A Witchy Debut! Marissa Valentine vs Mina Piper!

“I didn’t use that line, you did..! So I can use it!”

She had perfectly executed it! Marissa, if all was considered.. she was proud of it. She shook her head, her head spinning from her own move, as she’d have tossed herself on her senor to pin her! One thud.. two thuds on the mat from the ref, but the third never came as Mina kicked out! A groan escaped her, as she lay her body over Mina’s for a couple seconds, taking a breather. She turned her head to look at Mina, breathing heavily..

“H-hah.. gosh.. senor, you’re.. making this really hard..!”

She wrinkled her nose, complaining a bit. But she stood up, standing up and holding Mina’s pink locks in her hand to forcefully make her rise! She grit her teeth, lifting one arm up over her shoulder and hooking her own arm underneath her leg. She grunted softly..

“H-here goes..!”

She lifted her up, trying to take her down in a snap fishermans suplex, lifting Mina up and slamming her down with as much force as she could muster! If this would work, she hoped it would be enough to take Mina down for good, as she’d hook her leg and keep her back bent, for a surprise pin, her finisher.. Spellbound !!

Marissa was correct, but without mocking or modifying the punchline the line becomes more irritating, even if Mina's standards weren't exactly traditional either. She managed to recollect her bearings and kick out of the pin. Even if she couldn't roll away immediately, Mina kept her shoulders up so the newcomer couldn't immediately follow with yet another pinfall. All she could do is wait for her stamina to recover and make conversation.

"Me no man. We are also just starting oww...owww" Correcting the witch only to yowl from her pink clump being further entangled. As a bonus, she was assisted to a stand about to head into boiling water. It didn't take a oracle to figure that a big suplex was coming, so Mina had to suddenly concoct a plan immediately. She couldn't exactly anchor with a hooked leg so it had to be freed. Before the toss could happen, she tried moving her other foot to strike a shoot kick towards Marissa's stomach to hopefully stun the blonde and possibly give Mina more leverage.

If this trick worked and she was standing on two legs again, Mina would keep low and put her hands around the other wrestler's waist area. "Urrrahhhhhhh!" She growled attempting to lift Marissa off the mat and flip backwards for a Northern Light Suplex accompanied by a bridge pin.

Marissa huffed softly. She had dragged her senior opponent to her feet, as the bubbly blonde blinked. Oh yeah, senor WAS for guys. She had tried to say senior, but senor slipped out. She shrugged however, preparing to go for her finisher.. but before she could, she felt a sharp pain in her gut! Her eyes widened as Minas foot drove right into her slim waist, her staggering back from the pain. She cried out.. “O-oww! That hurt!”

“.. wait.. wait no!”
But she hadn’t seen anything yet. Mina, quick to recover and counter had wrapped her arms around the blonde witch’s waist with full force, realisation and horror dawning in Marissa’s eyes as Mina was quick in heaving her up to the air and slamming her down like a rag doll! Her body lay prone, her head filled with thoughts of sparkly lights.. but she realised Mina was keeping her in a pin! The referee came and slammed their hand down, as the first count rang out..!

”One!!”

But it never got more than that, as with a gargantuan effort, Marissa kicked out, hoisting her shoulders up and trying to break and roll out of the pin!

Senior...Senor. It all comes together. Using a finisher so early was considered a spell for bad luck, even more than from crossing a black cat. This omen might doom Marissa to an early defeat. "Tis but a scratch!" Mina suddenly adopted a posh accent when it came to responding towards Marissa's cry. Now that she was free, Mina was ready to throw her own suplex but this might actually deal an actual flesh wound.

A clean flip and slam accompanied by the pinkette looking quite content, while the referee knelt down to slap the mat. Her special belly to belly suplex might have knocked Marissa out cold. She had time to apologise after the match, being more concerned that the witch's hat was still hanging on and what sorcery was behind the unchanged position of this accessory.

"Two..."

However the count wouldn't reach past that number as Mina was hoisted, giving room for the rookie to roll from harm's way. Reversing the arch, the pinkette seemed ready to continue business. She had her eyes on the witch lying on the ground, but keeping a fair distance. Just as the blonde prepared to make a stand, Mina twirled around 360 degree on one foot hoping to connect a spin kick towards Marissa's crown.

And now.. a miracle occurred.

Slammed down, to the mat for a pinfall, Marissa had barely managed to kick out. Drawing on her reserves of strength, she had stood up on shaky legs. The blonde softly groaned.. her head spinning..

“W-wait.. Mina.. don’t..!!”
But she didn’t count on Mina not being done yet! The kick SLAMMED against her head, whipping her head back.. and her hat’s string bound to her neck unfastened, the hat falling down to the mat gently.. far more gently than its owner. In fact, Marissa slammed on the ground, sporting a slightly bleeding on her forehead from the spin kick. She groaned softly, her frame dazed.. and her eyes seeing stars.

“.. hat.. m-my hat.. where.. is it..?”
Despite all that.. her mind.. was on her hat. It was close by, as she.. was surprisingly still conscious, even by that blow. It seemed pretty bad for her, but she seemed to want her hat over everything else..!

