A Quiet Debut: Alizeh Midori vs Marianne Von Edmund

‘Always wanted to do that’ Alizeh thought to herself with a grin after successfully completing the sunset flip powerbomb to fully turn things back in her corner. Grabbing and pushing Marianne’s legs Alizeh leaned forward ever so slightly to add to the weight on Marianne’s lower body, making the pin she now was in as difficult to escape as possible. From what Alizeh had seen of Marianne so far the bluenette seemed to have a low pain threshold. A flaw that would prove fatal down the line, and one Alizhe wouldn’t hesitate to take advantage of.

While she successfully got a the first two counts Alizeh’s eyes widened in legitimate surprise when, before the third count could be made Marianne managed to kick out with surprising force. Grunting as she was forced off by the girl Alizeh would roll and look over at the girl as she laid on the mat. Rather than be frustrated however... Alizeh smiled. ”Alright... you’ve got more fight than I expected.” She said with a eager smile on her face as she spread her legs out a bit and gave a come at me gesture to the downed Marianne. “give me all you got Mari!” Alizeh declared excitedly, waiting for the girl to stand so they could continue properly.

Marianne managed to force herself out of the pin, now on her stomach and slowly getting up, one eye closed and grimacing in pain. The sunset flip powerbomb was post to be the end of her, but somehow she willed herself to keep going. "You should've stayed down Marianne. But I won't disappoint my fans." Marianne thought to herself, finding the will to continue on.

"Alright, I Will." Marianne said, the pained grimace turning into a smile, as she wanted to give Alizeh the best fight she could, knowing that winning is a very real possibility for her. She stood up, and went to attempt to grab on Alizeh's arm, hoping to throw her with an arm drag, and then hold her down for a crossface submission hold, hoping to do some pain to Alizeh's head.

Alizeh smiled at the bluenette as she began getting up, answering Alizeh’s challenge apparently more ready than before. ”Alright that’s what I’m talking about Marianne I knew you could do it!” She declared bouncing from heel to heel eagerly as she prepared to clash with her opponet once more. Once the quiet beast was finally to her feet Alizeh would charge forward while throwing her arm up for a clothesline.

However as she neared Marianne she felt her arm crossed by Marianne’s as opposed to smashing into her chest. Then before she could react she found ber arm being pulled in a arm drag that brought the rest of her body down with it in a arm drag! Before she could do much else Alizeh soon found a arm around her head squeezing and pulling her head up in a crossface. “Gahh ugh!” She groaned out in pain as she reached up grabbing the girl’s arm in pain.

Gritting her teeth tightly Alizeh grunted and did her best to withstand the pain of the hold, but she wasn’t content to just handle the submission, she was working out how to reverse it. And she believed she had the perfect way too. Reaching up and grabbing tightly onto Marianne’s arm Alizeh would attempt to push off with her other hand to attempt and roll them over. If she managed to do so she’d allow the two to roll until Marianne was under her. Then Alizeh would try to use this vantage point to slip her head from under Marianne’s grasp, than she would take hold of one of Marianne’s arm and throw her legs over it before leaning back to try and lock Marianne into a crossarmbar.

Marianne had a confident smile on her face, using her arms to pull back on Alizeh's head, hearing her opponent groan in agony. "I'm sorry about this, but I want to win." Marianne apologized before making a declaration in only the way Marianne could, While she was causing pain, something about this match ignited her fire, and made her want to prove why she was signed.

Sadly, the crossface eventually had to end, as Alizeh slipped from her grasp, forced Marianne to roll under her, and then all of a sudden Marianne was the one locked in a submission, a cross armbar.

Marianne loudly screamed, her arm feeling as though it was being dislodged from its socket. She almost felt like crying, but she had to pull through. She has to attempt to use her locked arm to push herself up off of Alizeh, cause Alizeh's body to go vertical, dislodge her arm from the grasp, flip Alizeh onto her stomach, and tie her up into a STF. This was becoming a battle of submissions.

Despite the pain she was in Alizeh couldn’t help but smile jearing Marianne’s decleration of wanting to win. There was still a hint of her mousiness in her voice as she did so, but the greenette could tell there was a fire beneath it. That’s what made Alizeh smile in spite of the pain she was in courtesy of the bluenette’s hold. But that wouldn’t last long.

Within moments in the hold Alizeh rolled the two over, reversing the positions, and then locking her legs around the girl’s arm for a tight arm bar. ”Hell yeah! Don’t apologize I’m loving this!” Alizeh declared herself, keeping in character herself rather well.

But of course Marianne was showing her teeth as a rather impressive technical wrestler in her own right. Before Alizeh could get any major damage in however she found herself being bent backwards and lifted up. For a moment the greenette wondered if she was in danger of being rolled up or slammed.

But Marianne had a different plan. Feeling the girl’s arm slip from her grip Alizeh gasp and look up only to be swiftly rolled onto her stomach. “Oof!” Alizeh cried out as she was forced onto her stomach before her neck was wrenched back in a tight STF hold! “Gah! Ugh!” Alizeh groaned out as she grasped Marianne’s hands in response.

