Irish Shots! - Erin Quinn & Blaise Cameron

"Sweet-talker," jokes Blaise when she threatens him.

She alleviates her weight from him - which isn't anything he couldn't handle, he'd insist! - and he takes that moment to recollect himself. He props himself up on his elbows first, then gathers himself to his feet. He backs up a couple steps from her and places a hand to his aching back, one eye squeezing shut as he tries to work the kinks out.

As soon as it looks like she's ready to resume, he assumes the stance as well. It's time to show her what he can do! And he's seen that she's a slippery gal, so he'll have to be a little more tactical! She closes in with him, and he reaches out to grapple her - but not in the traditional sense. His hands go for her shoulders, and he aims to drive a knee up into her stomach in hopes of stunning her!

"That's my line." Erin shot back. She watched Blaise get up without too much trouble. She was a bit relieved that she didn't hurt him too bad. There would be plenty of time for that later maybe. For now though he seemed good to go which meant that the redhead would get much more mileage out of this spar. "Round 2!" Erin declared before going at it again.

Blaise was smarter than Erin gave him credit for, not that it meant much coming from her. She soon felt his knee drive into her gut. "Guugh!" She groaned as she was forced back a few steps and doubled over to hold her stomach. "G...good one." She mumbled as she cringed and looked up slightly at her sparring partner.

Erin's a tough chick. She's also skilled. She's living up to his expectations. So nailing her in the midsection is a satisfying feeling. Opening her up for more is even moreso! But her compliment merits a response, and it comes in the form of a wink and upturned-thumb. Yes, they're still friendly. Yes, he's still having a good time. That's unlikely to change.

"If you liked that, you're gonna love this!"

With her doubled over and her arms wrapping her stomach, Blaise closes in again quickly. His arms shoot for her neck, and in a single smooth spin, attempts to flip them over and drive her down to the mat with a neckbreaker!

Despite her situation and the pain in her gut, she couldn't help but force a smile at Blaise's gesture. She had a feeling though that she indeed was not going to love what he had in store for her. She had been caught off guard and figured now she was going to pay for it. Doubled over there was not much Erin could do to stop her sparring partner's advance.

"Gaaah damn!" The redhead cried out as she was dropped to the mat. She was now feeling what she assumed Blaise felt only moments earlier. Erin groaned and would slowly roll onto her side. Blaise had gotten her good and she'd need a few moments to recover from the impact.

They hit the mat, and Blaise instantly sits up. His right fist shoots into the air with an enthusiastic, "Woo!"

Turning over onto his knee, he spots her lying on her side and smiles wryly. Grabbing her by the shoulder, he shoves her back down onto the mat and moves to her side to lie across her body. His back arches, pressing his abs across her belly, and reaches back with an arm to hook her leg. He's pretty sure it's too early for a pin, but she went for one before, and he's evening up the score!

Because that's how it works, right? Screw it, it's fun.

"One!," he calls before looking towards her face and adding playfully, "Lookin' forward to that kiss~"

Erin was easily rolled over and soon felt Blaise's body pressing down on hers. She figured he must be plenty confident if he was attempting a pin now. Clearly though he was just trying to even the score. The redhead appreciated the gesture but she wasn't about to let him get away with trying to pin her. Erin was down yes, but that wouldn't last for long.

"I...I told you that wasn't happening!" Erin responded, quickly looking to the side. This was followed by her trying to land a few strikes on Blaise's body while she attempted to push up and force her sparring partner off of her. She didn't want him to get to two and think he was winning after all.

Blaise's bare ribs take a couple shots, the first technically breaking the pin. "Mnf!" She more effectively breaks free of the pin as she pushes him off of her, forcing him to his knees.

Not about to give up on the match, he grabs for the girl's head to pull her to her feet. "Totally is," he insists with a return of that boyish smile. "Best motivation to win I've had in a while!" If he can get her on her feet before him, he'll attempt to yank her head under his left arm, the right hand grabbing for her shorts with the intention to whip her into the air and back down to the mat in a snap suplex. But that relies on her not janking up his plans up to that point.

"Not happening!" Erin reiterated. "I'm getting my drink." She declared. Having just pushed Blaise off she hoped for a little break but the teen was not letting up. The redhead yelped as she was pulled up to her feet. Her head was roughly pushed down and trapped under her opponent's arm. She could guess what was going to happen next. That didn't mean she'd let it happen though. Erin would try her best to plant herself on the ground and resist getting lifted up. It would cause her shorts to get uncomfortably yanked up but for a moment she was able to keep her ground.

Erin was hoping to wrap her arms around Blaise's waist and lift him up into the air. If she was able to she'd toss him over her back. She only hoped that she was able to lift him before he got her.

Blaise attempts to lift her, but she's all but cemented to the mat with him. The most he's accomplishing is a weird waltz-ish spin with the grappled girl. "Hnh! Come on!" He attempts to lift her again, but to no avail! Instead, her arms hook his middle, and he finds himself lifted instead! Her head is released in favor of a brief, but frantic flailing moments before he impacts the mat with a single bounce! He flops over onto his back with a dazed groan, arms and legs lying splayed behind her.

"Hehe, floored ya again." Erin teased. Blaise didn't seem to be in the mode for it though, laid out and groaning. Erin would approach the teen and get on her knees. She sat him up before sitting down behind him. The redhead would try to wrap her arms around Blaise's neck and trap him in a sleeper hold. It wasn't her favorite move but this was a spar and if she wanted to get better she'd have to practice things like this. She'd apply a decent amount of pressure and wait to see how Blaise reacted. "I think I gotcha." She said with a little laugh.
