First day at work

Now prepared for what came, Sophia still chuckled. "6'2 and 172 pounds, otherwise you are on point." She said with a smile, stretching her arms for the final time before she approached the centre of the ring. There she would get into a low stance, hands outstretched in a position for a tie up. "Come on, let's see what you are made of." She threw with a wink, waiting for Dan to join her.

Dan smiled and stepped up to the center of the ring puffing his chest out a bit. "Okay, but be ready..." Dan said. As the two started off Dan locked up with Sophia in a grapple looking to power her back into a corner to start things off! He could limit her mobility and options for countering his offense from here once he powered her back into he corner.

Sophia knew that competing on strength with Dan was doomed to fail but for a bit, she would engage in that, letting him push her back a little before stepping to the side and shifting her hands to get him in a side headlock. Then she would kick one of his legs from under him and drag him forward to get him on the ground before rolling back with his head still grasped in an attempt at an improvised side camel clutch.

To say things got off to a poor start was an understatement. Dan pushed but found himself stuck in a headlock. Before he could grab hold of Sophia to try to lift her up for a backdrop his knee got kicked and he stumbled forward, with his head still held! He hit the mat and yanked upward as he was stuck in a hold! "Ngh!"

Dan reached up and tried to grab at Sophia's hands to pry them off him in an effort to power his way to freedom!

Sophia didn't expect her attempt to last long, physically, Dan was much stronger than she was and so he managed to break out of her hold with ease. Still, giving as much resistance as she could to reposition on top of his back. Then as he got free she would try to grab one of his hands and pin it against his own back while the other would thread under it and rest on his back at the same height as the elbow before pushing and arching her forearm up to get a hammer lock!

Well that sort of worked. Dan wasn't stuck like he was before, but he was stuck in a new way. Dans arm was stuck behind his back while Sophia was still on top of him holding him down. It was time to change that. Dan got his good arm underneath, pushing them up off the ground while still stuck in the hammerlock. He needed to get up enough to get his feet underneath him and if he could he could power his way up to standing but still stuck in the hammerlock.

This is when Dan would duck low and spin turning to get out of the hold but he would stop as he had the outstretched arm of Sophia in his own hold. He would yank her close and step in to clothesline Sophia down to the mat!

Sophia was still thinking in terms of freestyle when it came to wrestling so when the clothesline came she was whisky unprepared, crashing down to the mat with a thud.

"Ghaa!"

She groaned, sitting up and shaking her head to clear it, slightly dizzy from that unexpected attack before trying to get back up to her feet.

Dan took Sophia down but saw her rising back up after. He decided to help her by the arm and pull her close again. Dan tried to grab her between the legs and lift Sophia up giving her backside a couple smacks and a grab. "Nice glutes, got some shake up there but don't we all? Nothing to worry about though you can probably still turn some heads at the beach when ya hang with your daughter." Dan said before slamming Sophia down to the mat!

Falling down was never a good experience, let alone being slammed by someone as strong as Dan and Sophia felt every ounce of that power in this throw. It knocked the wind out of her so thoroughly that she couldn't even make a sound, only arching her back and smacking the mat with her hand. Being so close was definitely not a good idea and so this time she went to roll away towards the ropes, hoping to get enough space to get up and prepare to go back on the offensive.

Dan saw Sophia at the ropes and using them to get up. Dan made his way over to the ropes and tried to grab Sophia by the arm. "Sorry but we're gonna keep going!" Dan said as he stepped towards the ropes across the ring, twisting his torso as he looked to send Sophia running right at the ropes and hoping to hit her with something after she bounced back at him unless she ended up having other plans!
