Selene Sugar vs Grace Kenning

Grace didn't have much left anymore, the moves had all been hard hitting and meant to put her down as quickly as possible and Selene could say mission accomplished. Grace was quickly dragged back up despite the aches and weakness she was feeling, turned towards the ropes and whipped with enough force that Grace had no choice but to run with it. When she came back to a fully standing Selene she was soon pushed up more as Selene got under her and launched her up, Grace had no idea she even had that kind of power left but soon it didn't mater and she was being brought back down into a cutter by her opponent.

"Aaogg!" Grace groaned the impact worsened by the cutter and when she hit the mat she hit it hard. The fight drained her and the once active Grace was barely moving, still awake but very beaten down and sore from the fight's lasting effects.

"What a comeback!" Caroline chirped in excitment upon seeing her friend pull off her finisher. "Sugoi! Sugoi!"
Meanwhile, Selene flipped Grace onto her back before nonchalantly sitting on her stomach. And while the Japanese wrestler pinned her incapacitated foe, she flashed a smile aimed towards the cameras and flexed a bicep to cement her incoming victory. Soon enough, the referee started the count.
"One!.."
"Two!.."

Grace was down, Selene wasted no time going for the pin while Grace could only stay down and unable to even move her shoulders to break it. She was still conscious but the pain overwhelmed her and her body didn't feel fit to move despite the urgency of the count. Instead Grace could only stay down frustrated with the match's inevitable result.

"THREE!"

The count was made, the bell rang and Grace was just upset that her match ended in a loss in what she planned to be a big restart for her. All she could do was stay down and try not to show how much the loss bothered her.

"Hah." Seeing the ref make the three count, Selene let out a triumphant sigh as she stood up and basked in her latest victory. She flexed both arms and placed her foot on Grace's chest, uncaring of whether she was conscious or not. Instead, the Sweet Beast focused on looking good for the cameras, maintaining her satisfied smile and ensuring that her pose was perfect. The soreness from everything she's endured returned; her adrenaline rush wore off, but she ignored the aching sensation.

As soon as she has deemed that the cameras have gotten what they needed, she crouched next to her opponent's downed body. "Heya, still alive?" She jested while prodding Grace's cheek. "Damn, that was fun as fuck." Selene commented on the match as she offered her hand to help pull the brunette onto her feet. "Thanks for the scrap. You were awesome... Just not as awesome as me."

Grace was between being upset about the loss and just trying to regain her senses after Selene trounced her. All things considered it was a good effort but the way it was so short even though the reason for that was Selene's rapid fire style didn't help Grace much when recovering mentally. When Selene offered her hand Grace took it after a moments hesitation, she wasn't fit for talking just yet but hopefully she could get up now.

Slowly Grace was brought to her feet slightly leaning on Selene when she was brought all the way up to adjust as the pain was killing her all over. Thankfully she was able to stand up but her arms went to the parts that hurt the most such as her back to tend to. "Ngh..Y-yeah It was a good match." Grace said, wanting to say something so she didn't look like she was ignoring the victor, being upset about the loss was not an excuse to be rude.

"Hey..." Selene narrowed her eyes slightly when she sensed some regret in Grace's response. Nonetheless, the Sweet Beast remained jubilant. "I'm always happy for a rematch, you know?" She suggested while also casually patting her opponent's aching back. "Can't wait to see how much you've improved by then." Then she interrupted herself with a chuckle. "I'll still kick your ass though." She added with a cocksure grin.

Grace almost winced at Selene's words, given how long the two of them had been in the ring it didn't feel right having that said to her when Grace had already been trying to improve since she got back. But not wanting to dwell on stuff like that she had to instead focus on the important things, this match was so over so she had to just focus on what she did wrong learn from it and move from there.

"I'll test that, I learned plenty to make sure I can win a rematch next time." Grace said before she would try and make a dignified walk out of the ring all the way backstage, arms around the parts that hurt most. She had a lot to think about before she stepped in the ring once more.

"I'd be disappointed if you didn't." Selene replied with light laughter as she bid her opponent farewell. The moment Grace exited the ring, Caroline slid under the ropes and raced towards her friend. Then she wrapped her arms around the larger woman for a hug before trying to raise Selene's arm up in place of the referee. Of course, the Sweet Beast dwarfing her companion made the attempts to lift her arm up in celebration an awkward yet wholesome sight but neither minded. Together, they reveled in Selene's most recent win.
