A first lesson

Barda would try to push her opponent backwards with this full body to body test of strength. But Again it was like trying to push a solid brick wall backwards. The Italian woman wasn´t feeling like she was doing any progress. And to top it all off the white haired woman also had a plan what she wanted to do… that was missing for Barda. She run into this head first without thinking first. Suddenly she would feel how a strong leg was warped around her own. She would stumble for a few moments trying to escape that but then she was shoved backwards so hard that she would crash land right into the floor. She would scream out in pain while she was grounded from her opponent.

The Italian woman would look up seeing her opponent showing off… flexing her one arm… wow she really loved to drive home a point. Or at least that was what the Italian woman though. In the next moment she would jump up into the air. Damn she had though wrong. The white haired woman would crash-land with the elbow onto the chest of the Italian woman, making her cry out loudly in pain… “damn… that is already all you have…” would barda tease her opponent, trying to by KA-j more time to recover.

The toned, muscular trainer would land atop Barda with a big elbow drop after flexing confidently. She felt the blow connect. She knew it was a good hit. But despite that, Barda still managed to taunt her after recoiling. It made Ursula smile excitedly!

"Oh, you think you can handle everything your trainer has to offer?!" She'd say in an authoritative, high-pitched tone. It hadn't even occurred to Ursula that her one conscious opponent might have been buying more time for her partner. Barda had said she was expecting more, and her trainer was prepared to give it to her!

"Then how about we up the intensity, Barda? You're too good for developmental training, right?! You can take it!" Burns would say sarcastically as she got up and bend down to grab her foe by the head with both hands! She'd exert herself and exert her strength to pull Barda up to her feet! Once there, Ursula would grab hold of the American woman's arm and pull her in. Toned bod would meet toned bod as the trainer wrapped her arms around Barda's firm waist and hoisted her up to try and hit her in-ring finisher: a Sitout Spinebuster! If the move connected, the sound of the impact would echo throughout Ursula's basement as the red bikini clad trainee had her back slammed against the mats hard! Ursula would sit there for a moment and take deep breaths after hitting her finisher. She'd slowly begin to rise and place her hands on her hips before speaking in an upset tone.

"Why'd you have to get me worked up, Barda? You made me hit you with everything I had! That's not becoming of a good trainer!"

KA-J would slowly open her eyes again blinking a few times trying to be able to see again. She would look around seeing her partner in deep trouble right now. But no matter how much she would try to move right now she wasn´t able to do. Her body wasn´t reacting to anything… she would need to take a break…

Barda would hear the words of her trainer and would be able to answer right now. She would only turn her head to the side. She knew what was coming next would be painful… damn painful . But that was the price she had to pay if she wanted to see any land in this match… and this way was laying a few meters away from her on the ground and recovering right now. Barda would have to buy her partner as much time as she could, with all she could do.

Suddenly the Italian woman would feel how she was picked p from the floor and put into a standing position. She would stand right in front of her angry Ursula who was pulling the two trained body’s together as tight as she could. It wasn´t a bearhug but the body of Barda was still squeezed strongly making her moan for a short moment… she would look into the eyes of her trainer who was picking her up from the floo r and holding her in the air for a short moment. Then it was doing back down and Barda was smashed into the floor with so much power she had never felt anything like that before. A explosion of pain would shot through her whole body.

She wouldn´t be able to scream out just lay there and be flattened… her head turned to the side her body beaten and broken for now. No muscle was responding to her wishes. If that would be a real match, no matter what match, it would be over now. Ursula could pin barda with ease or let her be counted out or the referee could check that barda wasn´t able to go on… but luckily that wasn´t a match. Barda´s head was still looking away and slobber was running out of the edge of her mouth… But still she would be mutter: “another one… please!” trying to keep her trainer focused on her, even if Ursual would break any bone in her body with another move like that. The Italian woman would assume it as a magical if she wouldn´t be in pain for the next few days after that one.

