When Toshiko's slow-going phone browsing seemed to get tiresome to the Japanese performer, Viviana had bumps shoulders and stood beside her, taking control from her and grabbing the phone. She was fine with this as it meant less time for Toshiko to struggle with it. Making a face at the name that Viviana had put herself in as, she came to the realization soon after and said, "Viv is your nickname." It was more of a confirmation to herself than a statement made with any intent. But it did prompt a necessary follow up question. "Would you prefer to be called Viv or Viviana... Accera?"

She delicately took Viviana's phone when prompted and slowly put through the process of adding herself to her phone, mistyping a few times. She took a moment to make sure she didn't screw up before handing it back to Viviana carefully. Toshiko then noted, "I do not have a nickname to place in there, so I just put my name." She pointed to the 'Toshiko' in her phone, as if to point out the obvious statement she made further.

"Ohhh...I don't really mind..." Viviana grinned, shrugging a little, though she would have by far prefer the use of her full first name. Eyes closed in that gleam, she'd haplessly pass her own phone to Toshiko, taking it back with a mischievous grin.

"There we go...Tosh Tosh!" She'd smile, thinking of that nickname on the spot as she pat the girl on the back, hoping that it was taken as a joke. Backing away regardless of the response, though obviously hoping for a positive one, Viviana once more made sure she had all her belongings, before prepping for a exit.

"So...two hours...outside the front of the building...K?"

Tosh Tosh? Toshiko looked utterly bewildered by the choice in nickname. She didn't even know where the start. Why would she not just call her a much more practical Toshi? Or why would she repeat the same word twice--her name wasn't Toshiko Toshiko. She stiffened noticeably when she was pat on the back, mostly as a reflex to being struck, but she calmed herself a moment later and barely smiled over at Viviana.

"Yes, two hours. I will see you then... Viv." said Toshiko, trying out the nickname and smiling slightly more genuinely before turning to grab her things and make her leave, feeling rather excited for the prospect of hanging out with her new friend. Although she had admittedly felt rather nervous about it too.

Toshiko Ito was putting on the finishing touches of her make-up, deciding that she should attempt to look as presentable as possible for this get together. She wanted to make a good first impression (technically second impression) and make herself look good. She had dressed in an outfit she had gravitated towards before, in a hope to wear more "normal" attire that didn't involve workout clothes. In truth, she saw somebody else trying it on at a store and figured she ought to try it out too.

She wore a short blue kimono over a low cut black top and short skirt. Toshiko even put on fishnets, which she found almost as impractical as the thigh-high boots she wore. Just as she grabbed two hairpins to expertly tuck her hair into place, practically the only thing she felt very confident about this outfit, she noticed a text message from "Viv" verifying if they were still on.

A simple reply was given back to her newfound friend, simply stating back in a text, "yes". She didn't want to struggle with a more significant reply, for that would take hours with her. But taking one last look at herself in the mirror, Ito verified that everything looked as it should. Admittedly, she thought she looked pretty good. Toshiko mostly worried about what Viviana would think of it. She honestly had no idea.

After checking one final time, Toshiko grabbed a fancy fan to stuff in her purse before heading out to meet Viviana, and arriving nearly fifteen minutes earlier and simply standing outside the gym, pacing slowly and trying to avoid looks, not sure what exactly people may think, especially with her outfit. Ito, more as a security, would then take the fan from her purse and open it with a well-practiced flick of her wrist and keep it covering her face and periodically fan herself with it as she continued to pace and wait for Viviana to arrive.

With the two hours passing rather rapidly it felt, and nought but the briefest of texts to assure one another the evening was one, Viviana stood before her apartment mirror. Hands to her hips, the tall Italian only gave herself a quick nod as she gazed at her attire choice. A rather casual combination of jeans, matching jacket, and a rather excessively small top. Cleavage and midriff were on show to say the least, nought that Viviana cared, for she still felt comfortable in the attire. With keys and purse to hand, all that remained now for the Italian beauty was to meet outside the LAW gym as set, with Viviana somewhat rubbing her arm nervously, given she prayed this wasn't some form of long-con practical joke by Toshiko.

To her utter reassurance, she'd find the woman she had designated "Tosh Tosh" to be outside of the gym, seemingly with time to spare given she almost looked a little tired from waiting.

