Helena DuBois vs Lyra Heartfield - Steel Cage Match

Helena struck but it didn't do anything or buy her any breathing room. Instead her head was grabbed and smashed off the cage! Helena cradled her head in her arms and dropped to her knees in a daze. Things were not looking good at all for Helena who came into the match to get payback for what she considered embarrassing loss in the Apex qualifiers.

Lyra would then picked Helena up and bowing her down as her red eyes bore into the eyes of her hated rival’s. Everyone knew this move, the trademark ending for The Selection. Lyra would try for Sister Abigail on Helena hoping to smash her already bruised face into the mat!

Helena was grabbed and held by Lyra unable to stop anything. She had gone at her only for Lyra to shrug off most of what she did and Helena was reeling after being attacked all match by Lyra. She spun and suddenly smashed hard to the mat laying motionless on the canvas.

Lyra giggled to herself darkly before crawling on top of Helena hooking one leg. The referee questioned nothing as she got on her knees slowly going for the count.

“1! 2!”

Helena was still out when the bell rang, she would have to wake up later and feel the wave of embarrassment knowing that she was more or less destroyed inside the cage against the little fortune teller who for a second time in two matches came out on top against her.

Lyra heard the three being counted delivering another defeat to her most hated foe and pleasing her master, The Anomaly. She didn’t need any help to deliver pain to Helena as the referee steered clear of raising her arm and just checked on Helena. Lyra would be let out of the cage as she stomped down the steps not minding any officials or the fans. She came to do what she did and she succeeded, but Lyra knew this probably wasn’t the end between her and Helena. For now, she was satisfied to put her down more properly this time.
