Eliza Harenwood vs Deku - Step Ahead

Eliza had rarely given pause to praise her foes, nor did she often deign to trash talk them. Preferring instead to let her acrobatics do the talking for her, at best she may inform her opponents that it'd be best to yield to her when placed in her lethal submission holds.

As it was ask any fan of the dancing passion and they'd tell you it was high praise indeed from her, still Eliza had a task to attempt and she was already on the move with her dancer legs pressing forward and attempting to once again lay some strikes upon Deku's body.

But this time, something was different. She was beaten to the punch. In the literal sense at that as Eliza felt that blow right in her gut as she prepared to wind up a kick to send at Deku, Eliza felt the air leave her lungs and she staggered backwards putting a hand on her chest at the area. It was rare indeed actually for Eliza to be outstruck and an opening presented itself here!

Eliza was an incredible opponent, Deku knew it after clashing with her a few times already, in terms of refined technique and speed she had him beat, as a result he couldn't count on beating her with his strength advantage alone. No if he wanted to do any lasting damage then he'd have to be tricky about it.

As such he used a rather simple tactic, baiting as if he was going for a kick himself causing Eliza to wind up for a big one, and giving Deku an opening to instead plant his feet and connect with a devastating punch! Smiling at the successful shot seemingly winding her Deku wasted no time!

Moving in close Deku would move to get behind the woman, arms reaching out to loop under Eliza's own, pulling her up seemingly for a full nelson. Only that isn't what Deku would do. Instead he'd throw himself backwards, trying to slam Eliza with a dragon suplex that he'd bridge into for a pin fall attempt!

Eliza was reeling but was prepared to respond and she took a step back and she could see that Deku looked to be cooking a kick, the dancing passion moved on instinct to check the blow. Already predicting it in her mind that she could check the kick, then pivot and jump and slam her knee into Deku's jaw for a game changing blow. But she'd take the bait, Eliza didn't see the forest for the trees.

The hit to her gut jarred her enough to let Deku cinch her into a hold and take her for a trip! The dancing passion crashed and burned from the dragon suplex as her world turned upside down and she was slammed into the mat, Eliza hissed and she could hear the crowd yell in surprise and the ref was already slamming their hand on the mat for one, then two.

But Eliza would shake her head and jolt her body out of Deku's grasp before the three count. The British aristocrat would then lay on her stomach on the mat and groan quietly, but it was clear she refused to accept this outcome!

Deku was finally starting to gain real momentum against Eliza and he was intent on getting as much damage in against Eliza as possible while he held the advantage. Managing to trick her with his feint Deku had managed to get behind the blonde, catching her with a dragon suplex into a pin! Predictably though it wasn't enough for him to beat her, but kicking out would surely draining her a bit.

Forced to sit up from the force of Eliza's kick out Deku would use the position to his advantage as he turned and made sure Eliza was on her stomach. If done with no issue then Deku would quickly drop down on her back, wrapping his legs around her arm and his arms around her head before pulling back, intending to try and immediately put her into a cross face submission to weaken her even further!

Eliza was sore all over and not in a good way, no. She knew this match was slipping from her grasp every second now and the dancing passion was trying to scramble for a response to all this. Still she was no indie rookie and Eliza had been in this position enough times to know that she needed to rally and quick before Deku tried anything.

But he was already on it, not even giving the British aristorcrat time to breathe as Eliza was getting cinched into a cross face submission hold! Eliza hissed out loudly in both pain and annoyance at this, her legs kicked on the mat in frustration as she became jolted aware of it being applied to her. Eliza was in no man's land in the middle of the ring, this called for a desperation tactic. Eliza got her legs moving, trying to ground herself there.

The dancing passion would give a loud groan of pain as her neck was contorted but Eliza would to pry at Deku's hands while trying to get into a more crouched position, the multitasking was difficult but she'd then attempt to roll backwards and try to get Deku onto his back for a pin attempt as he hooked his nearest leg!