Ursula smiled at Barda's response. She motioned forward and to try and hit the bodacious red clad girl with yet another finisher. It was fun, but as soon as she bent down and saw how unresponsive Barda was, the white haired trainer paused and began to reconsider. Barda was looking worse for wear. She was clearly laid out. Burns could have earned another fall right here right now. Maybe even a ko if she had strict official and this was a real match. But somehow, Barda willed herself to show off some toughness and ask for another. Ursula had first thought her trainee had said this because of her fighting spirit. And Ursula almost took that bait. Only now did it just occur to her that there might have been an ulterior motive!

After Ursula bent down and paused, she'd delicately pat Barda's cheek before saying "You asked for it, rookie! Another one." Burns would stand up straight. The muscular heavyweight pro would look down at Barda and smile once more before turning her head to the side, towards KA-J and following up with "But not for you. For her!"

The ebony amazon would march over to KA-J. She'd bend down and reach for the blue bikini clad girl's arm and use her notable strength to pull on it and pry Kajetan off the mats and up to her feet. Ursula would take a second to lecture the redhead before hammering away at her! "That's enough rest for you, rookie! You had 3 chances, didn't you?! You lost to me in the heavyweight qualifier! You got pinned by me i this basement! And you got knocked out in my scissorhold just a moment ago! Barda's had one fewer chance than you! Look at her! And she's shown way more heart! I'm gonna have to be hard on you!"

With all that said, Burns would wrap both her arms around KA-J's thick frame! She'd try to hoist KA-J off the mat and put the squeeze on her while carrying the red head towards her partner. If Ursula remained uncontested, she'd suspend KA-J in the air above Barda before tossing her up and bringing her down to experience the same Finisher as Barda! A Sitout Spinebuster!!!

Barda would lay down grinding her teeth. She didn´t know if her body could take another heavy hit like that but she was quite sure she had to take that one otherwise she couldn’t call herself a good partner. But while her trainer was above her she could see in the edge of her view that her partner was slowly starting to move again… a sign of hope to her. The Italian woman would look back up to Ursula expecting to be picked up from the mat any moment. But instead of htat she would see shocked how her trainer was moving away from her and walking over to KA-J… her whole plan was running… she wanted to scream after the other heavyweight trying to make her stop but she wasn´t able to bring out a single sound.

KA-J would feel how her trainer was grabbing her. The woman in the blue bikini would moan out loudly while being dragged back into a standing position. She would struggle just a little by far not enough to break out. When she was standing in front of her trainer she would lean forwards against her having to hear to that lecture of her trainer. But instead of just taking it she would smirk a bit and would suddenly let herself drop downwards back onto her knees. She would throw up her arm and would try to low blow her trainer as hard as she could… barda would see this going down and couldn´t hold herself back starting to laugh out loudly. “that´s my girl!” she would say as loud as she could.

Meanwhile KA-J would slowly rise back up to her feet standing over Ursula. “yeah might be that I lost these three chances… but sorry this one I don´t let pass. I always give my best and push myself to my limits and now you’re feeling what I really can do!” She would then try to grab the head of her trainer and shove it right between her thighs…. In the next moment KA-J would lean forwards and try to warp her arms around the midsection of her opponent to lift her up from the ground as good as possible before letting herself fall backwards, driving the head of her opponent into the mat with a sit down piledriver. She would scream out loudly in anger while letting herself fall downwards.

Ursula had berated the Italian. She might have been a little might. She might have gone a bit overboard, but she meant well. Ursula was bent on toughening both women for the sake of their careers and the sake of her own reputation as a trainer. KA-J looked out of it. Just like her partner Barda, she seemed like she was one move away from being knocked out cold once again! But despite her appearance, KA-J wasn't done. The red head had heard her partner and her trainer, and she had an answer!

"UGH!" Ursula cried after her trainee dropped down and low blowed her with a stiff uppercut! KA-J's answer came in the form of a desperate crotch strike. Burns was caught completely off guard! The white haired heavyweight would place her hands between her thick thighs and drop to her knees! Her forehead would meet the mats as she bent forwards and recoiled in pain!

