Orochi was at the ropes, trying to recover after taking all those attacks from Carol earlier, but it looked like Carol wasn't going to stop herself with her momentum as she made her way towards her, dashing across the ring and heading her way. Orochi was still in the midst of recovery, and when she saw Carol making her way to her, she tried to muster her effort to move herself, but she was too slow.
As a result, Carol managed to land a dropkick right in her chest. "GUAGHHH!!!" The force of the dropkick pressed her further into the ropes before she was catapulted away from them before she ended up falling face first into the mat. At the moment, she was in agony as she gasped, cradling her aching chest. This left her vulnerable to whatever Carol would try to do next.

Re: Orochi vs. Carol Cacchione - Hero-Villain Face-Off
There. Carol had a chance. Orochi was down, and the blonde bombshell had a perfect opportunity to give the villain a taste of her own medicine.
She bounded back to her feet after hitting the mat from her dropkick, rushing towards where Orochi had fallen. With a confident smile playing at her lips, she leaned down, snatching one of Orochi's legs, lifting it up and tucking it under her arm as she tried to step over the woman's body. She was moving into position to try and work Orochi into a Boston crab, but unlike the full version that Orochi had put her through earlier, Carol was attempting to get her into the single-legged variant, her preferred way of performing the hold.

Re: Orochi vs. Carol Cacchione - Hero-Villain Face-Off
Orochi was on the mat after she was catapulted away from the ropes as a result from being dropkicked by Carol. With her face on the mat, Orochi tried to muster her strength to push herself up, but before she could do that, her opponent went to grab one of her legs and put her into a single-legged Boston crab!
"GAAHHHH!!!"
Orochi cried out in pain as Carol put her into the submission hold. Having her leg yanked back, Orochi tried to fight through the pain as she clawed the canvas. She needed to put her focus on dragging herself towards the ropes, but for the time being, she remained in the hold, subject to more pain from her opponent.

Re: Orochi vs. Carol Cacchione - Hero-Villain Face-Off
With sweat dripping down her skin, Carol leaned back, cranking up the pressure on her Boston crab as she listened to Orochi shouting in pain. She had no illusions about the villain submitting to the simple hold, but as long as she could wear down the other woman, it would put her one step closer to ending this.
"GIVE UP!" She snarled, twisting her head around to stare at Orochi as the woman tried to pull herself to the ropes, her fingers digging at the canvas beneath her. As if to emphasize her words, she suddenly leaned back even more, a quick and sharp motion before returning to her previous position, a quick motion of her body meant to drive up the pressure on Orochi even more!

Re: Orochi vs. Carol Cacchione - Hero-Villain Face-Off
The more Orochi resisted, the more painful the hold became, and she couldn't keep her scream down as Carol continued subjecting her to the hold. "AAAAAARGHHHHH!!!" Still, she refused to submit as she would draw herself closer and closer to the ropes. The single-legged Boston crab was painful beyond belief, and she would surely be extremely weakened from it, but once she reached the ropes, she would be free from it.
Sure enough, after a moment that felt like an eternity, the bottom rope was within reach. Letting out a loud yell, Orochi would try to reach out to it, and once she managed to secure her grip on it, she would shake it desperately, signaling to the referee that she had gotten herself a rope break, which meant that Carol would have to let her go from the hold.

Re: Orochi vs. Carol Cacchione - Hero-Villain Face-Off
The moment, the exact moment that Orochi latched onto the ropes and the referee was in her face, Carol dropped the leg. She was no villain, and she wasn't going to try and bend the rules, even if it meant gaining more of an upper hand over the vile woman she was facing.
Instead, Carol backed off, motioning for Orochi to try and stand, barking loudly at her as she did so. "Come on! Back on your feet! Let's go!"
As she yelled at her, she waited, bracing herself, waiting for just the right opportunity...

Re: Orochi vs. Carol Cacchione - Hero-Villain Face-Off
With her opponent being a goody two shoes she was, Orochi was immediately released from the hold as soon as she got herself a rope break. Grunting, Orochi would use the ropes to pull herself up, forcing herself back up onto her feet. She would then turn around, throwing a withering glare at the other woman, as if promising her a payback for the pain that she had gone through earlier.
Stepping away from the ropes, Orochi was ready to clash with Carol once more. She would move towards Carol as if attempting to lock up with her directly, but as soon as she got closer, she would immediately pivot, slipping past her opponent before attempting to catch her from behind, looking to put her into a full nelson, with her slipping her arms under her armpits before locking her hands behind her neck.

Re: Orochi vs. Carol Cacchione - Hero-Villain Face-Off
Carol gasped as Orochi slipped past her guard, catching her from behind. Even this late in the match, the villain was still proving to be tricky, hooking her by the arms and drawing her into the full nelson.
“Nn! U-unhand me!”
She scowled, straining against the force of Orochi’s great strength. She flexed her own arms against the hold, trying power through, trying to use her own mighty strength to weaken the submission, desperate to try and free herself even as the dangerous woman was wearing her down.

Re: Orochi vs. Carol Cacchione - Hero-Villain Face-Off
Holding Carol in the full nelson, Orochi chuckled darkly as she would start applying pressure into the hold, making sure that her opponent would feel the hold on her arms and shoulders. Still, as Carol started struggling in the hold, trying to break free, Orochi knew that she couldn't maintain the hold for long, though she had something in her mind that she knew would inflict more damage on her opponent.
After trapping Carol in the full nelson for a while, Orochi would then slip one of her legs between her opponent's. Then, she would hook it around one of them before she started yanking. From there, she would make sure to fall forward, bringing Carol with her so that Carol would end up falling chest first onto the mat. With Orochi behind her, the damage should be tremendous on Carol.

Re: Orochi vs. Carol Cacchione - Hero-Villain Face-Off
The sheer power of Orochi, the tremendous might of the villainess...it was all present in her maneuver, and in her weakened state, Carol was powerless to prevent it.
Orochi drove her downward, and the heroine slammed hard into the canvas. Her chest and her face were driven deep into the mat, her muscular body jerking once before going limp. A low groan passed her lips as she turned her head to the side, her eyes half-closed as she realized that maybe, just maybe, Orochi had her completely outmatched...