Deku was able to manage the dominant position in this match for longer than expected, but he was determined to keep it like that. Making sure that his opponent was flat on her chest against the mat he would try and roll his trap her arm between his legs before clasping his hands in front of her face, pulling back viciously for a cross face submission!

Grunting in exertion as he pulled and wrenched on the submission, trying desperately to use the combination of pain from this hold along with their positioning near the center of the ring, where a rope break would be near impossible! However Eliza was nothing if not determined as she fought and resisted Deku at every point, forcing him to try and put all his focus into maintaining the hold, which only made it easier for Eliza to pull off the unexpected reversal, grabbing his leg and pulling him back for a sudden pinfall! "Ngh! No!" Deku gasped out as the ref dropped down to begin counting.

"ONE!"

"TWO!!"

"Th-"

Before it could go further Deku would unwrap his hand from her face and kick his legs, out, trying to break free of Eliza's hold and end on his stomach to avoid a sudden pinfall loss!

Eliza would admit one thing, that she was actually this close to feeling her neck break from Deku's hold. Okay maybe that was a tad extreme but the pain she felt was comparable in that regard all the same. The dancing passion however had developed in her time in the British indies and more than once had to try and pull something crafty and sly to break the hold, such as forcing them to relent lest they pin themselves. And it bore fruit as Deku became aware of the situation and broke the pin and at the time relented on his own hold.

The Harenwood would roll to the side and clutch at her neck, at this point in the match her entire body was starting to rack with the pain and while Eliza was a far cry from the delicate flower she was at her introduction the dancing passion knew she'd not last in the late fight. Not with a savvy yet strong fighter like Deku, to heck with defense. Eliza would resolve on trying to attack and throw caution to the wind, gritting her teeth she'd size up Deku as he lay on his stomach. Waiting and hoping for him to get to a more upright position, were he to do so Eliza would try to jolt forward from her crouched running stance and try to connect with a leaping shining wizard strike!

Deku had managed to deal a ton of damage to Eliza over the course of the last few minutes in this match, wrenching on her neck and gradually dealing damage to her at a steady rate. Unfortunately however Eliza was certainly a clever fighter in her own right. Managing to pull him backwards and secure a reversal pin fall on him. Gritting his teeth tightly Deku would manage to kick out in time to avoid a near damning pinning attempt.

Laying on his stomach afterwards Deku would huff and breathe heavily for a moment, pushing himself up slowly and looking up, right in time to see Eliza diving in with a kick aimed right to his face! "GAH!" Deku cried out in pain, knocked backwards from the sheer force of the blow and left laid out on the mat with a groan of pain holding his face stunned from the impact!

Eliza was known for her powerful kicks that could demolish any man to their knees, or into a crumpled heap on the mat. The dancing passion's shining wizard kick's sound of hitting Deku's head would reverberate across the arena and a roaring applause would ensue, the British aristocrat would land with a forward roll and raise a hand to wave to the audience in thanks to their adoration of the dancing passion. Even as far from her homeland they still loved Eliza.

Turning her head Eliza would see the crumpled Deku and knew that there was blood in the water and she was the shark. The dancing passion would take a deep breath and attempt to slip close to him and tried to cinch his neck right between her powerful thighs for a traditional headscissors, it was something of a hallmark for Eliza to apply this classical submission to her opponents and now Deku was about to be trapped in the shark's jaws from the looks of things!

Deku was still absolutely rocked by the powerful shining wizard from Eliza, seeing stars after and swaying a bit as he just fought to keep his balance. However Eliza would soon be upon him once again, snapping those luscious legs around his head and squeezing tight for a powerful headscissors hold that felt like a vice grip around his head! "Aghhhh!" Deku cried out in agony, clawing and pulling at Eliza's thighs, trying to separate them at least a little to create some breathing room but thus far that was proving near impossible as he simply struggled to try and breathe!
