Emilia Hjaal vs. Peggy McIntyre European Battle

"Shut up ya damn bratty bitchy...Ooommph!" Peggy howled as she tried to swing a fist back only for her to be smashed in the chest by a big kick from Emilia! Peggy kicked the mat in pain, grabbing Emilia's ankle to shove her away from her so at least she couldn't start a pin count on Peggy. The Irish woman was hurting, clearly in agony and frustrated as Emilia was in total control of their battle!

This was as good as done now, Emelia could feel it. The Scandinavian loomed triumphantly over her defeated adversary, hands on hips, a breathless smile on her face.

"Hopefully this will teach you some respect!" she quipped sharply, laying another stomp into Peggy's gut for good measure. Then she took the opportunity to bask in the moment, walking languidly around Peggy's prostrate form with her hands raised to the sky, drinking in the cheers of the fans. She turned her back on the Irishwoman for a moment, posing and waving as she satisfied both the fans, and her own ego!

Peggy watched Emilia celebrating and ignoring her. And Peggy was the arrogant one?! Peggy rolled over to her hands and knees pushing herself up with grit teeth. "Ya dumb fool! You are arrogant, I am just a gritty bitch who knows how to fight!" Peggy shouted as she grabbed Emilia, spinning her around to face her. Peggy was going to take a page out of her tag team partners old school playbook... and looking a bit like her aunt Velvet in the 80s... by bending down to scoop Emilia up and slam her to the mat as hard as she could!

As it turned out, Emelia's decision to take a moment to bask in the crowds cheers was a dreadful mistake. One minute she was swaggering triumphantly around Peggy, the next she heard the Irishwoman's wild yell and found herself spun around, facing her opponent once more!

"Wha-!" she blurted stupidly before the other wrestler scooped her neatly up off the mats and delivered a punishing slam!

"AAAGHHHH!" Emelia howled as she was slammed into the canvas, taken totally off guard by the attack. Her limbs splayed out as pain throbbed through her, her eyes fluttering weakly.

Emilia was down and Peggy in control of the matchup! "I bet that didn't feel good now did it?" Peggy said as she pulled Emilia up once more. Peggy grabbed her around the waist from behind looking to lift her up high and send her crashing to the canvas with a big back drop! Peggy wanted to set up something with a bit more flying involved but for now she was content to hammer Emilia against the mat with high impact offense before attempting to take to the sky.

Stunned and taken totally off guard, Emelia offered no resistance, head spinning as Peggy hauled her upright again, only to swing the Norwegian into a thunderous backdrop, smashing her into the canvas yet again.

"AIIIGHHH!" Another piteous wail ripped from Emelia's lips and she clutched at her throbbing back, writhing around on the mat in pain. No... she thought in dismay, painfully aware that she'd thrown away her advantage in a moment of hubris. Her body sagged back against the canvas, her chest heaving up and down and eyes screwed shut with pain, totally vulnerable to Peggy's follow-up.

Peggy sent Emilia crashing to the mat and wanted to really hammer her. Emilia's offense quickly worked away at Peggy so the Irish woman knew she had to try to make quick work of Emilia before she could work her way back in to put Peggy away. To that end she pulled Emilia up by the hair and lift her up, putting her in a sitting position on top of the turnbuckle. Peggy climbed up and stood on the second rope, intertwining her feet into the ropes as she grabbed Emilia around the waist. Peggy screamed as she then delivered a spider suplex to Emilia sending her from the top rope crashing to the mat!

If Peggy could pull that off she would continue with the second part of her finisher... climbing to the top rope and leaping off, trying to land on top of Emilia with a frog splash and pin in an attempt to put the stunning beauty away!

Emelia's arms windmilled foolishly as Peggy hauled her back to her feet once again, dragging the beaten Norwegian unceremoniously over to the turnbuckle. She let out a faint moan of protest as her opponent hauled her up into a sitting position. She felt Peggy's arms encircle her waist, and despite her dazed demeanor she realised what was coming.

"Ohh...no, no, no!" she yelped desperately but it was no use. Peggy sent her flying through the air in the spider suplex.

"AIIIGHHH!" Emelia shrieked as she crashed to the canvas yet again in a limp heap, limbs splayed out in all directions - utterly helpless as Peggy followed up with a splash from the turnbuckle. Another coughing wail of pain was driven from Emelia as she was winded by the landing. All she could do was let out a faint moan, eyes fluttering as she clung to consciousness, Peggy hooking her leg up for the pin.

"ONE!"

The frog splash after the spider suplex landed, completing Peggy's little finisher! Peggy was confident that this was it and the count continued as she remained on top of Emilia!

"TWO!"

Peggy looked down at her and smiled. "Ya got overconfident didn't ya? You hit hard but can't take much of a beating ya glass cannon!" Peggy said to taunt Emilia while she was still pinned. Truth be told Peggy wasn't able to withstand much more punishment and her counter to retake control may have saved her from being in Emilia's position! She held her breath waiting for that final count.

Emelia let out a faint moan of protest as Peggy mocked her, having totally put the Norwegian down for the count. As much as she wanted to, Emelia was helpless to stop the dreaded final count.

"THREE!"

No... she thought in dismay, going limp, eyes closed as she tried to block out the sounds of the crowds cheering Peggy's victory. Her own hubris had been her downfall, and that made this defeat particularly hard to swallow! All she could do was lie beneath Peggy, leg hooked up in defeat.
