A Brutal Training Session! Alizeh and Vivianna

As Alizeh came down she saw Viviana’s arm reaching out to her. Gasping as she was unable to do anything due to her own falling motion she gagged slightly as her neck was grabbed. Instinctively throwing her hands up to try and pry the hand away Alizeh was powerless as her motion was suddenly turned against her as her gradual forward descent was rocketed backwards before being slammed into the mat with a major impact making her gasp and loudly and release a silent scream of pain as she arched her back up from the sudden and devasting choke slam

Viviana drove her smaller foe into the canvas with all the force in the world, the ring shaking as she did so. But naturally having taken a beating herself, she fell back, clutching her strained arm as she came against the ropes.

Mumbling to herself as she forced herself through the pain, she'd cut the distance with her downed foe only a second or so after her tiny rest. The tall Italian intending to kick off her feet, to drive a knee down into Alizeh with all her weight behind it.

Alizeh was severely winded and dazed following that chokeslam. “Ughh.” Was all she said as she writhed a bit on the mat folding her leg up and trying to arch her back in a attempt to sit up bit the pain in her back screamed at her as she tried and knew she couldn’t just yet

Unfortunately for Alizeh, Viviana was one to make use of such an oppurtunity and after flopping back to the mat from her failed attempt to move the titan of a woman came crashing down feet first on Alizeh’s stomach making her eyes snap open and her upper and lower body to shoot upwards folding in half under the woman’s feet as any air she had recovered was once again driven from her lungs as she flopped back to the mat gagging and coughing in pain from the big hit

Viviana was running off her own adrenaline yet again, pushing herself from Alizeh after sliding down her frame from the knee strike. Pushing onto all fours, the Italian rubbed a smirk from her own mouth, before opting for something a little more precise yet equally painful than a random lunge with her leg. Slipping to Alizeh's bottom half, she'd seek to get to her knees amidst efforts of rolling her foe onto her front. With the Italian standing up if successful, she'd seek to slip a leg one at a time into the crook of Alizeh's knees, whilst adjusting her foes leg as to be around her own. Hands then reaching down to grab at the shoulders of her foe, pulling her head and shoulders off the ground as she yanked in a surfboard stretch!

Alizeh was still gagging and wheezing from the devastating knee drop from her opponet, her entire abdomen feeling like it was on fire from the move as she attempted to sit up. However that wouldn’t be something in the cards for her as she was rolled around to her front and felt a odd pressure on her knees as well as her legs being forced back...

“Oh no.” Alizeh breathed as her eyes snapped open and her fight or flight reflex kicked in as the girl tried pushing herself up only for her shoulders to be grabbed before being yanked painfully up into the submission move. “GAHHHHHHH!” She screamed in pain as her torso stretched painfully apart, her legs aching in pain and her still hurting stomach once again exploded into a fireball of agony. As this was happening she flailed her arms around desperately trying to think of a way out of this agonizing hold

Viviana pulled and pulled, trying to do what damage she could quickly with a hold that was rather strenuous to keep attached. She wouldn't patronise Alizeh by telling her to submit, given this girl knew how to make the pain end without the Italian telling her!

After a good long moment of letting her victim flail and moan, Viviana let her free. Rolling loose to get backwards onto her knees, once there she would take stock and breath deep, whilst keeping an eye on her now aching foe.

“Gyahhhhhhrnggg.” Alizeh started off another scream only to bite her tongue, literally as she fought to keep her composure. One of the first things that Alizeh had learned about submissions was that screaming your head off and giving into panic was a first rate way of losing your cool and tapping out. Besides Alizeh knew this move was rather tiresome and Viviana didnt come across as one well versed in submissions. So all Alizeh had to do was endure the immense pain she was in.

Finally release came as Viviana released the hold and rolled away. Instinctively and immediately rolling away herself Alizeh panted sharply as she rubbed her arms and slowly made her way up to her knees staring down her opponet. ‘Man shes tough.’ She thought before thinking back to earlier segments of their match.’ But she has weaknesses.’ “Grr.” ‘i just need to exploit them.’ Alizeh thought to herself while grunting and trying to rise to her feet despite the lingers embers of pain in her limbs and body

Viviana opted to wait, rather than rush in even if Alizeh was in pain. If she was to rush ahead and open herself up, then surely Alizeh would have caught the big Italian with revenge on her mind and pain fuelling her. Rather she'd seek to wait, and rose when her foe did, to see just how much her little submission manoeuvre did. Rather than speak or throw taunts, she'd raise her fists to see how Alizeh could contend with bad limbs.

The tall Italian coming in a little close for a swing of her leg, though it was more to see if Alizeh still had it in her to react rather than outright take the smaller girl down.

Alizeh grunted as she got back to her feet and maintained eye contact with her opponet. The muscular woman had shown she was capable of moving quickly and had some devastating moves in her arsenal. Seeing Viviana move back in with a kick to her legs Alizeh rose one leg to block it. If successful she would steel herself before sending a jab towards Viviana’s face

Once more with the two women striking, Viviana rolled with it as Alizeh defended against her thick leg swinging in. Finding a jab coming her way, the Italian took it if barely as she pulled her head back, grunting amidst the ache, before trying once more to fire back on her own terms. Her opposing leg swinging in this time, as rather than try to test the guard of Alizeh, she'd seek to blast through it, with a massive boot to her foes core!
