Ryu Hiroshi [D] vs Mio Hayasaka - Japanese Pride

The Dragon had his adversary trapped in a technical and painful submission hold. Ryu had Mio caught in the middle of the ring and he knew that there was no way she was just going to reach out to go for the ring ropes. He was eager to see the resolve of this young woman and just how much pain she would withstand and what tactic would she take to try and escape. For now he would continue to stretch her body to one side, putting a lot of stretching to her abdominal muscles while she screamed out in pain.

She refused to give up, struggling harder and harder but not really going anywhere. "I like your determination Mi-chan but sometimes its best to know when you're being out-classed. There is no shame in submitting, just give up now! You can't escape" Ryu said sternly, trying to break her confidence. The crowd was on her side, they kept chanting her name while she kept wriggling and squirming in his grip.

"Tch" he growled as his hold started to weaken due to her constant struggles.

Mio kept struggling, refusing to submit despite the pain that was being inflicted on her. Then, letting out a yell, she would try to force her way out of the abdominal stretch, escaping Ryu's hold and stumbling towards the nearest turnbuckle. Her abdominal area felt like on fire, and breathing was hard. She would lean against the turnbuckle, trying her best to recover from the pain.

Still, with her leaning against the turnbuckle, resting, she might put herself in a vulnerable position, with her back facing Ryu. She winced as she tried to control her breathing, hoping to recover as quickly as possible before Ryu could make his next move.

Having control of the situation, The Dragon would continue to put pressure on his fellow compatriot in the torturous abdominal stretch submission until The Japanese woman would force her way out of the submission after putting up a hard struggle to just about escape from his clutches. However, despite the escape she was still in a bad position with the young woman stumbling away from the male wrestler towards the ring ropes where she leaned against with her back facing the male.

"You show a lot of promise for someone so young" he complimented her. However, the male wrestler was not going to take it easy on her and would confidently walk towards her. He would wrap his arms around her waist from behind and drag her away from the ring ropes. If Mio did not think quickly, he would attempt to lift her up and slam her back down as he attempted a German Suplex!

Leaning against the turnbuckle, Mio tried to recover some of her strength, but she was still in a dangerous position with her back facing her opponent. Ryu decided to approach her before he wrapped his arms around her midsection from behind, and Mio was unable to stop him from dragging her away from the turnbuckle.

"Nghhhn..." Mio groaned as she struggled to escape, but she was unable to do so, and after being pulled away, she was then hoisted up by Ryu, sent crashing down onto the mat, landing on the back of her shoulders and head in a German suplex. "AAAGGHH!!" Her body folded up from the suplex, with her backside sticking up in the air. She was left disoriented and weakened, vulnerable for further attacks from Ryu.

It was all Ryu in this match who was taking control in a dominant fashion. He was showing the rookie the gulf of class in between himself and her. The Dragon did feel a bit of pity for his fellow compatriot but in a wrestling ring this was the greatest respect that he could give her which was to wrestle her with everything he had. After slamming her down back to the middle of the ring via a thunderous German Suplex, the Japanese woman was felt in pain with her body folded up and her backside sticking up in the air.

The male wrestler would walk towards her and grab her by the head, guiding her back up to her feet. "It's time to finish this, Mio-chan" Ryu said sternly before wrapping his arms around her waist and hoisting her up in his arms. The male wrestler would begin to squeeze his opponent with all his might, trapping her in a crushing bearhug.

"Do you submit?" he asked, gritting his teeth in effort while he squeezed her.

Brought down onto the mat by the German suplex, Mio was in trouble at the moment. She groaned, aching sensation spreading all over her body. Then, Ryu decided to pull her up, getting her back up on her feet before he wrapped his arms around her body, locking her into a bearhug, squeezing her. "IYAAHHHHHH!!!" Mio cried out in pain as her body was being squeezed by Ryu's powerful arms. She needed to do something before things became unsalvageable for herself.

When she heard Ryu asking her whether she submitted or not, Mio frantically shook her head, denying her in a defiant manner. "N-NO!! N-NEVER!!!" She roared. She would also begin shaking herself in her attempt to break free. Despite the bearhug weakening her with each passing second, she refused to give up here as she would try to escape the hold before her mind could no longer take the pain.

The crowd gasped in shock as the young woman was being out-classed by the veteran wrestler. They did not want to jeer either wrestler but were behind the underdog who was really struggling against the strength, technique and experience of her more veteran countryman. Ryu did not want to disrespect his fellow countrywoman either, he was not taking it easy on her and after slamming her down in the German Suplex he quickly pulled her up and trapped her in a Bearhug submission. He had to give her credit, she was tenacious and determined. Even while in the jaws of defeat she would struggle and still refuse to submit.

Ryu grunted in effort, frowning at her stubbornness. Mio shook around in the grip but it was not enough to break free as the Dragon had a vice like grip and was crushing her body in his arm. His body was sweating, he was panting but still had enough to hold onto her and continue squeezing. "Mio-chan! It's over please submit. I don't want to hurt you but....you need to give up" he said sounding concerned for her.

The squeeze was getting too much at this point, but Mio refused to surrender. Despite the pain she was currently experiencing, she showed her defiance and determination before Ryu, who was at this point pleading to her to submit.

Then, in her desperation, Mio would try to do something drastic. Rearing her head back, she would then throw her head forward, looking to hit Ryu with a headbutt! The attack would surely hurt Mio as well, but the impact should be able to force Ryu to let go of her.

At this point the crowd was waiting for the young Japanese woman to give up because it was clear that she was fading and was struggling to escape Ryu's bearhug submission. The male wrestler would not let up because he knew that just like her if he were to deliberately ease up it would be more of an insult to her than offering her relief. Thus, he continued to squeeze Mio out harder and harder but despite everything the determined young woman just would not submit.

Frustration was clearly creeping up on Ryu but he would simply hold on until Mio would rear her head back and spring it back forward to smack her forehead against his for a sudden headbutt. The suddenness of the strike left the male wrestler totally stunned as he was forced to release her and stagger back. "Ahhh! Owwww" he cried out as he backed up into the ring ropes, leaning against them while rubbing his forehead.

It was clear that this point, Mio was finally able to get some time to rest up while Ryu was recovering from the blow.

Hitting Ryu with a headbutt, Mio was released from the bearhug, but this also left her reeling because the headbutt also inflicted some damage on her. Now that she was freed from the hold, Mio stepped back, trying to get her mind back in order as she recovered. She looked at Ryu who was at the ropes, and she knew that she couldn't simply let this opportunity slide.

So, a few moments after that, Mio decided to soldier through the pain and run towards her opponent. From there, she would leap up and try to hit Ryu with a running dropkick, aiming his chest so that she could inflict more damage on him!
