Alaina chuckled and realised Elena was right. "Well, if ya fall forward you want to hold your arms out and fall. Bend you elbows and land on your forearms flat, palms facing down. That way you don't mess up a hand, wrist, shoulder or anything. Watch me."

With that Alaina fell forward, landing as she described, then quickly got up to her feet again. "If ya fall back, the more surface area of your back the more spread out the impact is. If you can hold your arms out wide and land on your upper back. Here we go!"

Alaina fell backward, landing on her back and looking up at Elena. "Feel like giving them a try?"

Elena would watch as she tried to do the same as Alaina did as she explained how to fall.Still doing those actions while not falling was not the same as actually falling towards the canvas as she had not bend her elbows the right way as she rubbed them to get ride of the pain.So she would try again as she said ''sorry messed up the first time''.

After that she would try falling onto her back as she was trying to prepare herself for the landing , but was surprised by how hard the canvas was as she just lay their for a second as she said ''it feels a lot harder then I expected''

Alaina watched closely as Elena fell and kept note. "It is all right to make mistakes. Try doing it again, keep going untilnya get it right. Once ya do think of a few moves you want to learn and In can show them to you." Alaina said as she moved a bit, still watching Alaina's form like a hawk.

Elena would take Alaina''s advice as she would practice falling a few more times as she would do both versions right after a few tries as she mostly struggled with the first technique . Meanwhile she did think about what she wanted to learn as she had made a decision as she replied ''how about teaching me a hip toss.That sounds like a smart technique to learn as it would allow me to toss who attacks me , and get away while they are on their back''.

Alaina smiled and nodded. "Sure! All right come here and I will demonstrate then let you try it on me. Sound good?" Alaina asked.

Alaina moved up showing Elena where to place her arm, proper leg stance, and how to use her hips as well as her core to get as much force behind the hip toss. After going through it slowly she grinned and looked at Elena. "Ya think you are ready?"

Elena would just smile as she would reply ''yes''', and was soon being shown what to do as she went through the move. After doing the movement without actually throwing the wrestler on her back she would take a deep breath. ''I think I am ready Alaina'' said the Belgium woman as she would grasp the amazon by her arm as she would turn her body slightly to throw the wrestler over her hip and onto the mat.

Alaina held her breath and tensed up her body as Elena executed an excellent hip toss! Alaina groaned and arched her back as she landed, working her way up to her feet! "Ugh, you pack a punch Elena! That was impressive!" Alaina said with a grin and crossed her arms.

"What's next?" The amazon asked as she tilted her head, waiting to hear what Elena said.

Elena could not believe she executed a perfect hiptoss on her first try as she smiled at the Amazon as she made her way to her feet.Still the question she got asked was difficult to answer as she did not know what would be a good move to learn next as she replied ''to be honest I don't know what I should learn next.So do you got any suggestions for me Alaina''.

Alaina smiled and shrugged. "We could go old-school, and I could show ya a snapmare and scoop slam if you like?" She asked the intrepid reporter.

"Have ya ever lift someone up, had then at your mercy and slammed them back down? It is kinda fun..." Alaina said with a smile, hoping she could sell Elena on the suggestion.

Elena would just listen to the suggestions as she thought she knew what a scoop slam was as she would have to place one hand between the other wrestler's legs and lift her up.After that she would have to throw her down , but the Belgium woman had no idea what an snapmare was as she wanted to know what the move was before choosing as she replied '''well I think I know what a scoop slam is but what is an snapmare''?
