"That sure was! A solid landing. Ten out of ten!"

Oscar chuckled and nodded his head I'm approval before climbing the turnbuckle himself, looking back at Ambre.

"The other thing about aerial moves is acrobat side of it. Flips, spins, the crowd absolutely loves to see them. To be honest though, I only really know one other aerial move besides a senton bomb- and that'd be a moonsault!"

Oscar would then do a flying back flip off the turnbuckle and land right on the dummy! He'd roll off after and return his attention to Ambre.

"If you've never done a flip before, it can be scary- but don't worry! It's easy once you do it. Just throw you momentum backward when you jump and just- commit to it!"

Ambre got up, smiling and shifting a little, proud of what she had just done in addition to having had Oscar's approval. She listened intently to her new lesson and chuckled as she watched the eyed wrestler perform an incredible moonsault, knowing that it was now her turn to do it.

"That... Looks more complicated!..."

She sighed slightly and climbed onto the corner of the ring, once again standing on the top rope while looking behind her, a little hesitant. Ambre was a pile of muscles who had only shown a talent for lifting people and surpassing them in terms of brute strength, she wasn't sure she could do a flip!

But she let herself go anyway, bending her legs before throwing herself backwards then turning around to land on all fours. She had missed the dummy by a few centimeters but now she knew that she was capable of performing this kind of technique with a little more training and above all that she didn't need to be afraid.

"Hey- that was a pretty good for your first moonsault. Way better than my first attempt too, hehe"

Oscar had himself a chuckle as he approached Ambre, offering her a hand up.

"The first time I tried doing it I was as straight as a dry noodle and crashed. Couldn't even flip all the way! Don't worry about missing the dummy- with more practice, I bet you'll be hitting those targets in no time"

Ambre slammed her genoxu and her hands against the ground as she missed her moonsault but she was now convinced that she could do flips, if she was high up at least! For once she was quite proud of being so small compared to the rest of her opponents, maybe she could finally outsmart her opponents with something other than her muscles now.

"Yes!.. I admit I was a little scared... It would be stupid to break your neck so early.."

She accepted Oscar's help to get up and smiled at him, stroking her head.

“That's definitly something I'll use in my future match ! I learned a lot, thank to you !”

"No problem at all! It's always a pleasure to help promising talent. Is there anything else you'd like to cover? Any other questions you have?"

Oscar beamed at Ambre as he was thanked, feeling proud to have contributed to helping someone like Ambre find more ways to put the smackdown on people and bring out more of her potential.

Ambre was extremely grateful to Oscar, he had just taught her a good number of things that she would not have been able to learn alone, at least, not for several years! It was really lucky to have come across such a good teacher in the middle of training and the French girl didn't really like being used that way all the time.

"You've already helped me a lot! That should be enough I think... Can I do something in return to thank you for your valuable lessons?"

"Oh no, no. Don't worry about any ki d of compensation for the time. I just like lending a hand to people who need it. I'm happy you found it helpful!"

Oscar beamed happily as Ambre expressed her gratitude for the training session.

"All I ask is that you take time to practice what we covered- and don't be afraid to try and experiment with other types of moves on your own time. See what you like the best and can apply to your theme!"

Ambre felt a little embarrassed not to be able to help Oscar in return, she was greatly indebted to her for having received such a good lesson. But even if she had learned new luck, she had to learn to master them, perfect them, use them in her own way and also take that into account for her next matches! She wasn't the only one who knew this kind of thing and it also opened up new possibilities for her opponents that she had to prepare for.

"Don't worry, I'm going to train hard and get better! I have to if I want to become a champion one day!.."

"Of course. With the promise you show and how quick you've adapted to the new styles, I think I can definitely see you up there on the champion spots"

Oscar smiled brightly and extended his arm to Ambre for a friendly handshake.

"If there's nothing else, I'll be on my way. That workout and the training really has me feeling pooped. It was nice meeting you, Ambre! Take care!"

Ambre grabbed Oscar's hand, squeezing her wrist while displaying a big smile.

“Thank you so much! Take care of you too Oscar!”

Ambre let Oscar go, looking at the machine she had used and sighing. She dumped the weights off the machine thinking about all that training, she could lift more weight, had learned new combos and an aerial... It was a lot for one afternoon! Fatigue was starting to make itself felt and the Frenchwoman returned to her locker room just after putting away the machines and objects she had used for this training, she needed a good shower, a rest but above all a new training session to apply what she had learned today.
