Athena Wonder vs. Wicke Sykes - Apex Qualifier Match

Athena attempted to escape the hold by rolling to the side, but it turned out that she would end up in a much bigger problem as her opponent transitioned into a figure-four headscissor. Still trapped, Athena was unable to escape having her face collide against the mat, leaving her disoriented and stunned.

"URGHH!!"

For now, all Athena could do was paw at Wicke's thighs weakly in her effort to escape, but for the time being, she remained under the mercy of her opponent.

Now transitioned into a new submission along with stunning her opponent through a slam, Wicke would be gifted with more approval having accomplished this in one fluid motion. However her opponent wasn't down for the count, far from it actually. She didn't even to glance backwards, knowing that a faint grasp clinched on her crushing thighs. Needing to build towards a finishing blow, Wicke absorbed a huge gust of air before thrusting her hips in quick succession. One scissor stomp definitely left a mark, but how about multiple against the blonde as the brainiac found a sudden rhythm!

Athena was still trapped, and Wicke decided to capitalize on this by repeating the same motions as before, slamming her face first onto the canvas while trapping her head between her thighs. Athena tried her best to endure the damage, hoping to at least find a way out of this and turn the table against her opponent.

Throughout her career, Athena had gone through far worse than this, and she would make sure that she wouldn't lose to her opponent that easily. Just to make her defiance loud and clear, Athena let out a defiant roar even as she remained trapped. A trapped, wounded beast is still a beast, and Wicke would have to be careful while handling one.

After the final scissor stomp, Wicke would rest on her stomach and take a breather. No matter how many times she prodded this beast, her opponent wouldn't acknowledge Wicke as the true superior. While Athena was still trapped in the scientist's cage, It might have been best to give up on her neckcoil if the blonde's will managed to endure this specific torment.

Thus a sudden 180 rotation as Wicke took a seat while spreading her legs apart, finally breaking the scissorhold. She reached forth to grasp the blonde's forearms to forcibly bring the superheroine to a sitting position. After bounding those appendages behind her opponent's back, Wicke would need to lay down for this next part. Raising her large thighs to envelop them around Athena's arms, Wicke aimed exert unimaginable downwards pressure through a lotus lock!

Athena growled as she withstood the hold from Wicke. She had endured far worse than this, and she wasn't going to be felled by this move anytime soon. And then, Wicke released her from the scissor, and Athena saw this opportunity to turn the table around. When Wicke was about to move her arm, Athena let out a mighty roar as she would yank her arms back, pulling herself away from her opponent's grasp.

"RAAAAAHHHHH!!!"

At this point, Athena was running on adrenaline, her muscles tensing. She gritted her teeth as she would pull herself away from Wicke, powering through her hold before she stood up. It took great effort, but the Eighth Wonder wasn't going to stay down for long. Turning around, she would then swing her arm at Wicke's head, looking to disorient her before grabbing her, preparing a counterattack.

Every second counted as this battle of attrition started to wind down. While it was impressive that she managed to slip between submissions within suitable time, due to her own worn state, Wicke couldn't lean back for a safer position and more to the stretch. "HNGHHHH" Those powerful thighs weren't to be taken lightly either way, but she could only apply so much pressure before Athena powered up.

"Aahhh..." Laying on her back for only a second. She realised there was no time to laze about with a fiery superheroine still on the prowl. As if also motivated by adrenaline, Wicke sat up and supported herself to two feet. However as soon as she was upright, the blonde beat her to the punch. "AHHHHH!" Her head ringing as a result of sudden strike. This turn of events left Wicke to winded and now in the Eighth Wonder's grasp!

Hitting Wicke with her arm, Athena then grabbed her and prepared herself for her next move. She gasped, trying her best to power through her exhaustion. Grunting, she would then pull Wicke closer with both her hands before she hoisted her up onto her shoulders, putting her in a position where she could execute a powerful Samoan drop.

Of course, Athena planned to bring Wicke on her shoulders and move towards the center of the ring. She needed to adjust her hold on her first before she could bring her opponent down onto the mat and bring this match to an end.

Her skull left vibrating after the blonde's lone strike, she would be left as demonstration of super strength while carried onto Athena's shoulders. At first there would be a sequence of yelps, for Wicke immediately realised what danger lurked from beneath. She couldn't be a damsel who needed saving and instead had to act in the most dire of circumstances.

Luckily she would be given a small timer before the dropzone, thus the purplette tried to alter her weight distribution with a little sideways thrust. If she can make her body even slightly parallel to the superheroine, the weight might be too much to bear and lead to a different kind of crash.

Carrying Wicke on her shoulders, Athena planned to bring her down with a Samoan drop, but it seemed that Wicke had adjusted her position up there, making it hard for Athena to actually execute the move. Knowing that she couldn't effectively bring her opponent down with her Samoan drop, Athena then decided to take a different approach as she would drop Wicke down, cancelling her Samoan drop.

Clicking her tongue, Athena would then turn around, planning to grab Wicke as she would think of what to do next. With her attempt to bring Wicke down with a Samoan drop failed, she needed a different approach on how to end this match with her victory.

As her body was becoming closer and closer to shutting down, Wicke tried to bring both long-timers into a dreadlock before the Samoan Drop could bring her to an untimely demise. However Athena was also quick to realise the risks, thus ending this engagement on whiffer but still in the blonde's favour. While not laying on a heap, Wicke was on the verge of collapsing as evident by her wobbly knees.

Her heart skipping a beat as Athena wasn't physically taxed as she was. Thus she would be drawn into the superheroine's clutches, unlikely to be prepared for the next crushing move that awaited them.