"Toshiko!" She'd gleam from the distance, still waving as she cut across the LAW car park, smiles abound.

Toshiko heard her name being called and turned to see Viviana waving at her. Flicking her wrist and closing her fan, she felt a sense of relief that Viviana was still there. She was starting to feel anxiety over waiting for her new friend. As Ito walked to meet her, she paused in her stride when she noticed the Italian's attire, thinking maybe for the moment she was perhaps overdressed or maybe she should have tried to keep it more simple. She was also wondering if perhaps her top was torn, as it seemed as though part of it was missing with the amount of cleavage and midriff being shown off.

She maintained her stride, trying to tuck those thoughts back before she was in front of Viviana. The Japanese woman kept the folded fan at her side as she forced a smile, which was quite obvious it was forced indeed, and she said, "Hello Viv. It is nice to see you again." Then, her smile faded back to her typical neutral expression. "You look nice in your outfit," said Ito, studying Viviana's expression, and more importantly, fishing for a response to see if Toshiko's outfit was in fact the wrong choice for this get together.

The fan was a curious addition to the brisk evening ahead of the duo, but Viviana didn't opt to question it even in her head. Toshiko was a nervous figure, that much was sure, and Viviana didn't want to provoke anything by raising questions on attire. Though she'd offer a compliment in return of course.

"You too..you look quite cute!" She'd laugh, in an effort to ensure the comment wasn't taken as a flirt or anything beyond friendly banter. Regardless, Viviana held a smile to her face, swivelling her hips around so that she was stood next to Toshiko rather than in front of her, before raising her arm forwards.

"Shall we?"

Toshiko lingered on her inquisitive look after Viviana had stated she looked cute until she could verify in her mind that she didn't have an issue with her outfit. Then, ever the stoic, she gave a simple response. "Thank you."

The Japanese girl stuck the fan back into her purse and then glanced up at Viviana as she suggested to leave. Toshiko nodded and asked, "Where are we going?" Then, she took Viviana's held out hand, assuming that she meant for a hand hold as a sign of friendliness or perhaps just lead her to the location like a child. She would then start to walk with the Italian beauty, allowing her to lead the way.

Not at all complaining at that holding of her hand, Viviana even let out quite the cute giggle at it, as she began to slowly pace. She was in no rush, but there was no use walking so slowly that they were effectively slugs, she figured.

"There's like...a pretty cool looking burger spot right up ahead..." Though not against the idea of settling down for food anywhere, the rarity of your more typical western-style food spots outside of McDonalds and others in Japan made said spot more appealing than most to Viviana. She couldn't even remember the last time she had bitten down on a juicy burger after all.

"Though if you're not hungry...we could do something else? Maybe just get a drink?" She'd note, given the attire of the two, that save for the most elegant of places, Tokyo was effectively the duos oyster for the evening.

Toshiko glanced at Viviana when she giggled at her hand-holding, briefly thinking maybe she shouldn't have grabbed it at all, but she didn't seem to complain, so Toshiko kept holding the hand. After all, if she began trying to read into everything, she felt like she'd be incapable of having a good time out.

Viviana had suggested a burger place and it actually took a moment for Toshiko to understand what she was talking about. That American beef sandwich. But then she suggested getting drinks instead. Ito looked thoughtful all over again at that suggestion. Didn't most places serve food and drinks? Perhaps her new friend was more thirsty than hungry?

Weighing that in her mind, Toshiko looked over at Viviana and suggested, "Maybe we can find a place with good drinks that also sells food?" She didn't exactly know if that helped much, but she really did feel out of her element here.

"Well..yehh.." Viviana smirked, realising what Toshiko had presumed. "I meant like...a bar...silly..." Her nearest arm raised, she'd nudge her forearm playfully into Toshiko's own.

"Though, actually..." She'd stop speaking altogether, pondering for a moment the last time she even drank alcohol. She certainly couldn't recall a time she'd ever drank more than a cheeky sip or two from a friends bottle. Not out of choice, mind.

"I'm not sure...do you..do you drink?...Alchohol, that is.." She'd add, aware that the somewhat broad question taken by Toshiko would have earned quite the general answer.
