Candace 'Fang' Lewis vs Lovestar

The referee's hand slapped the mat for the count.

"ONE!"

The crowd held its breath as everyone watched anxiously to see if Fang would manage to break free before the count reached its conclusion.

"TWO!"

Fang was left dazed a bit from Lovestar's latest move. However, she was not going to give up like this. Just as the referee counted to two, Fang immediately bolted and broke the pin, which would force Lovestar to release her. Once the release occured, Fang would be able to get to her feet. Once she did, she would seek make the next move on Lovestar.

She would seek grab Lovestar's arm and pull her in close. Then, she would immediately flank Lovestar get behind her. This was a set up for the "Vine Trip-Up", where Fang would then spin her opponent around and perform a drop kick on an unsuspecting Lovestar.

If that worked, Lovestar would be knocked to one side of rope. Fang would then perform a Step Up Enzuguri of her own on Lovestar.

Fang's resilience shone through as she bolted up, breaking the pin just in time and forcing Lovestar to release her hold. Determined to turn the tide, Fang quickly got to her feet and seized the initiative.

She grabbed Lovestar's arm, yanking her in close before deftly flanking her and slipping behind. With practiced precision, Fang set up her "Vine Trip-Up," spinning Lovestar around and delivering a sharp dropkick to her unsuspecting opponent.

CRASH

The force of the dropkick sent Lovestar staggering to the ropes, momentarily off balance. Seeing this, Fang charged forward and executed a Step Up Enzuigiri, her foot connecting with Lovestar's head with a resounding impact.

SMACK!

Fang's enzuigiri hit its mark, sending Lovestar back down!

Fang fought back with ferocity to expected of one from the jungle. She was able to land both the drop kick and the Enzuigiri on Lovestar, sending her opponent back down on the mat. Having nailed Lovestar with two impressive moves, one of which was a signature move, Fang decided it was time to end this. This was not because of landing some impressive hits on Lovestar, but she took a few hits herself and knew that she couldn't keep it up for long.

So, to try and end on a spectacular note, she decided to perform a new finishing move; one that she was working on after she spent time recovering from her therapy. It was called the "Tiger's Final Pounce". While Lovestar was down, Fang would leap to the ropes next to them to perform a Quebrada, which would let her bounce off the ropes and flip in the air. Then she would slam on top of Lovestar.

If this worked, Fang would then go for the pin; seeking to end the match.

As Fang executed her "Tiger's Final Pounce," Lovestar braced herself for the incoming impact, knowing that she had to endure whatever was coming next. Despite her efforts to defend herself, Fang's devastating move connected with full force!

The impact of the "Tiger's Final Pounce" left Lovestar reeling, her vision swimming as she struggled to regain her bearings.

As Fang put her full weight on for the pin, began the count.

Lovestar fought against the pain and the haze of dizziness clouding her mind. Despite the odds stacked against her, she knew that this time, she wouldn't be able to break free.

ONE!

TWO!

As the referee's hand descended for the count, Lovestar's heart sank. She had given her all in this match, but in the end, it wasn't enough. The referee's hand slapped the mat for the third time, signaling the end of the match!

THREE!

DING! DING! DING!

Fang executed her finishing move and was able to land it right on Lovestar. The impact was complete and thorough, as Fang noted that (after taking a second to process stuff after landing, cause that was the first time she used that move in a match) Lovestar was flat on the ground and not getting up. Taking this opportunity, Fang moved in to pin Lovestar.

ONE!

Fang could hear the referee counting, while also noting his hand slapping the mat.

TWO!

Fang could feel her heart slowing down. She always had this feeling everytime she was going for a pin. It was as if she was expecting Lovestar to break out of the pin at the very last second. But...

THREE!

DING! DING! DING!

Fang could hear the bell ring, the referee declared her the winner. She got off Lovestar and stood up, as she raised her right fist in the air; she was tired, but happy she won. She waved to the audience as the crowd roared, before turning back to see Lovestar.

"You did good." Fang complimented as she offered her hand to Lovestar to help her up.

As the bell rang and the referee declared Fang the winner, she stood up, raising her right fist in the air in a triumphant gesture. The crowd roared in approval, their cheers filling the arena. Despite her exhaustion, Fang's face lit up with a smile, proud of her hard-fought victory.

After basking in the crowd's adoration for a moment, Fang turned her attention back to Lovestar, who was still on the mat. With genuine respect, Fang extended her hand to her opponent.

Lovestar, despite the pain and disappointment, managed a smile as she took Fang's offered hand.

"Gracias~"

she replied, her voice filled with gratitude. As she stood up, the crowd's cheers grew even louder, appreciating the display of sportsmanship between the two wrestlers.

With a playful twinkle in her eye, Lovestar added,

"Think you can walk me back to the Gorilla position? I might need a bit of help after that one."

Before clenching her abdominal area, still in pain from Fang's last Finishing Manuever.

Fang smiled as she Lovestar helped up onto her feet, feeling the positive energy that was given off in the arena and crowd as a result of Fang's show of sportsmanship. She noted Lovestar's request for help, as she grimaced a bit at a possible injury in Lovestar's abdominal area; remembering not too long ago, she had been in pain with her previous match that was against Jack Reynolds.

"Sure thing." Fang nodded as she would go to assist Lovestar.

Lovestar, never one to miss an opportunity to play her cupid role, leaned in closer to Fang, her voice dripping with flirtatious charm.

"So, Fang,"

she whispered, her tone playful as always,

"how do you think your boyfriend Hiro will react to our little dance in the ring tonight?"

As Fang was helping out Lovestar, she heard Lovestar ask about what Hiro may think about their match; though of course she had to say it in quite the flirtatious tone.

"Oh, Hiro?" Fang said, blushing a bit as she was caught off guard, "Well, he was looking forward to seeing me back in LAW again after a bit of an absence. I'm sure he would have liked it." Of course, she did have to wonder what was Hiro's reaction when watching the match.