Gritting her teeth in response to the hold Alizeh refused to give Marianne a inch. Gripping the quiet beast’s hands Alizeh attempted to pull them away slightly, not enough to get them off all together. But just enough to give her a inch of breathing room. If she could manage this Alizeh would attempt to throw her weight to the side while twisting her body in the same direction.

If this worked she would roll them over completely till Marianne was on her back once with Alizeh on her chest, laying on her side. Before she allowed Marianne a second to rest the greenette would throw her arms around her opponet’s head, locking one of Marianne’s arms against her head in the process before tightening her squeeze and pulling up for a tight anaconda vice!

This was what Marianne specialized in, turning the match into a grappling contest and a quick battle of submission holds, releasing herself from the cross Armbar and locking Alizeh in the STF. Marianne pulled back as her opponent grunted in pain. Marianne's confidence kept growing, she could feel that she could get Alizeh to tap.

That was not meant to be, as Marianne's grip came loose and Alizeh came free, before having her arm being put behind her head and Alizeh locking in a Anaconda vice. "Ahhhh." Was the noise Marianne made, as she had to fight for air and struggle with her opponent, her legs thrashing about in an attempt to come loose.

Marianne had to come up with something, so she attempted to elbow Alizeh in the head, and if they worked in getting Alizeh to let go, Marianne would attempt to move herself under Alizeh by pulling her up and wrapping her arms around Alizeh's neck in her Sleeperhold finisher, and wrapping her legs around Alizeh's body.

A true battle of submissions was taking place between Alizeh and Marianne, the two’s respective technical knowledge taking the spot light as the two rolled around the ring. Whenever one got an advantage the other would reverse and twke control back. Something that caused the crowd to cheer and whoop excitedly as they saw it happen before them. However... eagle eyed fans could tell the battle of technical skill was coming to an end.

Between reversals, they were taking longer and longer, the damage to Alizeh and Marianne’s bodies were racking up with each and every hold. Like a dual between expert swordsman, it was only a matter of time before one managed to succeed in capturing the other. It was a matter when, not if.

As Alizeh pulled back on the anaconda vice both she and some of the crowd thought this may be it. Marianne had been trapped for a bit and likely wouldn’t be able to take much more. But of course the girl was full of surprises. Before Alizeh could do anything to further add to the hold she found herself being rolled over by Marianne, losing her grip on the woman’s head in the process.

Grunting as she felt her grip fall away, as well as the removal of Marinne’s body from underneath her, only ro instead feel the girl press into her back. Eyes widening in realization Alizeh is as too late as she felt Marianne’s arm wrap around her neck and a pair of legs lock around her waist! ”Nghhh!” The girl cried out breathelessly as she began struggling in the hold. Instinctively she began throwing arms back her arms to dig into Marianne’s sides with back elbows, while trying tk drag herself across the ring to the ropes. Desperate to break free, but Alizeh could feel her lungs burning already, and knew she wouldn’t last long in the hold!

Marianne got herself out of the Anaconda Vice, a tough submission hold where her air flow was cut for a bit, before manuevering herself to lock Alizeh in her Sleeperhold. Like a python squeezing its pray, Marianne was strangling with Alizeh, making the greenette slowing lose breath. "Im sorry, but Im gonna win now." Marianne apologized, before tightening on the hold.

Marianne could feel elbows contact into her side, where earlier she would have let go. But now, she tightens on the hold, looking to get the submission win. This was Marianne's coming out party, and she looked to make a name for herself.

Alizeh rolled around struggling desperately in the sleeper hold Marianne had put her in. This was definitely the girl’s finishing move considering how expertly she had it locked in and how secure it was. It was also clear the girl had superb ring awareness, as any time Alizeh managed to get them near a rope it was but a moment later that she found themselves rolling away from them.

Marianne also seemed to forgo her fear intolerance for pain in favor of keeping the hold on for all it was worth, leaving Alizeh’s desperate elbow shots ineffective. Gasping for air as they ended up in the middle of the ring Alizeh had very few options left to her. By this point a majority of her breath had left her leaving her lungs screaming for air. Reaching up and pulling at Marianne’s arm the greenette knew there were only two options she had left... as much as she hated both there was one she definitely wouldn’t let happen to her...

With one hand raised shakily, Alizeh began gagging and heaving heavily as everything around her started going dark. Eyes fluttering Alizeh began weakly tapping out on Marianne’s arm, signalling her submission to the bluenette’s hold and ending the match as the bell rang.

Marianne locked in the sleeper hold with all her might, absorbing blow after blow in Alizeh's attempt to escape from the hold. Marianne truly believed in her ability to win the match. And then finally, Marianne got a small tap on her arm from Alizeh's hands, and then the bell rang. It kind of surprised Marianne when she heard the bell rang, as the referee indicated the match was over. Marianne slowly let go of Alizeh and started to get up. She actually did it, she won against Alizeh.She was blushing as the fans cheered for her and the referee raised her arm.

"I can't believe it. I actually won." Marianne muttered to herself as she waited for Alizeh to get up.
