Valentina Nieto/Asuna Fujino - Testing The Waters

Holding her foes waist with her toned legs, Valentina was far from a scissor queen but still her move did the part. Working away at that chiselled mid-section, she'd attempt at first to slap at the hands that came for her skull, before she found a deal of sideboob against her cheek for her efforts. With her foes weight atop of her to make matters worse, the question of who would last longer in terms of scissor versus choke now went heavily in the favour of Asuna.

Preferring obviously not to be choked out here and now, Valentina opted to release; bringing her hands up as her legs now pushed instead, trying to shove the figure off her and onto the side, where the Spaniard could ideally breath!

Asuna was happy to roll away as soon as Valentina's legs released, getting out of their range even before Valentina could push. The squeeze did hurt her and she had other plans as well. The fight was on the ground and she finally wasn't put in a tough spot by her foe so Asuna knew she couldn't rest, and let Valentina get up and possibly start punching.

She tried to grab one of Valentina's arms with both her hands and if successful she would slowly rotate her body, putting her legs over Valentina's neck with her arm between them, and laying back securing an armbar, tugging at her opponenet's arm!

The Spaniards underestimation of her foe seemingly cost her as she attempted the escape; believing herself free from harm, and allowed space to rise to a more favourable standing posture, the blonde beauty was instead pulled into a neat-arm focused hold. Asuna may have done so intentionally to remove the strikers power, but regardless, Valentina couldn't fault the girls assault.

With her foe yanking her flat to her back, with legs across her chest and neck, the Spanish beauty howled for a moment as she unsuccessfully attempted to pull her arm back, failing of course. It wasn't a matter of strength, it was a matter of the obvious; Asuna's both arms latching to but one of hers.

Writhing for a moment with legs kicking in pain, the blonde did the only thing she could without risking further pain. Latching her other free arm to the leg across her bosom, she'd attempt to twist it whichever way her frame allowed, ideally creating enough discomfort that Asuna might release!

Asuna tugged on Valentina's arm hard for a bit before she felt her foot wisting painfully. She let out a small yell from the sudden pain, but soldiered on at first, hoping to break Valentina with her hold. However she realised that her foe won't go down easily and the pain on her foot kept increasing so she decided to retreat. She released Valentina's arm and aimed a kick at the girl's free hand, hopefully removing it from her foot so that Asuna could pull back safely.

If she got free Asuna would get on her knees facing Valentina, ready to attack as she definitely didn't want to give Valentina time to get up on her feet. Asuna was confident that if she could keep this on the ground she would have an advantage. Her breathing was getting a little heavier and sweat formed on her body from intense match.

Again, luck seemed to be on Valentina's side, as the beauty against her opted to release rather than suffer the modest, but still insignificant in comparison pain on her ankle. With her arm now a little worse for wear, the Spanish beauty rose with fire in her eyes, a mild sweat to her own figure as she glared up the redhead. Striking was her forte, and right now, she simply couldn't strike.

Circling for a moment, opting to try to buy herself some time before her arm shook off that ache, she'd aim to feign in and out against her foe every few seconds, as if she was going for a clinch, when in reality she was aiming for anything but one.

Asuna kind of regretted releasing as she saw Valentina rise to her feet rather quickly but she knew she must have taken some fight out of her opponent. She climbed up to her feet quickly as well, and faced Valentina. She wanted to engage her before her hurt arm would recover and could start throwing punches at Asuna.

So Asuna quickly stepped up and dodged the first couple of feigns, thinking Valentina was going for punches but once she thought it was attempt to get in a clicnh with her, she stopped evading, content to let that happen if Valentina went for it. If not she would place an arm around Valentia's neck, trying to pull her down to the mat face first or get into a collar and elbow tie up if her foe stayed on her feet.

Her feints bought herself some time, but most certainly not enough for that arm to completely shake off that numbing, bend-forced pain. Baring her teeth as her foe came to her, seemingly looking for a clinch around her neck to drag her to the canvas, Valentina simply went for the obvious response- using her perfectly fine arm of course!

Rearing it up towards her foes jaw, in response to Asuna trying to drag her down!

Asuna was confident as she stepped up, ready to lock with Valentina, however just as she was putting her arm in place, she took a hard uppercut to her chin from Valentina's still undamaged hand. The hit made her stagger back a few steps, and lose her hold on her foe. It wasn't enough to put her out of the fight however, as she soon took on a defensive stance, and started approaching Valentina, although more carefully this time.

Once she was close enough she quickly launched a hook, on the side of Valentina's damanged arm, aiming right at the girl's head!

Valentina was clever, or so she thought, and knew that any foe worth her weight would want reprisal upon an already damaged location. Looking for a moment at her own hurting arm the moment the uppercut landed, the Spanish beauty would step back, keeping her distance with body turned, fully believing her foe would look to add to the damage.

Somewhat sadly, she was right.

"Ah ah..!" Getting too cocky for her own good, Valentina would but duck back and down as her foe swung in, unbeknown to the fact the girl was aiming for not the arm itself, but simply the same side. She'd now stand up straight again, completely unaware to the fact her foe had just made an effort to take her head off her shoulders!

Asuna swinged hard at Valentina's head, however her opponent ducked as her fist was flying through the air. Asuna barely managed to catch her momentum, standing dangerously close to Valentina, turned to the side a bit and still slightly unstable from the force she put into her punch. She knew she was wide open to attack if she stopped, and her footing wasn't good enough for a quick retreat so she decided to double down on her rush, using her second hand to launch a punch, this time aimed at Valentina's stomach, turning her body back to face Valentina again. However if Valentina avoided this second punch as well, Asuna would be wide open to attack, with not nearly enough time to bring her arms back to defend against a punch at such close range.
