Party Hard & Rock Out

Mic Chick had gotten Hinoka almost perfectly ready for the night. And when Hinoka yelled at the rocker, she gave her a weird look. "The wrong idea? What? That we're two hot chicks on a date making out in a car? Yeah, that sounds awful," said Mic, rolling her eyes. The blonde reached back into her back and then tossed it into the back seat again after finding the last piece of what Hinoka needed for her ensemble.

Tossing a very short jean skirt into Hinoka's lap, Mic looked at her and noticed she had actually gotten a bit upset. Instead, Mic just smirked. "This isn't overkill though. I know overkill. What you have right now is everything you need in order to be one of the hottest chicks in this place. Part of me just wants to say screw the party and take you back into your place right now and just rock your world right now." She licked her own lips, giving the redhead's thigh a small squeeze before turning back and facing the road, turning her car back on and starting to drive.

"...Maybe later though. Now go on and put on the skirt, babe," added Mic Chick, having felt like she had sufficiently fed Hinoka's ego enough to calm her down and get her back on board with all of this.

At first, Hinoka couldn't tell the comment about hot chicks making out was sarcastic or not. The truth of the matter was that she was feeling very uncomfortable by the situation. With the sweater pulling done, Mic reached back, getting more items for Hinoka to apply. The redhead had a bad feeling about what's to happen next.

The skirt was tossed into her lap. "So where is the rest?" addressing how small it was. Her eyes would widen as well as feeling a sense of disgust upon hearing Mic talk about an affair. However, Mic was just joking, complimenting Hinoka to make her feel better. Unfortunately, the redhead wasn't good at telling sarcasm or jokes, so she assumed the rocker was quite obsessive. The car would start moving as she remembered the paparazzi, causing a crafty idea to pop into her mind. Mic was quite a celebrity, so there were people who loved tracking what she does, hoping to get some juicy story. Let's say if this date doesn't smoothly, maybe some interviewer would love to hear the terrible time Hinoka had. It could cause problem for the blonde's career. Hinoka let out a small grin on her face, knowing she had some insurance if things go south. She then looked at Mic "Oh and I'll put the skirt on just give me a sec."

With some dexterity, Hinoka wore the skirt around her lower waist. This was probably the only time she would wear a skirt this revealing, but it could be worth it. As she sat in the vehicle, Hinoka finally looked at herself in the car mirror. "Man I look ridiculous. I don't know who I am anymore." she thought referring to new hairstyle, abundance of jewellery and revealing attire.

Mic Chick slouched into her seat a bit and put the window down, laying her arm on the side as she steered with her other hand. She had debated when to bring it up, but thought she ought to say it now rather than later. "Yo Red," she started, just to get her attention. "There's some serious ground rules you need to know. Like, serious ones. So listen, alright?"

Then, speaking in a rather serious tone, the rocker ran her free hand through her hair with a frown on her face as she continued. "The first thing is to not take a drink from anyone but someone serving a drink. If you leave your drink laying somewhere, get a new one." She figured this girl hadn't been to enough parties to know that, let alone ones like these.

"Second, do not be alone with anyone. Male or female. Don't be alone," said Mic, making a sour face. "Third, if you're feeling too wasted, find me. Don't let anyone else take care of you," explained Mic again.

Taking a deep breath, the blonde watched the road as she spoke one more warning. "And lastly, don't believe what people will tell you at this thing. Follow all of that and you'll have a good time, Red." Then, as she stopped at a red light, she looked over at Hinoka and asked, "You got it?"

Hinoka just laid in the chair wanting time to speed up. Her feeling towards Mic Chick were quite mixed at the moment. She would hear Mic about to give more advice. "Oh great more fashion tips" the redhead rolled her eyes completely uninterested. To her surprise, Mic's advice was rather helpful, lifesaving even. She heard stories of people getting assaulted and robbed at these events, especially while intoxicated. With these events happening at night and so many guests, it would be hard to keep track of suspicious activity.

The rocker went from being quite forceful to actually caring about her wellbeing. Hinoka's impression of the rocker was slightly changing. "Maybe she is not so bad" the redhead thought tapping her foot repeatedly. "Yeah I got it! I will stay with you. It is not like I have anyone else to take me back home." she affirmed that she was listening carefully.

Mic's face twisted a little bit as she canted her head slightly at Hinoka's response, once again speaking more business-like. "Well, I wouldn't tell you to do that. You ought to mingle a bit. There are plenty of people who can help you out with a career here. You can branch out and chat with some important people, or people who can refer you to important people. This crap's all about making connections and having fun, you know?"

Still focusing on driving, the rockstar looked more thoughtful again and continued. "Like, you're hot as hell, and now you stand out, right? You got this look about you where you're a little bit modest with your sweater, but you show off an air of confidence at first glance with the make-up, hair, skirt, and jewelry. You are freaking smoking, but it makes people seem like you don't need to show it off, you just want to look damn good. People like that. More importantly, you're not showing off all the goods already. That makes you more desireable. Modest modeling, getting publicity for wrestling, personal training and workout, or whatever you so desire. You look like the type of girl they want."

Sucking in a huge breath of air, Mic Chick glanced over at Hinoka again as she slowed to a stop sign. "Just be personable, fun, flirt a bit if you think it's worth it, and feel free to throw me under the bus if you want and they're not a fan of me. Hell, being here with me may help in some cases. You have any questions though, I'll try to give you answers, Red Hot. But if you have fun and be social, you'll find something." The blonde shrugged and then focused on the road again. "Almost there, by the way."