"I...I didn't teach you that!" Ursula would tell in a high pitched, pained voice. She protested and tried to recover, but there was no fighting the fact that she'd be down for a short while. KA-J made good on her words and did whatever it took for both herself and her partner to improve and succeed! And that started with overcoming her trainer...by any means necessary....

KA-J would push the body of her trainer away as powerful as she could before slowly rising back to her feet letting both of her shoulders circle for a little bit. She would look down to the white haired woman.

“that might be true… but you taught us that this is pro wrestling that that people aren´t always nice… you told us after you took a cheap shoo attacked us both directly out of the blue… so hey I am just doing what my teacher told me… go complain to her.”

She would then lean forwards grabbing Urulas hair with both of her hands yanking the veteran back to her feet as long as she was unable to fight back. The Italian woman would yank her teach to her feet before directly bowing down and placing one arm between her legs and lifting her upwards trying to put the other woman into a fireman carry. She would smile a bit walking around for a moment with her opponent high. Then she would being to spin around trying to make her opponent a little bit dizzy before speeding up. The Amazon would try to pick up as much speed as she could before throwing herself backwards with a loud angry scream.

Ursula was still in no condition to fight back. KA-J had shown her resolve. The Italian was determined to show her resolve. She was determined to show that she was more than dead weight for Barda to carry. After talking down to her trainer and getting in a few verbal jabs, the muscular rookie sought to add injury to insult by pulling Ursula up by the hair and hoisting her onto her shoulders!

Ursula groaned as she tried to fight back, but ultimately, she could do nothing to stop Kajetan. If her trainees had anything going for them, it was their raw strength. And KA-J was now using that strength to spin Ursula around rapidly! The Italian would quicken the pace until she was practically a spinning top, and just when she reached maximum velocity, she'd fall back and drop Burns onto her back and side for a harsh slam! Ursula would roll one or twice from the impact. Despite landing on the basement mats, she was still reeling. She laid on her back with one eye opened and winced as she remarked.

"I see....so it's like that...ugh..." The bodybuilder ended her statement with a pained groan. She struggled to sit up and try to get herself back in this. Ursula had prevented the Gym Rats from ganging up on her thus far. But now it was looking like they'd finally get their chance!

KA-J would roll over the mat rubbing her neck after getting onto her knees. Ouch… this one did hurt herself as well maybe she should practice this move a little bit more before using it again in match. But at least it did show some great effects on that normally unstoppable monster Ursula. The woman seemed a bit tired and worn down. At least she was getting slower, allowing the Italian woman to get up first and charge right at her while Ursula was still trying to make it back up to her feet.

In the last possible moment KA-J would try to throw her whole body forwards trying to spear her opponent as hard as she could to keep her grounded. KA-J would roll over the mat after this move trying to make it to her partner.
“hey come on. .. you can sleep when we are back at the hotel room!” She would say grabbing the arm of her partner trying to lift her up from the ground brining both of the gym rats back into the game.

Ursula was disoriented from that Airplane Spin. The brawny trainer had been subjected to a move that reminded her why she wanted to train these girls in the first place. KA-J and Barda both something more important than just muscle. The two of them had heart, and combined with the experience Burns could give them, she knew they'd go far!

Those thoughts would have to take a backseat to the current situation however. No matter how proud Ursula might have been of KA-J for finally coming at her like she meant it, the reality was that The Gym Rats weren't about to give momentum up so easily. And Kajetan made sure of that. As Ursula began to stir, just when she was finding her way up to her feet, the redhead ran at her full force like a speeding train! The Italian would tackle her trainer shoulder first and take her down with a Spear! Ursula would wince in pain as she went down. The air would be knocked out of her lungs and she'd lay on her basement mats in a bit of a daze!

"Unnngh." The white haired pro would groan as KA-J got up and began to head towards her partner. The team continued showing promise and they'd soon be reunited! With their efforts combined properly this time in this spar, they might just stand a chance!
