Kate vs Emma - Race against the speed demon

Kate was breathing heavily, trying to shake off the cobwebs from the latest barrage of strikes but before she got much headway on that, Emma would approach her, not giving Kate any time to react as she'd be picked up and shoved against the ring. No further attacks came however which was perplexing but not unwelcome, Kate could certainly use some breathing room about now with how badly she was hurt. She did not quite understand why Emma gave her that space and it put her on edge but it also allowed her to other her thoughts.

The whole match she was trying to find a way to fight Emma on her own terms, trying to deal with the girl's superior speed, hyperfocusing on the gap between them in that regard but mostly neglected trying to capitalize on her own advantages in strength and size. She was almost a heavyweight god damn it and she knew all too well that she was stronger than most of them as well, now it was time to really show her teeth!

The berserker's gaze shifted to the side in pain, but the white-haired girl took advantage of this and, as a counterattack, spun on her axis while raising her leg in a roundhouse spinning kick in the direction of the purple-haired girl's head to push her away from her.

Kate was battered and bruised, the taste of blood filling her mouth and she was more than a little bit confused as to what was going on with her opponent, her eyes having changed a long while back and how she did not resemble herself anymore. It was strange but after all, it was a fight so she pushed that aside as she readied herself to reengage with her opponent, hopefully for the last time, if the fight kept going for much longer it would get dangerous for both of them.

Her initial attack worked, and for a moment Kate thought she might get the upper hand but with her opponent's speed still being a factor, the kick that came as a counter was almost instantaneous! But almost was enough for Kate to get her arms up to defend herself and though it rattled her, forcing her to stumble back to keep her balance, she would not take any time to compose herself, knowing she needed to keep up the pressure and stay close to minimize her opponent's advantage.

She would rush in, going low as if planning to go for a takedown only to then jump the last two paces with a knee aimed at Emma's head, hoping to stagger her for a moment, and if all worked in Kate's favour, she'd follow it up by sending a few punches at the woman's body, trying to back her up into a corner!