Mic would make a quite long monologue as the journey continued. Hinoka was only just a wrestler unlike the blonde, so there weren't many opportunities to expand her career. Maybe Hinoka could gain a few new fans, which could potentially lead to bookers giving the redhead more spots. Although this was likely just chance a for Hinoka to mingle, get out of her shell and make some friends.

Hinoka didn't take too much pride in her appearance as she was more of a functional sort of woman, but Mic's compliments did stimulate her interest. She learnt that being a little presentable helps a bit in many way, but remember to watch out for any creeps. The redhead was tough, but not invincible from harm.

"Alright, I will try to be an open book and talk with some folks. But I am kind of new to this party stuff, so do you know a good way to start off a talk?" Hinoka finally replying to the rock star. Outside of family, nobody she met has been so considerate of her safety and wellbeing as Mic Chick. There were plenty of questions to come, especially staying at her side for the entirety of the event. This was going to be a long night for sure.

Mic knew she had unloaded a lot on Hinoka to think about, but hey. It was a longish car ride and she needed something to talk to her about and make this party seem more fun for the redhead. She glanced over at Hinoka briefly when she posed her question and looked back at the road with a stifled laugh. "Well girl, we're getting a drink in you pronto before you start conversations," said the blonde, only half-joking.

"You need to loosen up, mostly. Alcohol is good got that. I usually take a shot before every one of my concerts. Used to be for the nerves, now it's more tradition. mused Mic before she realized she had slightly gotten off track. "But it's easy to start conversations. Just look to have fun. Start it off like you would with a friend. Point something out about them or ask them some kind of question about themselves or the party. Just don't do small talk. Absolutely nobody likes small talk, Red. I'll show you how it's done. Speaking of which..."

Mic nodded ahead of them where a rather large banquet hall stood, with loud music and lights shining from it brightly. The rockstar pulled up in front of it and then got out of the car, with a valet opening up Hinoka's door. Ahead of them stood a few scattered group of people outside. Mic paid them no mind and tossed her keys to the valet and said, "Mic Chick. You know me." She then took a few bills from her jacket pocket and handed them to the valet as she passed him, walking around the car and waving Hinoka on to follow her.

After a long journey, the two finally arrived at their destination. "Sure I will have one" said the redhead nodding in agreement. She remembered to take a drink as soon as possible, but not too much though as she didn't want to black out. However, trying to start a friendly talk with a random guy or gal may be a bit daunting due to the nature. Hopefully, Hinoka can hold a conversation long enough. The lights and noises brought her attention. Who knows what lies beyond? How many guests were there?

"Oh um thanks." Hinoka said a bit unsure as the valet opened the door for her. She stepped out the door and stood next to Mic. "Lead the way." exclaimed the redhead feeling a bit nervous about the party. This was rather ironic coming from the woman who can jump off turnbuckles with no regret. "Oh and there is another thing. You said you hated the girl running this party, what is she like? I don't want to run into her that's all." asked Hinoka sounding interested in her date's response.

Mic Chick adjusted her jacket a bit before stuffing her hands in her pockets. When Hinoka asked her question, she glanced over to her and shrugged her shoulders. "She's just a bitch, Red. We were at a party once, she didn't like the way I was speaking. So she trashed me to somebody important. I'm a big enough of a personality that I still get her invites to this stuff though." She shrugged a second time after explaining, not exactly seeming thrilled to be going to such a big party.

However, as they were walking towards the entrance, an excited girl's voice called out, "Is that Mic Chick I see!?" Soon, a Japanese girl in a red dress walked up with a beaming smile on her face.

The rocker then instantly had a huge grin on her face as she walked over to the girl and gave her a hug and a kiss before stepping back, acting in quite a contrast to how she was just moments earlier. "Airi! How the hell are you, girl?"

"I'm great! Getting ready to go into this party! I didn't think you'd show!" answered the apparent friend of Mic.

"I was running late. You know me," explained the blonde coolly. She then looked back to Hinoka and stepped back to her, slinging an arm around the redhead's shoulders. "Plus, I had to pick up my hot date for the night," added Mic, smirking happily. "Hinoka, this is Airi Nakamura. She might just be one of the best marketing girls in the biz. She gets you connections. And on top of that, she knows how to pull off a red dress." Then, jokingly, she looked back to Aira and said, "Like damn do those legs look good in that dress, babe."

Airi rolled her eyes in response and laughed before walking up to Hinoka and saying, "I hope you get tired of her flirting with you too. It's nice to meet you Hinoka... I didn't catch your last name. Give me the scoop. How do you know Mic and what did you have to do to be her plus one?" Airi asked the questions in a kind-hearted manner, seeming rather casual as she extended her hand for Hinoka to shake.

Hinoka listened on as Mic spoke of the woman she hated so much. She knew that some bad gossip can affect one's career. Despite the tension between the two, both were willing to show up at the same party. "I was actually talking about what's her name or what does she look like..." she replied. Before she could ask for more information, a third person would enter the conversation. Could this be the person, Mic is talking about?

As soon as hugs and kisses were exchanged, Hinoka found herself mistaken fortunately. Apparently, this Airi girl was quite important so the redhead tried to make a good first impression right away. Airi would direct her attention away from the rock to Hinoka. "My name is Hinoka Taiyo. Tell me about the flirting. I am either groaning or turning red half time. I first met Mic in the ring. We had a good match and I beat her all that. Some time later, I have saved her from the press and in return I get to be her date at this party. Does that explain things?" she said trying to sound confident while explaining the situation. Hinoka hoped she didn't screw this potential connection right away.
