Megumi Mutoh vs. Hikaru Sawazaki

Hikaru was pumped up now, and once Megumi began to stir again she raced for the ropes, bouncing off and using the momentum to rocket bak at Megumi once she was standing upright again! Hikaru had a plan that was either going to put her in the drivers seat or backfire in her face. No risk, no reward! Hikaru ran back at Megumi leaping into the air and flying right at the woman!

If this worked she was going to cross body block Megumi, crashing into her and bringing her to the mat in a pinning position! IF this backfired.... well, Hikaru was going to be in a lot of pain..

Steadying herself, Megumi saw Hikaru rebounding from the ropes to gain momentum before leaping into the air, flying in the air for a crossbody block. Seeing this as her chance, Megumi would thrust out her arms, looking to catch Hikaru in midair, digging her feet into the canvas as she would take her opponent's full weight with her arms and body.

Upon catching her, Megumi would try to turn around with Hikaru still in arms before bringing her down, slamming her into the mat with an improvised power slam! If successful, she would try to quickly go for the cover, pinning Hikaru under her while the referee would count for the pin.

"ONE!"

"AHHHHHHHH!"

Her ear splitting scream echoed over the loud sound of her being slammed thunderously to the mat! Hikaru squirmed and writhed in agony again at the hands of megrim whose counter worked to perfection!

"TWO!"

Right at two Hikaru thrust a shoulder up and kicked her legs free, laying there and panting in the aftermath of the high impact and incredibly effective counter of Megumi! She groaned and tried to roll away, hoping to create enough space so she could get back up to her feet uninterrupted.

Hikaru kicked out at two, and Megumi would get back up quickly to prepare for her next assault. Seeing Hikaru rolling away before trying to get back on her feet, she would approach her before jumping up, spinning in the air in her attempt to deliver a spinning savate kick aimed at her face! She was aiming to take Hikaru down with the kick before landing neatly on her feet.

Right after landing, Megumi would try to steady herself, keeping her footing so that she could see what would happen to Hikaru, whether the kick managed to connect or not.

Megumi could tell that she was starting to get the hang of it the longer she fought. She was looking to win this match, and she would give her all in order to accomplish that.

Hikaru started to get up when a fast kick slammed her in the face sending her to the mat in a heap! She rolled onto her back, her hands covering her face as she rapidly kicked the mat in agony! She screamed in pain though her hands as her nose throbbed, feeling a bit wet. Hikaru knew the kick which left her laying in pain on the mat not only dazed her but broke her nose, the blood starting to pool slightly on her face.

She was wide open for more from MEgumi, moving her hands away from her face as she was laid out, her chest rising as she drew breath. A bit of blood streaked across a cheek as she moved her hands from her face, and the woman shook her head slightly as she sat up to try to rise to her feet only to slump back onto the mat!

Megumi frowned a bit when she saw blood coming out of Hikaru's nose. It looked like she might have gone overboard with this. An unfortunate accident, but it couldn't be helped, because it's the risk that the two of them had to take while in the ring. Coming over to Hikaru, she would put herself onto her, going for the cover as she would lift one of Hikaru's legs for a pinfall attempt.

"Stay down if you want to end this quickly," Megumi told the other girl as she pinned her down. The ref went next to them and started counting for the pinfall attempt.

"ONE!"

"TWO!"

Hikaru grit her teeth and thrust a shoulder up, trying to shove Megumi off her after. "Never! I won't give up!" Hikaru said as she did her best to stumble up to her feet, her vision more clear than before as her momentary daze was being shaken off. She wobbled a bit as she got her hands back up, showing that she was ready to continue against Megumi!

Despite her injury, Hikaru kicked out of the pin, and Megumi grunted when she was pushed off of her. Getting back on her feet, Megumi would look at her opponent who also got back on her feet. Her respect towards this girl had increased more, though it would be much easier for Hikaru to let her pin her and end this match for her sake. Still, seeing Hikaru's determination seemed to spur Megumi to fight harder, and she had a small smile on her face as she looked at her opponent.

"Very well..." Megumi said as she would prepare herself for her next move. Seeing Hikaru wobbling on her feet, she would charge towards her, looking to ram herself into her with a shoulder block. She was hoping that Hikaru's current condition would make it hard for her to avoid her attack, thus making it easier for Megumi to bring her down crashing into the mat again.

Hikaru knew she was behind in the match, and desperate. As Megumi rushed right at her Hikaru dropped down and out of the way, using her feet to catch Megumi in a drop toe hold using her momentum against her! Hikaru knew that she couldn't take much more, and had to go at Megumi as hard as she could right now. Once Megumi dropped, Hikaru would try to keep her feet entangled with Megumi's and move across her back to her face, wrapping her hands around Megumi's chin to pull her head back and lock in a surprise STF!

Hikaru put all she had into making this as painful as possible. If Megumi escaped Hikaru knew she had taken a tremendous beating in a short amount of time. Her body would only be able to hold out for so long. This had to work otherwise it would be Hikaru in trouble as she would have to search for another way to defeat Megumi!

Instead of taking Hikaru down with her shoulder block, Megumi ended up falling down thanks to Hikaru's drop toe hold, and she yelped as she fell. As she tried to regain her thoughts, Hikaru already got her legs entangled with hers before she went for a sudden STF, pulling Megumi's head back by her chin.

"Aaaagghhh!!!"

Megumi cried out as her head was pulled back, feeling intense pain around the area of her neck. In her desperation to escape, Megumi would try to smash her fist right into the side of Hikaru's head, hoping to disorient her so that she could slip out of the painful submission hold. Still, the STF would definitely leave its mark on her, which would affect her performance.
