a little anxious. She has been in this situation before where the blonde used the "Tuning up" on her, almost costing Hinoka the match.

As Mic got closer, Hinoka would lean down slightly before thrusting her leg forward kicking the rocker in the neck. The crowd was becoming rather uneasy from the many twists and turns. This kick wasn't enough to knock Mic down, but it would certainly buy the redhead sometime. The Falcon Crest would no longer be appropriate for this situation so Hinoka had a change of plans. She got back into position and jumped off the ropes doing a flip in midair before landing on Mic's shoulders. Then Hinoka using her own momentum swiftly threw Mic forwards onto her shoulders with the redhead on top. To complete the pin, Hinoka grabbed Mic's legs completing her other finisher; the Flying Pegasus. Has this show reached an end?

The ref went over to what could be the match ending count.

"1!"
"2!"

Mic had managed to get herself to the corner, but she was barely in any shape to do much of anything. She got kicked away rather easily by Hinoka and then staggered back before turning and falling to her knees. Her head may not have been at one hundred percent, but her body was at least willing to try and get back in it. She turned around and then stood back up on extremely wobbly feet, stumbling in place for a second, only to get Hinoka landing on her shoulders, then throwing her down for a Dragonrana. Chick's shoulders hit the mat and Hinoka hooked her legs.

"One!"
"Two!"
"Three!"

The pin was counted, unopposed. Mic Chick's body had totally given out, offering no resistance at all as Hinoka was on top of her, now the victor in this match, while the rocker's head was still spinning and she could barely even comprehend she lost the match here.

DING! DING! DING!

"Your winner by pinfall Hinoka Taiyo!" yelled out the announcer. The crowd erupted in applause after the seeing the exciting match come to a conclusion.

As soon as the bell rung, Hinoka stood up raising her fist up high to the loving spectators. The redhead smiled proudly knowing that she scored her first official victory in LAW. There was surely more to come. It was a hard fought match though so facing the rocker again may lead to a different outcome. Her head was still feeling a little shaky from the many aerial moves that she took and delivered.

After celebrating for a minutes, Hinoka got on to her knees to check on her opponent's condition. She held the blonde's shoulder shaking in an attempt to wake her up. "Hey there, are you OK? You hearing this?" said Hinoka a bit unsure whether she went too far in this match. She remembered something earlier that might help so the Hinoka would take out a deep breath before yelling "MIC CHECK!". The rocker only ever wanted to hear her name being said with some flair. Will she able to arise from her slumber now?

The bell rang and Hinoka was declared the winner. Mic Chick's legs fell back to the mat when the redhead got off of her and she placed a hand behind her head and winced. Her body was spent and she was utterly exhausted, and to make matters worse, she had lost. The blonde didn't win her debut, but she put on one hell of a show. Granted, it didn't make her feel any better right now as she opted to wait until her body stopped throbbing aggressively at her.

Then, she felt Hinoka's hand on her shoulder, but she still didn't feel up for chatting right now. She wanted to not be in pain for a second to focus. Then, she screamed her name, not quite as good as Mic Chick would (not that many people could), but with enough flair that she had proven she listened to her earlier. Mic slowly started to sit up with a groan of pain and propped herself up by her arms and looked at Hinoka with a weak smile on her face. "Yeah, I hear you... I just need a minute, you know?" She then offered a more genuine smile at her opponent and added, "Congratulations, by the way."

Mic was certainly awake but wasn't as jumpy as she was at the beginning of the match. Hinoka would still sigh in relief before looking at the rocker in the eye. "Sure take your time. Oh and thanks. I have to say you were quite awesome out there too. That move you call the "Tuning up" was insane!" said Hinoka recognising Mic Check as a worthy opponent.

"I wouldn't mind facing you again, but don't expect me to go any easier on you especially for a title!" said Hinoka punching the blonde's shoulder lightly, although knowing Mic's condition it may hurt a tiny bit. The redhead really appreciated Mic's charisma so she hoped that the superstar could leave the ring with a bang. An idea would pop into her head afterwards as Hinoka stood up and left the ring. She would quickly return with a microphone in hand. "I was wondering if you can say a few words to your fans before we go. Tell them that you are feeling alright." said Hinoka wanting her opponent to come out with some pride of her own.

Mic Check was barely even able to keep up with Hinoka at this point. At first the girl was all business and super serious during the match, and now she wouldn't stop talking. Mic's head hurt, and the rambling of her opponent did not help. Still, she was friendly enough and none of it was her fault. So in response to all of that, she said, "Right on, Red Ho--Nnnn...!" She was cut off by the light shoulder punch, making her cringe from the normally harmless impact.

The rock star saw Hinoka get out of the ring and tilted her head in curiosity before she started pushing off of the mat to stand. She was then handed a mic by her opponent and looked amused by her suggestion. Still breathing heavily, she took the mic and tapped it, winking at Red Hot. She then ran a hand through her short, blonde hair and then spoke into it. "Ladies and gentlemen... thank you for having me. You've been an awesome crowd for an awesome night I won't forget. I can't wait to step back into the LAW arena and light the stage on fire again..." She trailed off for a moment and then shook her head clear. "Yo, sorry. Still spinning a bit from the match, you know?" She chuckled to herself and then went to take Hinoka's hand. "But this isn't about me. It's about her. She kicked ass out there and she's the real deal." Mic pointed at Hinoka with her mic-holding hand and nodded sincerely. "So I want everyone to give it up for Rrrrrred Hot Hinoka Taiyo! Your winner!"

Mic Chick then held up Hinoka's hand in victory, wincing a bit as she did so and moving her hand with her mic behind her own head. She wanted to give props to the girl who had bested her, because frankly, she deserved it. And Mic was never one to beg for attention when she had plenty of it to begin with.
