“Oh I’m feeling the burn alright, I just hope not from the coffee.” She said as a little joke as her legs were burning from being forced to slump for so long but Amy mentioned their 75% done with this phase so she wouldn’t have to wait too long. “Like I said what’s the use of complaining when this is part of the training?” She mentioned as that is a good point. Why complain when this is exactly what you came here to do? However this was proving deceptive in its simplicity, but Nozomi remained vigilant and kept going. She wouldn’t let Amy down in the first phase. “I will prove I’m worth your time! I can handle anything you dish out Amy.” She declared showing she’ll try to do every phase no matter how strenuous or weird or mind boggling. “I will become a champion in LAW!” She added showing she wants to be in the big time but knew being a rookie that’s a steep climb for her and every other young lioness in this company. It’s important for Nozomi that she’d show she’d be able to handle it as that’s what Amy wants to see. Honestly Rita would be proud to see she’s expanding her horizons. “So what else can I expect to do here?” She asked curious about this training regiment.

Amy would giggle to that letting her be as she focuses on finishing off that chapter now that her tea was done with. She was still listening to what her trainee had to say giving her a trustee ear to talk to despite not replying back, at least not for now. She seemed to be happy so far with Nozomi not complaining, at least not yet about her training... As phase 1 was about to end very soon, she be free but... More was still to come, the finish line being still far away. Valentine would check on her trainee before finally finishing and reading off her last page of her chapter. Afterwards showing she cares, she would quickly take back the coffee first, the journal and then securing Nozomi in between her arms '' Time's up. You're doing good so far. '' She did insist on this so far part of her sentence before explaining what's next. '' Would you like a moment before proceeding ? '' She would say calmly looking at her. The trainer looked to be heading towards the trampoline cage leading the way for the next phase... '' The next phase is called Pump It Up. '' She would say smilling as her trainee probably did not know what it was about but is a bit mean after doing the chair.

Nozomi took a moment to shake off the soreness on her legs and back. She was a little glad that phase was over but now they moved towards the trampoline cage. “You can explain what I’m gonna do that’ll give me time to rest.” She said looking at the cage and wondered what Pump It Up would mean. Amy had been putting some form of a joke in her titles so maybe it’s come kind of clue to what it’ll be. She looked at the cage hands on her hips waiting to see what she’ll do. “I’m ready for whatever you can throw at me.” She said in a brave tone of voice.

The Australian gave her a friendly look as she started explaining what they were going to do. She started by revealing '' There is 2 parts in this phase. '' She marks a pause before giving the details for the first part '' For the first part... You will need to do 20 push ups but... There is a twist... '' Amy would smile amused taking her time hinting stuffs revealing that '' For part 1... I be on your back. '' As for part 2, well I guess that Nozomi would have to wait since her trainer apparently did not want to discuss further details about this phase until part 1 is complete.

Nozomi was a little confused. “Push-ups on my back? You mean Sit-ups?” She asked then realized Amy would be on her back “ohhhhhhh. That makes way more sense. I mean you see it in movies and TV all the time I think I can handle it.” She said as she got into proper push-up position waiting for Amy to sit on her back and she can do the reps.

The Australian casually teases her repeating some of Nozomi words using them against her to push forward trough her doubts. '' You think ? '' She would say while making herself comfortable on her trainee with a tight grip as she casually leans on her reminding her that this phase got a second part once she is done '' Keep in mind there's more after. ''

Nozomi let out a little grunt feeling Amy make herself comfortable on her back then she started the push-ups. She was building up strength from her training with Rita and the matches she’s taken part in but still she could understand the difficulty of this phase too. Amy doesn’t make it easy on anyone it seems. Nozomi knew part 2 might be worse but again no point in complaining, she’s in it now she’s gotta get through it as best as she can. She will admit these push-ups are a little more difficult than she anticipated at first. Amy can feel Nozomi’s strain of each push up she did.

The Australian calmly kept her eyes on her trainee watching her go and her struggles... She seems to smile amused : Normally you don't do this after a moment please sir but Nozomi was also new... So Amy forged her a special training plan only for her for the first day... She did not want to make it too tedius as well but make sure she makes each and single parts of her trainee body work and... For that part... We could probably call that a success. Despite pump it up following up right up the bat after a moment please sir, intentional or not... The fact remains is going to be even harder to get through.

Nozomi kept doing the push ups with Amy planed right on her back, she knew there’s going to be a catch the question being what and when. Whatever it was she’d have to be ready for it. She’d be ready for it, “ok so far I think I’m giving a good first impression, but I can’t get cocky now.” She thought to herself as she kept doing the push-ups. She’d just wait for Amy to tell her to stop or take a moment so she could set up part 2 of this. And so far the name of this part hasn’t made itself clear yet.

Amy seems to be keeping count of her trainee push ups... Once the count is right, Valentine tells her to stop before trying to get off of her, safety first, very important for the Australian. The trainer would smirk as they arrive at part 2. The scissors queen seems to give an hint at Nozomi to register as she gently passes her hand on her trainee lower body. '' Now you are going to do exactly the same thing but... '' She smiles taking an moment hinting at her '' With a little exception and an twist. '' The hall of famer would lay down guiding Nozomi where she wanted her to do the push ups this time... She seemed to be placed on top of Amy but Amy being Amy just smiled at her waiting for her to start to catch her by surprise. The moment her trainee would go down, she would be welcome by one belly punch, that also means she will need to take 20 punches while keeping doing the new set of 20 push ups and not fall down on her.