Having mostly recovered from that twister of a farmer's roll a while back, Mina didn't have much issues darting around to deliver further mischievous endeavours. She didn't listen to Marissa's warning due to running under the assumption that this kick would deal minimal damage. What was she aiming for exactly?

Ignoring the warnings, Mina proceeded with the kick leading to less than favourable results. She actually wanted to just hit the hat itself only to miscalculate and strike the blonde's forehead instead. Actual scratches were dealt, but Mina technically got what she wanted. Just as her eyes only had a glimpse of the fallen witch, Mina gasped from the sudden bombshell. She immediately scurried towards the prone Marissa, kneeling next to her. "I'm so SO sorry about that! I didn't expect it to...your hat?" To her astonishment, the blonde was more concerned about the accessory rather than the drop of blood. Maybe it wasn't that serious to begin with.

"Your hat....your hat...there it is!" She scanned the surrounding area and then scooping it in her hands. "So that's it? Magic string!" Peering at the headgear but not immediately handing it to Marissa and too high for the blonde to swipe away.

“It’s just string and a knot! Give.. that.. back! It’s MY hat!”

An.. odd change in temperament. She seemed a bit panicky without the hat, as she seemed to have lost most fixation on the match, the hat being her priority.

It was her prized possession after all, and in her head, she wouldn’t be half the wrestler she was without it. She snatched at it, but coming out futile as her senior knelt besides her to check on her dazed form. Marissa growled, assuming that Mina was keeping her from the hat, a slight change in temperament as she smacked her palm against the ground. Her legs back underneath her feet..

“I said..!”

She lunged at Mina, planning on slamming her body into the ground with a full body tackle! But her aim not to deal damage but to get the damn hat back, as she launched herself at the busty pinkette, catching her around the waist and slamming her down, Marissa on top if it working, her gaze on her hand with the hat as she lunged at it!

“Give it BACK!!”

Even if it required just a little knot, Mina was still impressed by the trick's ability to keep attires visually authentic temporarily. A nasty bump was enough to take away this illusion and somehow changing the tone of this match. She found herself a bit alarmed by the sudden outburst coming from Marissa. "Jeez sure! It's not like a random event will send it flying away!" Replying in an awfully specific manner. Mina definitely didn't have plans of stealing the blonde's accessory.

If it weren't for being caught off guard by the blonde's anger, the exchange would have happened immediately, but Mina was still left a bit befuddled by the sudden escalation. Her mind made some wild assumptions like if a kick to the head resulted in a different personality taking control or the slightest bit of blood ignited Marissa to this level. Mina shrugged and was ready to fulfil the demand by lowering the hat slightly, but the newbie was already in motion.

"Wait...AHHHHHHHHHHHH!" She gasped as a black bolt suddenly collided into her stomach, sending the pinkette hurdling to the canvas. The overwhelming force caused Mina to lose her grip on the headwear that Marissa violently sought for, resulting in the accessory to soar across the arena. Now it was in neither's immediate reach due to being tossed outside the ring. "Is it too late to say sorry...uhhhhh?" Mina smiled nervously looking at her aggressive opponent. Things might not be playful anymore.

“Miss Mina..”

Still somewhat polite, Marissa may have had her head throbbing, but the burst of energy in a result of losing her prized possession had her able to ignore it. She looked at the hat floating away, as her eyes widened.. and then she looked at the wrestler underneath her, a slightly shadowy stare.

“That hat is very important to me.. if it’s lost, I’m never gonna forgive you!”

Standing up, Marissa scowled. She clasped Mina’s wrist and dragged her to her feet. She YANKED her arm hard, smashing her forehead against Mina’s face, a slight growl on her lips! Marissa would then Irish whip Mina into the corner! She followed up the little combo, cartwheeling towards Mina and then turning and smashing her hip into her gut with full force!!

“.. I’m very serious now, senior..!”

To Mina's slight relief there was still a semblance of the old Marissa around, but she had to put an effort preventing the witch's rage state take full control. Now being fully aware how important this specific hat was, Mina gulped in fear, not even making full eye contact due to the blonde's soulburning stare.

"Well it's not like anyone is going to steal- (No...I think I have a mistake of some kind...)" Sounding carefree might have not been the advisable solution even if it was a bit too late.

Still reeling from the full body tackle, Mina needed a little help to stand which Marissa was happy to provide. Expecting to halt their match temporarily to retrieve the hat, she chose the worst time to let her guard down. "Huh? AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Everything happened like a blur. Being thrown towards the blonde only for her nose to almost shatter, as if she flew into solid stone. She slid across the ring until her neck was caught by the corner, leading the pinkette to sink to a crouch and continue sobbing. Overwhelmed by sorrow and the recent bruises, the regretful senior would fall victim to her stomach sinking and neck shoved further against the turnbuckle, all thanks to the hip attack. Further cries flew out of Mina's mouth, dropping to a kneel as a result of the modified charge. "No...problem" Despite all of this, she shown little disdain towards her opponent, even if Marissa's rage induced streak hasn't ended.
