Seeing her partner coming at her now with a determined look on her face, before getting behind her and throwing a kick which land's clean on the back of Thereisa thigh. Stumbling forward a bit but that stumble gives Nuo the opening she needs, as Thereisa slams face first into mat with a bulldog move as she crashes to the mat.

Nuo lay on the mat as she had both of her arms up in the air to give a small celebration of her success. Didn't think she could manage to have a large woman down by going for their legs then swoop in for the kill by performing a successful bulldog.

Nuo sat up on turned herself around to face Thereisa as she looked with smile on her face. Acting like some dog with her tail moving around as she sat with her legs crossed on one to another. "So how was that?" She asked.

Rubbing her nose from the impact and shaking her head due to see her partner raise her hands in the air. Sitting up till she is sitting on her knees in front of Nuo and pat's the woman on the top of the head. "Not bad the kick did set you nicely for that bulldog. Be mindful you have to be quicker to get behind an opponent.

She says giving out more advice but winches due to her shoulder starting to flare up again. "Alright next up is to work on your ground game.. or mat wrestling. The goal is to over power the other by any mean's alright." after saying her piece and rubbing her shoulder, Thereisa holds her hands out wanting to tie up with NUo.

Nuo was getting used to being partner up with Thereisa at this point as she smiled when her partner patted her head. But that wasn't the end of it of course as the next part is working on ground advantage or something like that. The masked woman nodded, feeling confident to show some of her skills against someone that was twice of her size and more experienced.

Nuo noticed Thereisa however as she rubbed her shoulder again and winced a bit from it. "Alright but you sure you wanna keep going?" She asked, standing on one knee as she watched her partner sitting on her knees.

"Yea it be able to hold up a bit longer." giving it another rub and winch, but she shakes it off wanting to test and see what her training partner is made of. Eager to see if Nuo skills is able to be a match for hers and plus she has the advantage in experience over Nuo which she plans on taking advantage of.

Eager to start it off already. Thereisa lunges forward going for a lock up with her opponent, already trying to do a test of strength to lock up and keep Nuo close to grapple her."After this I go get a massage or soak in the tub. Don't worry and focus on winning alright.

"Just don't push yourself too hard..." Nuo nodded, saying it in a worried kind of tone as she watch Thereisa shook it off. While she was getting ready, her partner started it off immediately for a test of strength then changed into a lock up.

Nuo was caught by surprise since Thereisa didn't let her know about it starting as both of her arms trying to luck up against the large woman. However she was struggling to hold Thereisa in one place with her size and strength. Attempting to move around while standing on her knees as she tried to stand by one of her partner's sides.

"Focus Nuo don't worry about my shoulder... Focus on the match" Thereisa replies back wanting the woman to stay focus and not let her mind wander. Cause an opponent would take advantage of that and use it against her in matches, so she is not going to go easy on her but treat this like it was a regular match.

Seeing that Nuo is not going to try and over power her. Thereisa presses her advantage trying to keep her opponent in front of her so that she can use her strength to control and get her to the ground. Seeing what her opponent is doing by trying to move around to her side, Thereisa smirks and in a show of strength falls to her side but plans on yanking Nuo down with her, to really work on the woman ground skill.s

Nuo was struggling in the lock up, forgetting about Thereisa's shoulder as she was more focused on not trying to get herself pinned down so easily. Soon Thereisa pulled Nuo to the mat as she let out a small yelp when she fell.

"W-woah!" Nuo gasped, being forced to fall down on the mat as Thereisa pulled her down. Hoping to take advantage of this, Nuo attempts to get on top of the large woman to try and reach for her arms and (Probably fail.) slam them down the mat to have her partner trapped.

Seeing that her ploy to take her training partner down worked very easily. But seeing that Nuo focus is scattered all over the place, before seeing her try to take advantage of the spot she is in.

Thereisa sees her partner getting on top of her chest while trying to reach and grab her arms. 'Excellent work getting top position against your opponent but do you have a back up plan if you can't grab my arms... Or if I plan on doing this and fighting back." she questions while starting to sit up slamming her head into Nuo own to stun her.
