Straddling atop Luke and slipping her arms underneath his own she would push herself up to her feet, hauling the male up along with her. If able too she would fling herself backwards before bridging her back as Luke's shoulders crashed into the mat! Maintaining her position she would hold him in place for the pin, which actually went on for a solid two count before Luke managed to kick out at the last moment! Knocked on her side from the force of the kick out Loba would roll over easily enough before sitting up herself, smiling at Luke in anticipation as he rose up himself. "I'm glad to hear it!" The wolf masked wrestler said as she darted forward, looking to just run full force into Luke with a body check!

It had been down to the wire - when Loba brought Luke down, the whole arena watched with rapt attention to see if this just might be it for the former bodybuilder. But the two combatants had been neck and neck for this entire match, and that wasn't about to change any time soon - Luke's endurance was still going strong, and he managed to kick his way out of the pin before the three-count! Though he was new to LAW, his impressive displays of strength had already won him a couple of fans, and they were cheering him on now as he began to push himself back up with a smirk on his face. It was going to take more than that to keep him down, and he'd just proven as much!

However, Loba wasn't finished either! Almost as soon as Luke had gotten on his feet, the masked woman charged him at full speed, throwing her full weight against him! Despite her size, she had made it quite clear in this match that she could really move, and she wasn't afraid to use that to her advantage - something Luke had already seen plenty of evidence of! Not only that, but she had plenty of weight behind her charge, and she was about to put that to good use too! Luke had barely stood for more than a few seconds before Loba had driven the full brunt of her charge into him, and he was hurled off-balance, going flying back into the ropes!

There, the ropes sagged against his weight, stretched taut. He grit his teeth and grumbled as his fingers wrapped around the top rope to try and keep himself up. But he had no intentions of going down now! Still holding onto the rope to steady himself, Luke thrust himself back in Loba's direction, raising his arm to drive a strike from his elbow directly into her chest!

Loba was definitely enjoying things right now. While her first official match in LAW she had still wrestled outside the company, and in doing so, she rarely got the chance to go up against someone as big and physically powerful as herself. So Luke was presenting a very unique and FUN opportunity for herself as she smile down at the man before her. Not only could he TAKE her offense but he could dish it back just as well, maybe even better and it was exciting! Rushing head long against him she would manage to slam her body weight into Luke's form, pushing him back against the ropes. Continuing to beam at the man she would practically invite him in towards her as he then rushed her, throwing a elbow right into her chest! "Ngh!" Loba grunted out in pain as she was forced to take a few steps back... Before getting her bearings and charging right back at the man, raising her arm up and clubbing it against Luke's chest in return!

Even if Luke had been thrown into the ropes, he still wasn't going to let Loba claim victory. In fact, he could use the same momentum for his own ends - and he leaned in against the ropes so they would stretch against his weight, before he let them spring him straight back into Loba! The luchadora was definitely keeping him on his toes with her quick reactions, but Luke was out to show that he wouldn't let himself be intimidated like that. He could keep up with Loba, no matter what she threw his way!

When his elbow came crashing into Loba's form like a battering ram, a few fans winced at the thought of the impact. But Loba, once again displaying her endurance and tenacity, wouldn't go down. In fact, she too would bring the fight to Luke, trading him back with a shot of her own! He winced and staggered back as the blow clubbed him in the chest, drawing both groans from his supporters and cheers from Loba's. But if this match had shown anything, it was that both newcomers were going to take more than that! He dug his heels in the ground, steadying his stance before he glanced back up at his foe.

"Hmph...really, you want to go for another tradeoff? Bold of you...but this time, I won't lose!" Loba might have beaten him in their earlier chopping contest, but Luke was eager to show that he could bounce from that - hard. As he took a step closer to once again square up with Loba, the former bodybuilder would suddenly turn and swing his elbow in an arc, using the momentum from his hips to throw a discus punch!

Loba was challenging Luke right now. Confronting him directly at every step of the match. With how much he could, how much he could dish out, how much reaction he could get from the fans, all of it Loba was challenging him in and she wouldn't be denied. Already she had won the chop contest and the fans certainly seemed taken with her but Luke was showing that he was nothing if not a dead heat with her.

Even after she came back and positively clubbed him in the chest it was only a momentary distraction before he then came back at her, but with something even bigger! Eyes widening in shock as he spun to get momentum Loba would brace herself as Luke came in hard with a massive discus punch right to her jaw! "NGH!" Loba cried out in pain, getting taken off her feet from the blow and knocked down to her back and rolling over onto her knees, holding her jaw while cringing in pain, trying to get the stars out of her eyes!

Every step Luke was taking, Loba was taking one right at his side. The two were neck and neck; the tension was thick, and the pressure just wasn't letting up. Both newcomers were determined to make this match the one that would show the world what they were capable of and what they could bring to the table - and to that end, neither of them wanted to be overshadowed; they would keep reaching for greater and greater heights to outdo one another! Luke already knew that Loba had beaten him in the chopping contest earlier. He could've gone for another one - indeed, if he managed to win that, he might be able to get the last laugh and set things right - but that wouldn't do for his purposes. He needed this match to be a showcase of what he could do for LAW, and why should he retread old ground when he could show everyone something new he had up his sleeve?

