Lumberjacking in law -Speranza vs Keria

Speranza while getting up. Didn't see Keria's next attack in time. The lick just knocked her back down to the mat. And it hit her weakened stomach too.

Speranza knew this wasn't good. She had it together. She might toss her with the babyfaces again. She doesn't want that. Especially if that one lady is who she thinks it is.



Speranza found herself caught up in a head scissor lock. She grunts. She tries pulling apart her legs from her head to see if she can do it. She would normally punch, but she will try it this way this time.

It was slow going, but Keira was still seeing results for her efforts. Speranza was beginning to wear down; evident in the fact that she was simply trying to pull Keira's legs apart rather than punching her back. Still, it was a battle of strength, with her attempting to keep the pressure on while Speranza attempted to free herself.

Keira knew she couldn't hold this position forever, and unless Speranza simply submitted (unlikely at this point), she would have to give it up sooner or later. So Keira would hold her position for as long as she could. And when she felt herself tiring, she allowed Speranza to succeed, her legs opening and freeing the other woman.

But Keira would immediately reposition, scrambling to Speranza's side and pushing her - trying to roll her across the mat and off the side, right at the feet of the Hoodie Chick. Speranza had seemed very unsettled by the sight of her, so all the more reason for Keira to push them together and see what happened! (And let them pound on her for a while, while Keira rested her legs.)

Speranza was let go eventually by Keria. She guesses she figured out that she wasn't going to win like this. So that's probably why she let her go.



Wait, she has been sending her to the babyfaces this entire time. That's when Keria went to try and push her to her side. She was trying to send her to the huddled lady. However, others got to her first.



They pulled her in and started to wale on her. The hoodie has no room to do it. Then again, the heels swarmed them, and it was an all-out brawl. Speranza was trying to get back in, but the hoodie girl kept pulling her in. She actually put her on her shoulders and tossed her back into the ring. Speranza was taking deep breaths and muttered something under her breath.

Keira crossed her arms, slightly disappointed. She'd pushed Speranza out in the hopes that Hoodie Chick would take advantage of it. Not that having the rest of her allies beating her opponent down was a bad thing, but surely there was something going on between them that she'd hoped she could draw out into the light. But, well, there was still plenty of time for that.

And it wasn't like she wasn't building an advantage here, too... at least, until the heels stormed over and the brawl resumed. Hoodie Girl was finally there at least attempting to get her hands on Speranza, finally tossing her back into the ring.

Again, then, it seemed she'd have to do things on her own now until things settled down outside. And down on the mat, Speranza was in the perfect position for Keira to pounce and lock her in an STF. All she had to do was catch her leg and hope she was too beaten fight back.

Speranza felt her ass get slapped hard. She knows it was the hoodie girl. Who else would? That didn't help since she grunted from that.

Kairi went to go for an STF submission hold onto. Speranza, which was successful. She is getting very pissed about getting tossed around. She is not a sack of potatoes.



Speranza is now in pain from the submission. She fights through the pain. She tries tossing herself over to land on top of Keira.

Keira pulled back hard, stretching her opponent as far as she was able in this position. Doing so was multi-purpose; It did some more damage to Speranza, of course, which would help wear her down, but it also bought some time for those outside the ring to settle down and recover for the next time someone got thrown out.

Speranza was clearly suffering, but even so, she wasn't giving in. Keira struggled to keep her locked down, until eventually, she couldn't hold it any longer. Speranza, instead of breaking free entirely, managed to surprise Keira by rolling the pair over so she was on top, instead! Keira let her go out of instinct, trying instead to free herself before she found herself taking a beating.

Keria somehow got slippery. She lands several puncheson her. Mostly punching her legs. She did escape, Speranza. Speranza is getting fed up at this point.



She goes to try and grab her. She tries to lift her up enough to Irish whip her to the ropes. If she is successful. She would run and try to give her a clothesline.



If Keria got sent over. The heel would start attacking her. One of them would go to powerbomb her like how Speranza was bomb bomb. It's payback.

Despite her struggles, Keira wasn't able to free herself; Speranza, it seemed, was rather annoyed now and would not let her go. At least, not until Keira was heaved to her feet and thrown harshly towards the ropes! But her foe wasn't far behind, and almost immediately as she rebounded, Keira was greeted by a clothesline to the head!

As intended, she was close enough to the ropes for the blow to not only hurt, but to fling her over the top, too. Keira managed to grab a rope as she fell, slowing her fall but not preventing it entirely. Her fingers hadn't gotten enough of a grip to hang on long, and she hit the ground.

Almost immediately, she was set upon. Boots, shoes, and bare feet kicked her freely. The heels were clearly agitated after having their champion being on the wrong end for the last few moments. Eventually, as Keira tried to get back to her feet, someone helped her - only to lift her off the ground entirely! Keira could do nothing but brace herself for impact as she was powerbombed into the hard tile floor, the blow vibrating all the way through her spine.

She cried out, but that did not stop the heels from resuming their kicks. But she would get no sympathy here, even as her side came to her defense. Throughout the bruises, Keira heaved herself back up to the ring and rolled herself back under the ropes.

"How does it feel? Karma's a bitch, isn't it? Payback." Speranza taunted Keria when she got back in the ring. She is venting a bit for sure.

Speranza went to try and bring Keria up to her knees. She would go for a punch in her guts. She would walk her a bit away from the ropes.

It is time. Speranza put Keria's head between her legs and squeezed her head. She went to go for her finisher. The Speranza Driver. If it worked, he would go for a pinfall.

The heavy blow to the ground outside the ring had left Keira shaken. She wasn't used to fighting off the mat, and it was nothing like the softer canvas she was used to. She was sure she'd be feeling the impact of that powerbomb for weeks.

Right now, though, she had to tough it out; there was still a match to be won. And Keira wasn't quite out of the woods yet.

"How does it feel? Karma's a bitch, isn't it? Payback."

"Just a little tickle," she lied through a wince. Speranza would see that she was hurting, but there was no reason to play it up.

Especially once she was punched in the gut; it probably wouldn't have been necessary, but Speranza was done playing around. Keira hunched over forwards as her breath was driven out of her, allowing her opponent to pull her towards the center of the ring.

And from there, Keira found herself lifted upside-down! All she could do was brace herself for another head impact, one that wasn't going to be pretty after that crash outside the ring. She cried out as her head was spiked into the mat, amplifying the pain already in her shoulders and neck. Her body limply flopped sideways, long enough for Speranza to cover her in a pin attempt.

"1!"

Damn, that hurt... Keira thought. She only had seconds to recover, but she was going to milk them.

"2!"

But I'm not bruised enough to quit!

As the referee's raised hand began to fall for the final count, Keira's arm shot into the air, breaking the pin with a pained grunt of effort. "Not yet!" In doing so, she pushed Speranza off her, allowing her a few more moments of recovery time.

But she couldn't lay there all night, either. With another grunt of exertion, Keira scrambled to her feet. If she were lucky, Speranza would be too distracted by the failed pinfall. So Keira would attempt to creep behind her and throw an arm around Speranza's neck and wrench backwards, as Keira attempted to lock in her own finisher, a dragon sleeper hold.
