Pray wasn’t too familiar with Tara’s wrestling history, but if he had to guess, she had some experience in fighting outside of the squared circle. Those knee strikes were topnotch, the sort he would’ve expected from one of his cage fights, back in his heyday. If his body wasn’t used to shots like that, they would’ve put him down.

Good for him, then, that his midsection was more than accustomed to that level of abuse, letting him tank the damage and pay it back right away. While his belly-to-belly wasn’t exactly a work of art, it did the trick, bringing her and up spiking her with a solid impact. He wasn’t about to leave her lonely for long, either, as he swung about, threw his body on top of hers, and pulled her leg in for the pin.

”Just stay down for three seconds.” He brought his face close to hers as he pressed down and the referee slid behind them. ”Then we can have some more fun, huh?”

”1…!”

Getting quite literally rag dolled through the air by her rather handsome opponent was not exactly high up on Tara's wish list of things to do with the man, but unfortunately its what would happen first.

As a result Tara was understandably rocked by the impact and completely vulnerable to the man as he descended upon her and hooked her leg for a pin fall. Biting her lip softly at his whispered words Tara wouldn't lie when she said it was a tempting offer, but she'd be damned if she let herself lose so easily.

"TWO!"

Just as the ref's hand hit the mat for a second time that is when Tara sprung into action, kicking her leg out while twisting her body as much as he could muster, aiming to kick out just in the nick of time!

And she kicked out.

Yeah, Prayuth figured she wouldn’t go for that, but he had to try. A part of him was disappointed, not wanting to do any more damage to her fine body than he could get away with, but another part of him - the part that was loving the fight part of this fuckfight - was eager to lock horns and put her down.

After she managed to kick out of the hold, he went right back to it, slide over to her side and forcing her to flip over to her chest. His submission game wasn’t that great, but he still had more than a few simple ones he could do, and he figured it was a good time to go for one of the classics.

Prayuth promptly straddled her back, reached out, and proceeded to pull his opponent up by the chin, pulling her up into a Camel Clutch…or was it a Boston Crab? He always got the two mixed up.

Not willing to be defeated so easily by her opponent Tara would manage to find the strength to kick out before three, securing her continued place in this match. Unfortunately however she was definitely still hurting and it gave Prayuth the perfect opportunity to roll her over onto her stomach, at which point he straddled her and pulled her back for a camel clutch submission! "Ngh!" Tara cried out in pain twisting side to side to the best of her ability while digging her knees into the mat, trying to shuffle and get across the mat towards the ropes, trying to get in range to reach her foot out to the bottom rope!

It was hard to say for sure, but judging by the way she reacted, Prayuth would say that he did a decent job of locking what he was relatively sure he could call a Camel Clutch. It seemed to hurt Tara enough, sending her into a mad crawl for the ropes, even as he amped up the pressure.

Still, no harm in getting a professional opinion. ”So, hey, scale of 1 to 10, how bad is this hurting you?” He wrenched back hard, giving her a solid jolt. ”Don’t hold back, I’m all about constructive criticism.”

She wouldn’t have much longer to give it, though, as she managed to reach the ropes and earn a break. Prayuth let up on the hold right away, but that didn’t mean he was giving her a reprieve - quite the opposite. His next move was to pull her up by the arm, get her standing, then twist about and send her running towards the nearest corner with a hard Irish Whip, looking to put some space between them before he made his next move.

Tara was in a ton of pain right now, Prayuth's camel clutch was not only well done but had the advantage of his height and weight overall working to his advantage in this position. As a result Tara was getting a real stretch at his hands. Ignoring his teasing comment for the moment in favor of reaching forward to grab the ropes, securing a rope break!

Thankfully he would release the hold without issue, releasing Tara's chin only to grab her arm, pulling her up and sending her running at a corner, making sure she hit it back first! "Ngh!" Tara grunted out in pain, hitting it back first and holding the ropes on either side of her to remain standing with a wince of pain on her face, trying to focus on the man across from her as he re focused and seemingly planned his next move.

”I’m going to take that as a 10 out of 10!”

Prayuth called out to Tara as he sent her running with the whip, creating some distance for him to work with. He just hoped she didn’t take the taunting too hard, nothing personal. One of the big things he liked about pro wrestling over kickboxing was the chance to talk some smack during the match, get into your opponent’s head with the mindgames. If he’d tried this sort of thing back home in the cages, they would’ve disqualified him for unsportsmanlike behavior. Here? He could go nuts.

But he wasn’t all about words, he could be a man of action, and he saw the perfect opportunity to demonstrate. Instead of following straight after Tara when she hit the corner, Prayuth backed up, making his way to the opposite side of the ring, creating the maximum amount of distance between them.

He taught a moment to square up, lock on target, then charged across the ring at full speed, leaped up, and tried to ram his knee into her face, looking to take her out with a crushing impact.

Tara panted softly as she focused her gaze on Prayuth, still hurting and not able to speak, instead just trying to focus on getting some oxygen back in her lungs while she was up right. Luckily Prayuth had backed himself up to the other side of the ring, taking his sweet time in preparation before rushing towards her. Eyes narrowing Tara would wait until the last moment before pushing off the corner and diving forward into a roll underneath her leaping opponent so that he would crash into the corner knee first while Tara would push herself upwards, panting and turning to focus on Prayuth, rushing towards him and leaping up for a kick of her own right into the man's spine!

It might have seemed a little overly theatrical, but in Prayuth’s defense, if this knee had connected, not only would it have worked, it might have been enough to put Tara down for a while, maybe even enough to get the three count. Distant shot, but worth a try in his book.

Alas, it wasn’t meant to be, as Tara turned out to have some good instincts. They allowed her to move just in time, giving him nothing but pads to smack into, and by the time he’d corrected and started to move around, it was already too late.

A kick - stiff, quick, strong - sliced into his spine and knocked him forward, striking the bone and leaving him to sag against the turnbuckle as he tried to recover. Painful, definitely, and he would need a few seconds to get his bearings back.