As it turned out, that something new played perfectly into his plan! As soon as Luke's fist slammed into Loba's jaw off the momentum of his spin, the luchadora was thrown backward, crashing down onto the mat! The crowd gasped - it had to be a powerful blow indeed to topple a woman of Loba's size. Luke looked out at them with a grin, flexing his bicep to show off in the moment. But after all Loba had shown him so far, he was convinced that wouldn't be enough to keep her down for long - he'd have to keep up his offense. But then, he was prepared for that.

Now that Loba had gone down, Luke lay on the mat behind her. He threw his arm around her throat, giving it a squeeze to put her in a sleeperhold as he pulled her back against his chest. "All right...let's see how long you can last!"

Loba groaned softly as she laid on the mat in the wake of that massive impact from Luke. It was certainly enough to rock her and leave her stunned. Something that he was looking to take instant advantage of. After all things had been either even or in Loba's favor the majority of the match, so now that he had a definitive advantage Luke would surely aim to make the most of it, Loba wouldn't blame him for that, but man oh man did she not like how he was going to do do so as she felt his arm wrap tightly around her neck, cutting off circulation and immediately making her adrenaline go into overdrive! "Ack! NGH!" Loba gagged out as she began to claw at his arm before digging her palms into the mat, trying to drag herself across it and towards the ropes, reaching desperately to try and go for a rope break!

Luke's discus punch had been a powerful one - it had knocked Loba for a loop, jostling her skull and sending her reeling. The masked woman was thrown backward in an arc and sent toppling to the ground. But Luke had seen what Loba was capable of thus far in this match, and he knew just how tough she was. He could go for a pin now, but he wouldn't be surprised if she'd find a way to break out of it! If Luke was going to move in for the kill, Loba would need to be softened up first. But as he leaned in at her side to wrap his arm around her throat, that was exactly what he was out to do!

Luke's teeth clenched and he sucked in a breath, clamping his arm down around Loba's windpipe with as much force as he could muster. The muscles in his arms bulged, compressing her throat even more. Some of the fans cheered for Luke to press on the dominant streak, while others called out for Loba to fight back and to not give in. But even before they had said anything, Luke knew that Loba wasn't going to go down without a fight - and soon enough, she reached out to grab at his arm, clawing it with her nails!

"Rrgh..!" Feeling the stinging sensation in his skin, Luke began to draw back a bit. He clenched his teeth, bracing himself against the pain. It wouldn't be enough to make him release the hold entirely, but he did go a little bit slack - and that was all Loba really needed. In doing so, he had given her enough room to drag herself across the mat, crawling closer to the ropes. Luke tried to pull back against her, but it was too late. She managed to get a hold of the rope break, forcing him to let go!

As he released Loba, Luke rolled back up to his knees before straightening himself to his feet. "Man...you really don't give up, do you?" he muttered, rolling his shoulders to work the ache out of his muscles. "I can work with that, though!" As Loba was starting to pull herself up, Luke would move in behind her, throwing his arms around her waist before hurling her over backward to bring her head and shoulders into the mat with a German suplex! He wouldn't let up now!

Loba was determined and fired up, even in spite of the air being squeezed out of her lungs. But she wasn't going to be done in so easily, not without a fight at least, and sh managed to do just that, getting to the ropes and grabbing hold to secure her freedom from the sleeper hold! Coughing a bit weakly after the hold was released she was only starting to pick herself up before she was suddenly hefted up against her will by Luke! Eyes widening in alarm she flailed her arms for a moment before she was suddenly flung backwards and slammed into the mat with a massive German suplex! "Ugh!" Loba cried out in pain, trying to pivot her hips with the impact so that she'd get right out of his grip to at least avoid a pinfall attempt!

Luke was here to show off his strength and endurance to the world, but it was just as important that he bring the fight to Loba - after all, if he was putting on a showcase of what he was capable of, the world needed to see that he wasn't going to let himself come in second place if he was measured against the luchadora. At every second and every turn, Luke had to be working to further his goals. He couldn't give Loba even a second to catch her breath - just now, in fact, as the woman was pulling herself up the ropes and to her feet, Luke swerved in for the kill, grabbing her from behind and throwing her back over his shoulders so that she would come head-first into the mat, in a brutal German suplex!

Many in the crowd let out a groan at the sight of the impact. Not only could Luke hit hard, he was showing nothing short of ruthlessness in how fiercely he pursued Loba; he wouldn't even let a second pass before he geared up for his next move! All the same, Loba too was doing what she could to stay ahead of the curve. She managed to roll away from Luke before the former bodybuilder could try and pin her; Luke looked up from the mat at her, panting to catch his breath. But he wouldn't let her get away with that so easily, either!

"I see...you like to make things tricky, huh? Heh...I can work with that!" Luke would keep his eyes on Loba as she rolled away, waiting for the moment she'd begin to rise to her feet. Right when that happened, though, he would take off in a charge, attempting to come crashing into her at full speed with his shoulder raised and tackle her with a shoulder charge!
